when the second powder discharging area of the second powder discharging disc does not correspond to the first powder discharging area of any first powder discharging disc, the flour can be stopped from being led out.
2. The dumpling wrapper forming device according to claim 1, wherein the first flour outlet area is uniformly provided with a plurality of first flour outlet holes, and the second flour outlet area is provided with second flour outlet holes corresponding to the first flour outlet holes.
3. The dumpling wrapper forming apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a stirring part is provided in the dusting cylinder above the first flour outlet tray, and the stirring part is driven to rotate by a second driving mechanism.

s2: the slicing mechanism works, cuts out dough sheets and falls to a specific area on the conveying platform in S1 under the action of the conveying platform, so that flour is adhered to the lower surfaces of the dough sheets, wherein the thickness of the dough sheets is 2-5 mm;
s3: the second dusting mechanism works, under the action of the conveying platform, flour is dusted on the dough sheet, and the dusting thickness is 0.1-1 mm;
