Description

System for verifying identity and confirming insurance transaction based on block chain
Technical Field
The invention relates to an identity verification and insurance transaction confirmation system based on a block chain, which utilizes the block chain to provide a digital certificate for identity verification and can be used for identity verification of insurance transactions and confirmation of insurance application willingness of insured persons and insured persons.
Background
In the past, when an insurance businessman draws insurance, because insurance is paid to the life of an insured life, in order to prevent moral risks (for example, the life or health of the insured life is endangered), a main pipe machine is stipulated in an 'insurance businessman management rule', and when the insurance businessman draws insurance, the insurance businessman has to meet the insured life and the insured life in person, which is 'parent time'; and the commercial solicitors related to personal insurance are required to obtain written consent of the insured person and the insured life, which is called 'parent signature'. However, according to the insurance law, the insurance contract becomes effective, and it is only necessary that both meanings are consistent, and it is not necessary to sign or seal.
In addition, general insurance transactions are sold through the path of physical insurance operators, i.e. agents of insurance companies (insurers), and in order to confirm the real identity of an insured, the operators must meet the insured and the insured in person and obtain written consent thereof as evidence for proving the insurance willingness of the insured. However, with the development of science and technology, it is an actively sought objective of the insurance industry to complete the identity verification of the insurance program through new technology and to confirm the insurance willingness of the insured person and the insured, so as to achieve the effect of "personally meeting and personally signing" and further increase the convenience of the insurance program.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the above objects, the present inventors have assiduously studied in order to solve the above problems associated with insurance sales and insurance accommodations, and have made extensive efforts and studies to develop the present invention.
The blockchain can be regarded as a technology for storing, authenticating and transmitting data by a distributed architecture, a transparent and safe application platform which cannot be falsified is provided through a point-to-point communication network, all transaction histories are maintained together through each blockchain node in the communication network, and the transaction histories are stored in a blockchain account according to the sequence. Therefore, any transaction performed on the blockchain platform has the advantage of being transparent, and records performed in the process can be kept in the blockchain book and cannot be tampered (undeniable), so that objective evidence that two parties cannot dispute after the transaction can be left.
The invention uses the block chain characteristics as the medium for identity authentication and insurance transaction confirmation, can achieve the effect of making insurance requests for making personal labels, and can confirm insurance willingness and retain insurance data through the block chain technology. The invention provides an identity verification system which can be shared by insurance industries, an alliance chain can be formed among the insurance industries to carry out authentication and exchange on identity verification information together, and a service flow for confirming insurance transactions (such as insurance application, contract change and claim settlement) of a user can be completed through a personal terminal (such as a tablet personal computer or a mobile device of a preloaded action insurance application program held by an insurance company salesman). Meanwhile, the invention can also reduce the cost of survival investigation, identity checking, KYC (customer) and other transaction confirmation of the insurance company, wherein KYC means that basic data related to the client is collected in advance for the insurance company to judge whether to take insurance for the client, for example: is there a fixed source of income? Is there a possibility that past symptoms are refused to be insured or delayed to be insured? The insurance company can use the data stored in the block chain account book as a reference for performing survival investigation, identity verification and KYC.
