Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed production, and particularly relates to a special feed for weaned pigs and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The live pig breeding is an important component of livestock and poultry breeding, and the quality and the growth speed of piglets are directly related to the slaughtering time and the meat yield of the pigs. In recent years, with the improvement of animal breeds and the progress of breeding techniques, most pig farms have adopted early weaning breeding. Although early weaning has the advantages of promoting early appetizing, improving weight of weaning litter, reducing feed conversion ratio and the like, the requirements on the feed of the weaning piglets are high because the early digestive system of the piglets is underdeveloped in function, low in immune function and easy to cause diarrhea or anorexia.
The newborn piglet has low autoimmune capability and diarrhea caused by environmental temperature change and the like; the weaning can cause oxidative stress of piglets, the gastrointestinal tract structure of the weaned piglets is not developed completely, the digestive enzyme secretion is insufficient, the intestinal lactic acid secretion is reduced, the digestion and absorption of feed nutrients are influenced, the nutritional diarrhea of the piglets is caused, the immunity and the disease resistance are reduced, the growth is influenced, and even the piglets die. The antibiotic is added into the piglet feed, so that the diarrhea rate and the death rate can be effectively reduced, and the growth of piglets is promoted. However, long-term abuse of antibiotics causes drug resistance of bacteria, and drug components in pork remain, so that the eating safety is influenced.

The preparation method of the feed special for the weaned piglets comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing corn, soybean meal and stone powder, baking for 4-8 hours in an oven at 50-60 ℃, taking out, grinding into powder by a grinder, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed powder;
(2) putting the mixed powder into a stirrer, sequentially adding fish meal, whey powder, calcium hydrophosphate, salt, lysine, methionine, a digestion promoter and composite probiotics, finally adding soybean oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain a premix;
(3) sterilizing the premix under 0.3-0.5Mpa, and puffing to obtain feed block with humidity of 20-30%;
(4) and (3) smashing and drying the feed blocks to obtain the special feed for the weaned piglets.
Further, the mixture in the step 1 is ground to 75% and can be sieved by a 20-mesh sieve.
Further, in the step 4, the feed blocks are dried until the water content is not more than 12%.
The invention has the advantages that:
the feed is specially prepared aiming at the habit of weaned piglets, the used raw materials meet the requirements of nutrition and energy during the growth period of the piglets, no antibiotic component is added, the use of a digestion promoter is correspondingly replaced, the feed is obtained by mixing chitosan oligosaccharide, L-ascorbic acid and lactic acid according to a specific proportion, the feed can play respective functions in intestinal tracts, improve the gastrointestinal tract environment, generate various digestive enzymes such as protease, amylase and the like, and generate various nutrient substances which are absorbed and utilized by organisms, thereby improving the digestibility of nutrients such as dry substances, protein, fat, energy and the like, having the physiological effects of resisting oxidation, regulating the immunity, improving the intestinal flora, improving the anti-stress capability, improving the utilization rate of the feed and the like, simultaneously adding composite probiotics in combination, being different from the application of the conventional probiotics, aiming at the incomplete development of the digestive system function of the piglets, the characteristics of low immunologic function are that the probiotics are added by sequentially adopting the methods of heat inactivation and ultraviolet inactivation, the safety of the probiotics is higher than that of the live bacteria of the probiotics, the risk of pathogenic bacteria is not increased due to mutation of bacteria, abnormal part transfer, drug resistance gene transfer and the like, meanwhile, the physiological function of the probiotics is also effective, the common effect of the inactivated bacteria is cooperated with the use of a digestion promoter, the growth of small intestine villi of piglets can be promoted, the digestion and absorption rate of organisms to nutrient substances is improved, the immunocompetence of the piglets is improved, the diarrhea phenomenon of the piglets is reduced, and therefore, the growth performance of the piglets is greatly improved.
