Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Optionally, before describing the embodiment of the present invention, a simple description is first performed on a framework of a block chain network according to the embodiment of the present invention, where the framework of the block chain network according to the embodiment of the present invention may include: a user interface layer, a proxy application layer, and a contract layer. The user interface layer is a network access interface layer, which can display all page contents related to the fund service, for example, which may include but is not limited to: the system comprises a login interface of each fund management party, a transaction interface of each fund service, a data query interface, a product introduction interface, an operation management interface and the like. The user can input data information (such as uploading files in the fund business processing process, feeding back participation wishes and the like) through the user interface layer. All intelligent contracts involved in processing fund business processes are recorded in the contract layer, and intelligent contract services are provided for the outside through a first preset access port (such as a remote procedure call transfer protocol (JSON-RPC) interface and a Software Development Kit (SDK) interface). The agent application layer can call the intelligent contract in the contract layer through the first preset access port of the contract layer, so that the corresponding functional operation is completed. Optionally, after completing the function operation, the proxy application layer may store the function operation result locally while uplink-storing the function operation result. The agent application layer can also acquire data information input by a user through a second preset interface of the user interface layer, and can perform logic operation processing such as encryption and Hash calculation on the second preset interface. Next, a method for processing fund services according to an embodiment of the present invention is described based on the blockchain network architecture.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for processing a fund service based on a blockchain according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a fund service that is completed by multiple parties together and is processed based on a blockchain technique, and the method may be performed by a blockchain node, for example, by a block generation node in a blockchain node, where the block generation node may be any one of the participant nodes. In particular, the method may be performed by a blockchain-based fund service processing apparatus or device configured in a blockchain node, where the apparatus may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and may be integrated in an electronic device carrying the blockchain node. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s101, responding to a participation proposal of the fund service initiated by a proposing party of the fund service, and acquiring participation willingness of each node of the block chain responding to feedback of the participation proposal.
The fund transaction is a fund transaction which needs at least two resource managers as participants to complete together, for example, a fund transaction which is participated by a plurality of fund managers and provides loan to the same lender, namely a bank loan transaction. The fund manager may be a bank or financial institution providing a fund debit and credit service, or the like. It should be noted that, in an actual scenario, there are a large number of fund managers, and the present embodiment may construct a block chain network for the large number of fund managers in advance. The offeror of the fund service can be a fund manager who leads to initiate the fund service in the blockchain network, and the participator can be a fund manager who decides to participate in the fund service after responding to the offerings of the offeror. For example, assuming that there are 100 banks that can provide the funding service, user 1 applies to bank a for the funding service, and bank a serves as the offeror of the funding service. And if the final bank A, the bank B and the bank C finish the fund service together, the bank A, the bank B and the bank C are used as the participants of the fund service.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, when a certain user wants to apply for a fund service, one fund manager may be selected from the multiple fund managers according to a requirement of the user, and then the fund service may be applied on a user interface of the fund manager. The fund manager is used as an offerer of the fund service, calls a related intelligent contract for initiating the fund service offer through a first preset interface of a contract layer according to application information input by a user and acquired by a second preset interface of a user interface layer, initiates a participation offer of the fund service according to the application information input by the user, and sends the participation offer to a block chain network, each fund manager node in the block chain network receives the participation offer, and an agent application layer of each fund manager node determines whether to intentionally participate in the fund service or not according to the actual situation of the agent application layer and feeds participation wishes (such as participation or non-participation) back to the block chain network. Optionally, there are many methods for determining whether to intentionally participate in the fund service by the node of the fund manager, and the method may be that a proxy application layer of the fund manager invokes a relevant intelligent contract for analyzing participation will from a contract layer, and automatically determines whether to agree to participate in the fund service in combination with a participation offer; or the agent application layer of the fund management party displays the received participation proposal to the user through the user interface layer, and the staff of the fund management party determines whether to participate in the fund service and feeds back participation intention to the agent application layer through the user interface layer.
