Background
The pulverizer is a machine for pulverizing large-size solid raw materials to required sizes, and external forces applied to solids in the pulverizing process include shearing, impacting, rolling and grinding. The shearing is mainly used for coarse crushing and crushing operation, and is suitable for crushing or crushing of tough or fibrous materials and large-sized materials. The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a powerful crusher for plastic materials, which is suitable for plastic products with different sizes and plastic products recycled in the society, and is used for removing metal parts in the plastic products.

the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding hopper, an extension plate and an upper cover, the feeding hopper is in a hopper shape with a large upper part and a small lower part, the extension plate extends obliquely, the upper cover is hinged on the feeding hopper and can close a part of feeding holes of the feeding hopper,
the crushing mechanism comprises a processing box, a main shaft, a driving wheel disc, a blade, a bearing seat and a filter screen, wherein the bottom of the feeding hopper is arranged on the processing box, and the processing box is fixed to the top of the frame; the bearing seat and the driving wheel disc are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the processing box, one end of the main shaft is arranged on the bearing seat through a bearing, and the other end of the main shaft is fixedly connected with the driving wheel disc through a pin; a plurality of groups of blades are arranged on the main shaft, and the blades are annularly distributed around the main shaft; the section of the filter screen is semicircular, a plurality of hollowed-out small holes are uniformly distributed on the filter screen and are sleeved outside the bottom of the blade,
the discharging mechanism comprises a discharging hopper, a transition pipe, a sieve plate, a fan, a waste material box and a blanking box, and the discharging hopper is connected to the bottom of the processing box of the crushing mechanism; transition pipe level sets up, sends into the blanking case with the plastic granules after smashing after being connected with the discharge hopper, transition pipe bottom is provided with the sieve, the sieve has a plurality of intensive through-holes of arranging, the sieve bottom is provided with the dump bin, and the dump bin side is provided with the fan, and the wind direction is towards the blanking case.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the size of the feed inlet is adjustable, impurities are prevented from falling into the feed inlet at ordinary times, and the plastic waste with larger size can be put into the feed inlet by opening the upper cover.
For metals with larger sizes, the metal can be taken out before feeding; metal parts gets into and can become the piece after rubbing crusher constructs, and the sieve passes through the vibrator vibration, sieves out the piece, and partial plastic powder falls down along with metal piece, blows it into the workbin that falls through the fan, and metal piece is because the proportion is great to and the effect of magnetic attraction, falls into the dump bin.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

2. the particle size of the crushed plastic particles meets the requirement by adopting a combination mode of a blade and a screen;
3. the discharge mechanism can screen out the piece that metal parts become to blow into the blanking case with plastic powder, make plastic granules more pure, avoid damaging the injection molding machine.

In conclusion, the size of the feeding hole is adjustable, and the feeding hole is suitable for large plastic parts; the particle size of the crushed plastic particles meets the requirement by adopting a combination mode of a blade and a screen; and metal scraps are removed, and the injection molding machine is prevented from being damaged.
