Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed processing, and relates to a low-pulverization-rate lactation material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The existing commonly used nursing materials for the farm mainly comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 57.5% of corn, 17.5% of soybean meal, 8% of expanded soybean meal, 3% of soybean oil, 3% of fish meal, 1.62% of stone powder, 1.38% of calcium hydrophosphate, 2% of soybean hull, 4% of bran and 2% of lactation premix. The formula and the processing process of the lactation material mainly have the following problems:
1) the oil in the expanded soybean meal can reduce the binding force among feed particles, so that the feed particles are easy to break, have high pulverization rate and difficult storage, and reduce the feed intake of animals.
2) The components are directly sprayed with grease in a mixer after being mixed, and then granulation is carried out, so that the feed is easily mixed unevenly, the finished granular product is loose and fragile, and the hardness of the granular feed is obviously reduced.
Generally speaking, the existing milk-feeding material is easy to break, has low hardness, is easy to cause the phenomena of high pulverization rate, no ingestion by pigs, large waste, mildewing and the like after being carried, transported for several times and fed with a flood dragon, and influences the application of the milk-feeding material.
Disclosure of Invention

in the step 4), in the granulating process, the aperture of the ring die is 2.7-2.9mm, and the compression ratio of the ring die is 1 (15-17).
Wherein, utilize liquid supply system to send into grease flush coater through the measuring pump with the grease through heating, heat preservation after the pelletization to evenly spray on the surface of granule, the granule that has sprayed the grease is through stirring again, gets into the granule storehouse through the discharge gate or directly the bagging-off, and the granule after the spraying is not only outward appearance good, and palatability, trophism are strong moreover.
Preferably, the mammal material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 57.5 parts of corn, 24.22 parts of soybean meal, 4.28 parts of soybean oil, 3 parts of fish meal, 1.62 parts of stone powder, 1.38 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 2 parts of soybean hull, 4 parts of bran and 2 parts of a feeding premix.
Further, the nursing premix comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.3 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.4 part of salt, 0.25 part of multivitamin, 0.4 part of polymineral, 0.3 part of lysine, 0.2 part of methionine and 0.15 part of baking soda.
Further, in step 1), the powder is pulverized to a particle size of 3.0mm or less.
Further, in step 1), the impurities are removed after pulverization.
Further, in step 2), the mixing time is 110-.
Further, in the step 3), steam is introduced for tempering, wherein the steam temperature is 67-72 ℃, and the steam pressure is 0.4-0.6 Mpa.
Further, in the step 4), the length of the granules is 6-10 mm.
Further, in step 6), the post-treatment comprises cooling and packaging.
The low-powdering-rate lactation material is prepared by the method.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics:
1) the puffed soybean meal is completely replaced by soybean oil and soybean meal, and the soybean oil is completely sprayed in a post-spraying mode: the puffed soybean powder contains about 16% of fat, and the traditional formula uses 8% of puffed soybean powder to make the lactation material contain about 1.28% of fat; the invention correspondingly replaces 8 percent of puffed soybean meal in the traditional formula with about 1.28 percent of soybean oil and about 6.72 percent of soybean meal, and the soybean oil is completely sprayed in a post-spraying mode to carry out grease spraying after granulation;
2) the aperture of the ring die and the compression ratio of the ring die are respectively adjusted to be about 2.8mm and about 1: 16: under the condition that other processes are not changed, the particle hardness can be increased when the aperture of the ring die is reduced, the particle hardness can be obviously increased along with the increase of the compression ratio of the ring die, but the palatability can be influenced when the particle is too hard, so that the particle hardness can be increased and the pulverization rate can be reduced without influencing the palatability by selecting the appropriate aperture of the ring die and the compression ratio of the ring die;
3) after a 2000-rotation pulverization instrument, a 4000-rotation pulverization instrument and a bag-falling test are respectively adopted, the pulverization rates of the lactation materials are respectively 1.4%, 1.8% and 2.05%, and are remarkably reduced compared with 5.4%, 5.8% and 6.3% pulverization rates of the traditional formula lactation materials;
4) the water solubility of the nursing material is better and is improved to 98 percent;
5) the cost of the breast feed is reduced by 15 yuan/ton, and the economic effect is better.
