Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the invention can solve the problems of unbalanced nutrition and malnutrition caused by the lack of omega-3 fatty acid and unreasonable proportion of fatty acid in the residents in China. The formula respectively increases the unsaturated fatty acid and the functional unsaturated fatty acid in the silkworm pupa by 10-20 percent, and keeps the effective components reaching the new level. Overcomes the defects of high cost and low market share of single pupa oil. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, high extraction efficiency, and capability of keeping the characteristic characteristics of the silkworm pupa oil to a large extent. Meanwhile, a formula consisting of tussah pupa oil, perilla oil and linseed oil is screened, the formula is high in effective component content, integrates three oil functions, is added with mulberry leaf polysaccharide, increases the blood sugar reducing effect, and enlarges the special food for edible people.
Detailed Description
The embodiment provides silkworm chrysalis α -linolenic acid gel candy and a production process thereof, and the candy comprises manufacturing raw materials and a manufacturing method, and is characterized in that the manufacturing raw materials comprise silkworm chrysalis, perilla seeds and flaxseed, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
(1) and (3) drying: controlling the temperature below 70 ℃ by using JD6 series microwave drying equipment;
(2) crushing: the dried silkworm chrysalis, perilla seeds and flaxseeds are crushed into 20-40 meshes with the water content of 6-10%;
(3) and (3) extraction: extracting with supercritical CO2, and mechanically squeezing;
(4) refining: refining the silkworm chrysalis oil, the perilla oil and the linseed oil by adopting a high-temperature static method, cooling for static time of 12-24 hours at 100-120 ℃ for 30-50 minutes, and filtering to obtain pure pupa oil;
(5) the formula of the core material comprises the silkworm chrysalis oil, the perilla oil and the linseed oil which are prepared according to the proportion of 5: 3: 2, wherein the content of unsaturated fatty acid is 78-90%, and the content of α -linolenic acid is 42-55%.
(6) The formula of the wall material is as follows: mixing water, gelatin, glycerol, sorbitol solution, maltitol solution and folium Mori polysaccharide at a certain proportion, and heating for dissolving;

A silkworm chrysalis α -linolenic acid gel candy and a production process thereof comprise a preparation raw material and a preparation method, and are characterized in that the preparation raw material comprises silkworm chrysalis, perilla seed and flaxseed, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) and (3) drying: controlling the temperature below 70 ℃ by using JD6 series microwave drying equipment;
(2) crushing: the dried silkworm chrysalis, perilla seeds and flaxseeds are crushed into 20-40 meshes with the water content of 6-10%;
