Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a thin floor, which comprises the following steps of: paste starch is dotted on the adhesive surface layer of the paper adhesive tape and then dried for later use; splicing the thin floor: soaking the adhesive surface layer of the standby splicing paper adhesive tape with warm water, and then bonding the splicing between the solid wood single boards; base material of the composite floor board: hot-pressing and bonding the other surfaces of the multiple solid wood veneers spliced by the paper tapes with the floor base material; and removing the splicing paper adhesive tape, and sanding and grinding the surface of the solid wood veneer. The invention can more easily and thoroughly remove the paper adhesive tape and the residue on the surface of the solid wood floor, thereby improving the production efficiency and the yield of the floor.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of floor manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method of a thin floor.
Background
The existing thin floor is usually manufactured by sticking a plurality of solid wood veneers by a paper adhesive tape, splicing, gluing the other side of the spliced solid wood veneer and a floor base material by melamine to form a semi-finished floor to be sanded, and performing a sanding grinding process on the surface of the semi-finished floor, so as to remove the paper adhesive tape left on the surface of the spliced solid wood veneer and simultaneously ensure that the surface of the semi-finished floor is flat and smooth. In the sanding grinding process, floor defective products can be avoided only by thoroughly cleaning the surface paper adhesive tape, and inconvenience is brought to the sanding grinding process in the process of removing the paper adhesive tape due to the adhesive layer of the paper adhesive tape.

③ composite floor base material, wherein the other sides of the multiple solid wood veneers spliced by the paper tapes are bonded with the floor base material by hot pressing;
④ removing the splicing paper adhesive tape, sanding and grinding the surface of the solid wood veneer.

By adopting the scheme, the adhesive component of the paper adhesive tape is optimized on the existing paper adhesive tape, the pasty starch is dotted and coated, the multiple solid wood veneers spliced by the paper adhesive tape are bonded with the floor base material by hot pressing, and the pasty starch molecular chains coated on the paper adhesive tape are cut off after heating, so that the particles of the pasty starch are fragmented at high temperature, the moisture binding force is reduced, the bonding humidity is reduced, and the paper adhesive tape on the surface of the spliced solid wood veneers automatically falls off, therefore, the paper adhesive tape and the residues on the surface of the solid wood floor are removed more easily and thoroughly, and the production efficiency and the yield of the floor are improved.
Detailed Description
A method of manufacturing a thin floor panel comprising the steps of:
first, a splicing paper tape is prepared: mixing starch with water to obtain pasty starch, dot-coating the pasty starch on the adhesive surface layer of the paper tape, and drying to obtain splicing paper tape;
secondly, splicing the thin floor: soaking the adhesive surface layer of the standby splicing paper adhesive tape with warm water, then splicing a plurality of solid wood veneer monomers, splicing the plurality of solid wood veneers together by the splicing paper adhesive tape, wherein the thickness of the solid wood veneers to be spliced is 0.5-2 mm; the temperature of the warm water is 25-29 ℃;
secondly, the composite floor base material: hot-pressing and bonding the other surfaces of the multiple solid wood veneers spliced by the paper tapes with the floor base material;
and finally, removing the splicing paper adhesive tape, and sanding and grinding the surface of the solid wood veneer.

base material of the composite floor board: hot-pressing and bonding the other surfaces of the multiple solid wood veneers spliced by the paper tapes with the floor base material;
and removing the splicing paper adhesive tape, and sanding and grinding the surface of the solid wood veneer.
