Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the steering structure includes: the guide rib 42 is arranged on the inner wall of the rotary seat 4, and the guide rib 42 extends towards the direction of the steam valve component; a sliding groove 611 disposed on an outer wall of the push plate assembly 6, wherein the guiding rib 42 is adapted to be embedded inside the sliding groove 611.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the push plate assembly 6 includes:
the push plate 61 is provided with the convex block, and the convex block is provided with a sliding groove 611;
and the guide post 62 is connected with the push plate, and a connecting part is arranged on the guide post 62 and is suitable for being connected with the steam valve assembly. Specifically, the guide posts 62 themselves are integrally mounted on the push plate, the number of the guide posts 62 itself is not limited as long as the connection with the steam valve assembly can be realized, and preferably, the number of the guide posts 62 itself is 3, and the guide posts are arranged at equal intervals.
Specifically, the guide post 62 and the steam valve assembly may be connected in a tight fit manner, or may be connected by a structure such as a snap. In a preferred embodiment, the connection portion of the guide post 62 is magnetically connected to the steam valve assembly. Through adopting magnetic force to connect, can reduce effectively with the dismouting degree of difficulty of steam valve subassembly.
In order to achieve the above operation, in this embodiment, the connection portion itself may be made of iron or other materials, and at this time, correspondingly, a magnet or magnetic steel needs to be disposed in the steam valve assembly. As another embodiment, the connection portion itself may be provided with a magnet or magnetic steel, and correspondingly, the magnet with opposite polarity is correspondingly provided in the steam valve assembly or an iron block is directly provided.
In a preferred embodiment, the magnetic connecting portion of the guide post 62 is made of metal, and a magnet is provided inside the steam valve assembly. Specifically, the metal material can be arranged on the guide post 62 in an integrated injection molding mode, and the whole processing difficulty is low.

By adopting the structure, the extending and retracting actions of the guide can be realized. Further, a guide post sealing ring 621 is sleeved on the inner wall of the through hole 101, and the guide post 62 is adapted to move relative to the guide post sealing ring 621. By providing the guide post sealing ring 621, the steam rising from the rice cooker can be prevented from entering the area between the guide post 62 and the surface cover 1 and leaking to the outside of the rice cooker cover, thereby causing adverse effects on normal cooking.
Specifically, the post seal 621 nests itself in the through hole 101 and does not move with the movement of the post 62.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the method further includes: the pressing plate 7 is arranged on one side, away from the face cover 1, of the pushing plate, as shown in fig. 1, the pressing plate 7 is arranged below the rotating seat 4, the face cover 1 is provided with a screw column extending towards the direction of the pressing plate 7, a connecting hole 71 is formed in the portion, corresponding to the screw column, of the pressing plate 7, and a screw enters the screw column through the screw hole.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the screw is connected to the screw post upward through the pressing plate 7, so that the rotary base 4 is stably installed in the inner lid 15, and when the rotary base 4 is driven, only rotation occurs, and correspondingly, the push plate assembly 6 itself can only perform a lifting motion.
In this embodiment, the connection hole 71 of the pressing plate 7 is disposed on the inner side of the rotary base 4, and the screw column limits the push plate assembly 6 on the inner side of the rotary base 4 through the connection hole 71. As a preferable embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a push plate hole 612 is provided at a position corresponding to the connection hole 71 on the push plate, the screw post is connected to the connection hole 71 through the push plate hole 612, and the connection hole 71 and the face cover 1 are fixed by the screw post, so that the positions of the push plate 7, the push plate assembly 6 and the face cover 1 are limited, and the push plate assembly 6 can only perform a lifting operation and cannot rotate. Through setting up push plate hole 612, can make full use of the space on the push plate, when realizing push plate subassembly 6 stable connection, realize the miniaturization of device.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a limiting groove 43 is disposed on an outer circumference of the rotating base 4, along a rotation direction of the rotating base 4, two ends of the limiting groove 43 correspond to a rising point 431 and a falling point 432, and the surface cover 1 is disposed with a limiting rib 44 embedded in the limiting groove 43, and the limiting rib is adapted to contact the rising point and the falling point.
By estimating the combination between the limiting groove 43 and the limiting blocking rib 44, the rotating seat 4 can be limited to rotate within a limited range, so that the excessive rotation of the rotating seat 4 is avoided, and the push plate assembly 6 is separated from the rotating seat 4.
Specifically, the limit groove 43 itself is provided at the bottom position of the rotary base 4, and the limit stopper rib is upwardly embedded in the limit groove 43. The limiting groove 43 can be arranged in an integrated injection molding mode, and can also be independently assembled in the later stage.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a trigger protrusion 8 is further disposed on the rotary base 4, a micro switch 9 interacting with the trigger protrusion is disposed on the face cover 1, the micro switch 9 is in communication connection with the driving motor 3, and when the limiting blocking rib is in contact with the rising point, the trigger protrusion triggers the micro switch 9.
Specifically, micro-gap switch 9 itself is connected with driving motor 3, and when trigger protruding 8 and micro-gap switch 9 contacted, push pedal subassembly 6 will move to the highest point position this moment, and micro-gap switch 9 will control driving motor 3 stall this moment.
In this embodiment, the steam valve assembly includes:
a steam valve upper cover 10;
as shown in fig. 8, the steam valve lower cover 11 is engaged with the steam valve upper cover 10, a magnet fixing groove 111 is provided at a portion of the steam valve upper cover 10 or the steam valve lower cover 11 corresponding to the guide post 62, and a magnet 13 is provided in the magnet fixing groove 111 as shown in fig. 1. When the rice cooker cover needs to be cleaned, the steam valve upper cover 10 can be easily detached from the steam valve lower cover 11 by hand, so that the inside of the steam valve assembly can be sufficiently cleaned.
In the present embodiment, the connection mode between the steam valve upper cover 10 and the steam valve lower cover 11 is not limited, and as a preferred embodiment, the steam valve upper cover 10 and the steam valve lower cover 11 are connected by a snap.
Further, a recess is formed in a portion of the steam valve lower cover 11 corresponding to the magnet fixing groove 111, and the guide post 62 is adapted to be inserted into the recess. By providing the recess, the recess itself can be directly embedded into the guide post 62 when the steam valve assembly is mounted on the rice cooker cover, so that the assembly efficiency can be remarkably improved.
Further, in this embodiment, at least a portion of the steam valve lower cover is protruded toward the steam valve upper cover.

