The box body 1 is of a cuboid structure with an opening on the top wall, two supporting columns 2 are positioned on two sides of the box body 1, a motor I3 is installed at the bottom ends of the supporting columns 2, an output shaft of the motor I3 penetrates through the supporting columns 2 and is connected with a winding roller 4, a pull rope 5 is wound on the winding roller 4, and a limiting block (shown in figure 1) is welded at one end of the winding roller 4; the limiting block on the winding roller 4 can prevent the pull rope 5 from being separated from one end of the winding roller 4 when the pull rope 5 is wound.
A first fixed pulley 6 and a second fixed pulley 7 are mounted on the pillar 2, one end of the pull rope 5 penetrates through the first fixed pulley 6 and the second fixed pulley 7 to be connected with hanging rings 8, a mounting plate 9 is fixed between the two hanging rings 8, the pillar 2 is of an inverted L-shaped structure, the first fixed pulley 6 is mounted on a vertical rod, and the second fixed pulley 7 is mounted on a cross rod 7 (see fig. 1); the first fixed pulley 6 and the second fixed pulley 7 are arranged at different positions, so that the mounting plate 9 can be conveniently pulled, and the level of the mounting plate 9 is ensured.
A fan 10 and a heating box 11 are installed on one side of the upper surface of the mounting plate 9, an air outlet of the fan 10 is connected to the heating box 11, and a plurality of electric heating tubes (see fig. 1-4) are installed in the heating box 11; the insulator can be dried quickly by adopting an electric heating mode.
An air outlet pipe 12 is connected to one side wall of the heating box 11, one end of the air outlet pipe 12 penetrates through the mounting plate 9 and is connected with a pipeline 13, a plurality of spray heads 14 are mounted at the bottom of the pipeline 13, a second motor 15 is mounted on the lower surface of the mounting plate 9, a first belt pulley 16 is connected to an output shaft of the second motor 15, support rods 17 are symmetrically welded to the lower surface of the mounting plate 9, a rotating shaft 18 is rotatably mounted between the two support rods 17, a second belt pulley 19 is mounted on one side of the rotating shaft 18, a belt 20 is mounted on the second belt pulley 19, a plurality of fixing clamps 21 are uniformly mounted on the rotating shaft 18, the pipeline 13 is located right above the rotating shaft 18, the pipeline 13 is parallel to the rotating shaft; the pipeline 13 is parallel to the rotating shaft 18, so that the insulator can be uniformly and comprehensively dried by hot air.
When the insulator drying device is used, a plurality of insulators are fixed on a rotating shaft sequentially through a fixing clamp 21, after the fixing is completed, a first motor 3 is started to release a pull rope 5, a mounting plate 9 moves downwards under the action of gravity, the insulators enter a box body 1, a proper amount of paint is added into the box body 1, then the first motor 3 is turned off, a second motor 15 is started, the second motor 15 drives a second belt pulley 19 to rotate through a first belt pulley 16 and a belt 20, so that the rotating shaft 18 rotates, the insulators rotate in the paint, the insulators are fully contacted with the paint, the complete infiltration is ensured, after the infiltration is completed, the first motor 3 is started to shrink the pull rope 5, the pull rope 5 is wound on a winding roller 4, the mounting plate 9 is pulled to move downwards, the insulators are discharged from the paint, heating pipes in a fan 10 and a heating box 11 are opened, hot air is blown out through an air outlet pipe 12, and then, the insulator can not only be heated evenly when rotating, and fast drying can throw off the coating that the surface was right moreover, guarantees that coating is even, improves product quality, labour saving and time saving, and convenient operation is worth promoting.
