the upper cover assembly is arranged on the base assembly in a lifting manner and provided with an initial position and a lifting position, the initial position is covered on the base assembly, the lifting position is spaced from the base assembly, when the upper cover assembly is at the lifting position, a second exhaust channel is formed in a gap between the upper cover assembly and the base assembly, and the second exhaust channel is communicated with the first exhaust channel;
and the driving device is used for driving the upper cover assembly to do lifting motion.
2. The steam valve structure of claim 1, wherein the driving device comprises a power device (6) and a transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanism drives the upper cover assembly to move up and down under the driving of the power device (6).
3. The steam valve structure of claim 2, wherein the base assembly comprises:
the base (1) is provided with the power device (6);
the rotating part (2) is rotatably arranged on the base (1) and is driven by the power device (6) to rotate.
4. The steam valve structure of claim 3, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises:
the first motion conversion mechanism is connected with the power device (6) and the rotating part (2) and is suitable for driving the rotating part (2) to rotate under the driving of the power device (6);
a second motion conversion mechanism for converting the rotation of the rotating member (2) into the lifting motion of the upper cover assembly;
and the limiting structure limits the circumferential movement of the upper cover assembly.
5. The steam valve structure of claim 4, wherein the first motion conversion mechanism comprises:
the driving gear (7) is connected with the power device (6) and is suitable for rotating under the driving of the power device (6);
and the meshing teeth (21) are arranged on the rotating piece (2) and are meshed with the driving gear (7).
6. The steam valve structure of claim 4, wherein the second motion conversion mechanism comprises:
an inclined projection (22) provided on the outer peripheral wall of the rotor (2);
and the inclined groove (41) is arranged on the upper cover assembly and is matched with the inclined bulge (22).
7. The steam valve structure of claim 4, wherein the limiting structure comprises:
the limiting column (42) is arranged on the upper cover component;
the limiting cavity is arranged on the base component and used for limiting the rotation of the limiting column (42), and the limiting column (42) can be arranged in the limiting cavity in a lifting mode.

The steam valve structure of claim 7, wherein the base assembly further comprises an inner cover (3) fixedly connected with the base (1), the inner cover (3) comprising a first annular body (33), the first annular body (33) being adapted to be supported on the base (1), the limiting cavity being a limiting hole (31) formed on the first annular body (33).
9. The steam valve structure according to claim 8, characterized in that a sealing ring (8) is provided in the limiting hole (31).

The steam valve structure as claimed in claim 8, wherein the inner lid (3) further comprises a second annular body (34) extending downward from a lower end of the first annular body (33), the base (1) is provided with a first through hole, the second annular body (34) is adapted to be inserted into the first through hole, the second annular body (34) forms the first exhaust passage, and a mounting cavity adapted to mount the rotary member (2) is formed between the second annular body (34) and an outer peripheral wall of the base (1).
11. The steam valve structure according to claim 7, wherein the upper cover assembly comprises a support structure (4) and an upper cover (5) covering the support structure (4), the stopper posts (42) being provided on the support structure (4).
12. Steam valve structure according to claim 11, characterized in that the upper cover (5) is detachably connected with the support structure (4).
13. Steam valve structure according to claim 11, characterized in that the lower end of the upper cover (5) is provided with an annular groove (52), the support structure (4) comprising a third annular body (43), the third annular body (43) being adapted to be embedded in the annular groove (52).
14. The steam valve structure according to claim 13, wherein the third ring-shaped body (43) is provided with a turn buckle (44) at its outer edge, and the upper cover (5) is provided with a projection (53) which is matched with the turn buckle (44).
15. The steam valve structure according to claim 11, wherein a lower end of the upper cover (5) is extended downward with a first side plate (51).
16. A steam valve structure according to any of claims 3-5, characterized in that the power means (6) is a step motor.

The steam valve structure according to claim 5, wherein the base (1) is provided with a first limiting portion (12) and a second limiting portion (13) at intervals, a second side plate (23) is provided outside the rotating member (2) at a side of the engaging teeth (21), when the cover assembly is located at the initial position, the second side plate (23) is in contact with the first limiting portion (12), and when the cover assembly is located at the highest ascending position, a side of the engaging teeth (21) away from the second side plate (23) abuts against the second limiting portion (13).

The steam valve structure of claim 5, wherein the base (1) is provided with a first micro switch and a second micro switch at intervals, the first micro switch and the second micro switch are linked with the driving motor, the rotating member (2) is provided with a second side plate (23) at one side of the engaging teeth (21), when the upper cover assembly is located at the initial position, the second side plate (23) is in contact with the first micro switch, and when the upper cover assembly is located at the highest ascending position, one side of the engaging teeth (21) far away from the second side plate (23) is in contact with the second micro switch.
19. An apparatus having a steam valve structure, characterized by comprising the steam valve structure of any one of claims 1 to 18.
20. The steam valve structure device as claimed in claim 19, wherein the steam valve structure device is an electric cooker.