9. The rice cooker cover according to claim 8, wherein the top end of the guide rib (42) is provided with an extension (421).
10. The rice cooker cover according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the push plate assembly (6) comprises:
a push plate (61) on which the slide groove (611) is provided;
the guide post (62) is connected with the push plate (61), and a connecting part is arranged on the guide post (62) and is suitable for being connected with the steam valve assembly.
11. The rice cooker cover according to claim 10, wherein the surface cover (1) is provided with a through hole (101) at a portion corresponding to the guide post (62), and the guide post (62) is adapted to be protruded from the through hole (101).
12. The rice cooker cover of claim 11, wherein the inner wall of the through hole (101) is sleeved with a guide post sealing ring (621), and the guide post (62) is adapted to move relative to the guide post sealing ring (621).
13. The rice cooker cover of claim 10, further comprising:
the pressing plate (7) is arranged on the pushing plate (61) and is far away from one side of the face cover (1), the face cover (1) is provided with a screw column extending towards the direction of the pressing plate (7), a connecting hole (71) is formed in the portion, corresponding to the screw column, of the pressing plate (7), and a screw enters the screw column through the screw hole.

The rice cooker cover according to any one of claims 3-7 and 10-14, further comprising a driving motor (3) arranged inside the face cover (1), wherein a rack (41) is arranged on the outer wall of the rotary base (4), a gear (5) is arranged at the output end of the driving motor (3), and the gear (5) acts on the rack (41).

The rice cooker cover as claimed in claim 16, wherein the rotary base (4) is further provided with a trigger protrusion (8), the face cover (1) is internally provided with a micro switch (9) interacting with the trigger protrusion, the micro switch (9) is in communication connection with the driving motor (3), and when the limit stop rib (44) is in contact with the rising point (431), the trigger protrusion triggers the micro switch (9).

24. The rice cooker cover according to claim 20, wherein a recess is provided at a portion of the steam valve lower cover (11) corresponding to the magnet fixing groove (111), and the guide post (62) is adapted to be fitted into the recess.
25. An electric rice cooker, characterized in that, comprising:
the rice cooker lid of any one of claims 1-24;
the rice cooker cover is rotatably arranged in the cooker body.
