A limiting groove 37 is formed in one end face of the horizontal rod 31, which is opposite to the movable rod 32, a limiting block 38 is movably connected in the limiting groove 37, and the end part of the limiting block 38 is fixedly connected with the movable rod 32;
the inner side wall of the protective cover 30 is provided with a sliding chute 39, the sliding chute 39 is connected with a sliding block 42 in a sliding manner, the sliding block 42 is fixedly connected with the horizontal rod 31, the movable rod 32 is fixedly connected with a push rod 21, one end of the push rod 21 is positioned on the outer side of the protective cover 30, and the arrangement of the sliding chute 39 and the sliding block 42 is convenient for realizing the horizontal movement of the horizontal rod 31 in the protective cover 30; the worker can manually push the push rod 21 to realize the movement of the square glass on the top end surface of the working frame 1 driven by the U-shaped clamping plate 36.
The working method of the edge grinding machine comprises the following specific steps:
horizontally placing the square glass on a roller 4 on a working frame 1;
the driving device 43 works to drive the grinding disc 8 to rotate, so that the square glass moves on the top end face of the working frame 1, and the side edge of the square glass to be ground is in contact with the annular groove 9 on the grinding disc 8;
in the process of the rotation of the grinding disc 8, the annular groove 9 of the grinding disc 8 is contacted with the side edge of the square glass, so that the aim of grinding the square glass is fulfilled.
When the square glass edging machine is used, a worker places square glass to be edged on the roller 4 on the top end face of the working frame 1, the U-shaped clamping plates 36 are located on two sides of the front end of the square glass, the worker manually rotates the adjusting bolt 35, the U-shaped clamping plates 36 fixed below the movable rod 32 move close to the square glass in the rotating process of the adjusting bolt 35 until the square glass is clamped by the two U-shaped clamping plates 36, the driving device 43 works to rotate the grinding disc 8, the worker manually pushes the push rod 21, the U-shaped clamping plates 36 can drive the square glass to move on the top end face of the working frame 1, the side edge of the square glass to be edged is in contact with the annular groove 9 of the grinding disc 8 in the moving process of the square glass, and therefore the effect of edging of the square glass is achieved.
After the square glass is edged, the worker manually rotates the adjusting bolt 35, and the U-shaped clamping plates 36 fixed below the movable rod 32 move towards the glass away from the square glass in the rotating process of the adjusting bolt 35 until the square glass is loosened through the two U-shaped clamping plates 36, so that the worker can take down the polished square glass conveniently.
When the glass grinding bits in the cylindrical charging box 18 need to be cleaned, the locking rod 29 is manually drawn out by a worker, when one end of the locking rod 29 is separated from the moving rod 28, the striker plate 23 can move downwards, the inserting rod 27 is taken down from the rotating plate 26 by the worker, the rotating plate 26 is manually rotated, the second rotating shaft 27 drives the circular plate 24 to rotate, when the circular plate 24 is in a vertical state, the glass grinding bits in the cylindrical charging box 18 conveniently drop to the outside, and therefore the purpose of cleaning the glass grinding bits in the cylindrical charging box 18 is achieved.
