Referring to fig. 1, the first embodiment of the fully submerged array type aquaculture apparatus of the present invention comprises an ocean platform and a net cage array formed by arranging a plurality of net cage units. With reference to fig. 3 and 4, each net cage unit includes a fixed pipe frame 5, a net cage 6 fixed on the fixed pipe frame, a cable 8 connected to the fixed pipe frame, and an anchor 7 at the lower part of the cable, the fixed pipe frame is formed by connecting pipe fittings, and a ballast water pump 10 communicated with the pipe fittings is arranged at the central position of the fixed pipe frame.
