Description

Environment-friendly compound feed for macrobrachium rosenbergii
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of aquatic feeds, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly compound feed for macrobrachium rosenbergii.
Background
Macrobrachium rosenbergii is native to Pacific region of India, lives in various fresh water or saline water areas, and is cultivated in Asia, Europe, America and other countries and regions successively since the 60 s. In 1976, the method is introduced into China from Japan, and is mainly popularized and cultured in more than 10 provinces (cities and districts) in south, so that the method develops fastest in the Guangdong. The macrobrachium rosenbergii contains 20.6 g of protein and 0.7 g of fat per hectic gram of shrimp meat, contains various vitamins and trace elements necessary for human body, and is a high-protein nutrient aquatic product. The macrobrachium rosenbergii has the advantages of fast growth, short culture period, large individual, high economic value and the like, and is an excellent freshwater culture object.
The fish meal has the characteristics of high content of essential amino acid and fatty acid, low content of carbohydrate, good palatability, less anti-nutritional factors, capability of being well digested and absorbed by cultured animals and the like, so the fish meal is an indispensable high-quality protein source in aquatic feeds all the time. As the most important protein source of aquatic feeds in China in super-large aquaculture countries, fish meal is basically imported. However, in recent years, the demand of people for aquatic products is increased, so that the global supply of fish meal is reduced, and the demand of people for fish meal is increased rapidly due to the rapid development of aquaculture, so that the price of fish meal is rapidly increased, and the development of the fishing feed industry in China faces serious challenges.
