This embodiment is a further improvement of the foregoing embodiment, and repeated contents are not described again.
The invention also provides a using method of the auxiliary supporting device for the patient, which at least comprises the following steps:
s1: the cradle 1 provided with the plurality of rolling parts 16 capable of contacting the ground is configured such that the parking position of the cradle 1 can be changed in such a manner that the rolling parts 16 rotate.
S2: the lifting part 2 whose first end 2a can be connected to the base 1 is disposed so that the extending direction of the lifting part 2 can be substantially perpendicular to the base 1.
S3: the first support 3, which can be set on the second end 2b of the lift 2, is configured, wherein, in the case of a change in the length of the lift 2, the height between the first support 3 and the ground can also be changed accordingly, wherein: in the case that the patient is in a sitting posture with both legs hanging, a part or all of the chassis 1 is moved to below both legs of the patient based on the rotation of the rolling part 16 so that both feet of the patient can be placed on the chassis 1 and at least a first fixing point 27 and a second fixing point 28 are formed between the patient and the first support part 3. In the case where the length of the lifting part 3 is increased so that the distance between the first support part 3 and the ground is increased, the first fixing point 27 can apply the first supporting force in the first direction to the patient so that the patient can be changed from the side-seated posture to the standing posture. As shown in fig. 1, the first direction may be a vertically upward direction. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when a patient needs to be transferred from the bed a to the bed B, the medical staff first lifts the patient from the bed a to sit on the edge of the bed, and the feet of the patient are placed outside the bed. Subsequently, as shown in fig. 1, the auxiliary support device is moved so that a portion of the base 1 can be inserted into the space under the bed, thereby allowing the left foot of the patient to be positioned substantially above the second anti-skid pad 13 and the right foot of the patient to be positioned substantially above the first anti-skid pad 12. The medical staff can place the feet of the patient on the first and second anti-slip pads 12 and 13, respectively, and will adjust the first and second underarm support bars 3b and 3c to the armpits of the patient by controlling the shortening of the lifting part 2. After the medical staff can further fix the upper body of the patient on the barrier 3a by the first strap 14 and the second strap 15, the lift 2 is controlled to extend, and at this time, the patient can stand on the basis of the support of the first underarm support bar 3b and the second underarm support bar 3 c. At this point, the transfer of the patient from the A bed to the auxiliary support device is completed. Similarly, when the patient needs to be transferred from the auxiliary supporting device to the bed B, the above process is performed in the reverse direction, and the process is not described herein again. This application can avoid medical personnel to lift patient from the sick bed through the mode that artifical armful was held through first armpit bracing piece and second armpit bracing piece, and then can reduce medical personnel's intensity of labour. In above-mentioned handling, to the patient of two weak and dysaesthesia of low limbs, medical personnel can not drag patient's low limbs, and then can avoid patient to appear pulling or scotch.
S4: the first fixing point 27 is arranged to be formed in such a way that the first support 3 is in abutting contact with the armpit of the patient and the second fixing point 28 is arranged to be formed in such a way that the first support 3 is in abutting contact with the chest and/or abdomen of the patient. In the case where the length of the lifting part 3 is increased such that the distance between the first support part 3 and the ground is increased, the second fixing point 28 can apply a second supporting force to the patient in a second direction to avoid the patient from excessively leaning back during the transition from the side-seated posture to the standing posture, wherein the first direction is substantially perpendicular to the second direction. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the second direction may be a horizontal right direction. It will be appreciated that the first fixing point 27 and the second fixing point 28 are terms of art chosen for convenience of description and do not imply point contact between the patient and the first support. In practice, the patient is in face contact with the first support before, and since the contact face is small compared to the surface area of the human body, it is defined as a first fixing point and a second fixing point in this application for convenience of description.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are exemplary, and that those skilled in the art, having benefit of the present disclosure, may devise various arrangements that are within the scope of the present disclosure and that fall within the scope of the invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present specification and figures are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the claims. The scope of the invention is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