At this time, after receiving the participation proposal of the fund service, the blockchain link point executing the operation of this step needs to not only feed back the participation intention of this fund service to the blockchain network, but also respond to the participation proposal, and acquire the participation intention sent by each node of the blockchain to the blockchain network according to the proposal. Preferably, in order to ensure accuracy and efficiency of determination of the participating party, the participation offer sent by the proposing party in the embodiment of the present invention may include an effective time period for feedback of the current participation offer, and correspondingly, when executing a participation offer of a fund service initiated by the proposing party responding to the fund service and acquiring participation willingness of each node of the block chain to respond to the participation offer feedback, the participation willingness may be: responding to a participation proposal of the fund service initiated by a proposing party of the fund service, and determining an effective time period for participating in an agreement; and acquiring participation willingness of each node of the block chain to respond to the participation offer feedback in the effective time period. Specifically, the participation proposal of the fund service may be analyzed to obtain an effective time period of the participation proposal, then a timer is started to perform effective time counting, and participation willingness fed back by each fund manager node sent by the blockchain network is obtained within the effective time. And for each fund manager which does not receive the participation intention within the effective time, the fund manager can be regarded as abandoning participation in the fund service.
S102, determining at least two participants of the fund service according to the participation desire, and constructing a block chain of the alliance for the at least two participants.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a proxy application layer of a block chain node may invoke a contract layer to determine a participation intention of a participant according to a related intelligent contract analysis, determine whether each participation intention agrees or disagrees with participation, and then use a fund manager sending each participation intention agreeing with participation as a participant of the fund service. It should be noted that, because the fund service in the embodiment of the present invention needs to be implemented by multiple fund managers in a matching manner, the number of the participants of the fund service determined in the embodiment is at least two. Optionally, the offeror of the at least two participants that contains the funding service.
Optionally, after at least two participants of the present fund service are determined, in order to prevent other non-participating fund managers from stealing related information of the fund service for convenience and security of subsequent communication between the participants, the embodiment of the present invention may be to construct a federation block chain for each determined participant. All subsequent information related to the funding service is transmitted and uplink stored in the federation blockchain. Specifically, there are many methods for implementing a federation block chain for participants in the embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment is not limited to this embodiment. Building a federation blockchain for participants may be accomplished by configuring separate channels for each participant of the funding service. For example, a new channel configuration content is configured according to the information of each participant to generate a channel configuration file, then a channel for each participant to communicate is created according to the channel configuration file, and each participant performs data interaction through the channel, thereby forming a new alliance block chain for each participant. And each participant can encrypt the interactive data in the same encryption mode and then send the encrypted interactive data, only each participant of the capital service can decrypt the interactive ciphertext to obtain the interactive plaintext after receiving the interactive ciphertext, and other non-participant nodes cannot decrypt the interactive plaintext even if receiving the interactive ciphertext, so that the alliance block chain is established for each participant.
Optionally, in order to ensure transparency and traceability of each process of the fund service processing in this embodiment, after determining at least two participants of the fund service, the embodiment may initiate an uplink transaction request including information of the at least two participants to the federation blockchain, so as to write the information of the at least two participants into the federation blockchain; the participant information includes identification information of the participant (such as name, code, personal information profile, etc. of the participant) and/or participation willingness fed back by each participant acquired in S101. At this time, the agent application layer may invoke a related intelligent contract for performing data uplink storage in the intelligent contract layer, and operate the related intelligent contract using the information of each participant as input data, thereby generating an uplink transaction request including the information of each participant, and send the uplink transaction request to the federation block chain where each participant is located, so that each participant node in the federation block chain receives the uplink transaction request and analyzes each participant information therefrom to write the transaction request as transaction data into the federation block chain.
S103, responding to the uplink transaction request containing the fund service notification message sent by the alliance block chain, and writing the fund service notification message into the alliance block chain.
The fund service notification message may be a notification message generated in the fund service processing process and related to the fund service, and may include, for example and without limitation: fund change notification messages for fund transfer-in or transfer-out, process flow notification messages for fund services, operation notification messages for fund services, and the like. For example, if the present financial transaction is a banking loan transaction, the financial transaction notification message may include, in the loan issuance phase: the specific amount of loan issued, the time, the issuer, etc. In the post-loan administration phase, the financial services notification message may include: repayment, payment, deferral, or boarding a credit, etc.
Optionally, for any block chain node in the alliance block chain, in the process of processing the fund service, if the fund service notification message is acquired, an uplink transaction request including the fund service notification message is initiated to the alliance block chain, so as to write the fund service notification message into the alliance block chain. Specifically, if a fund service notification message is generated during the process of processing a fund service by any block chain node in the federation block chain (which may be any participant in the federation block chain), a proxy application layer may be used to obtain the fund service notification message, then a related intelligent contract for performing data uplink storage in an intelligent contract layer is invoked, the obtained fund service notification message is used as input data to run the related intelligent contract, so as to generate an uplink transaction request including the fund service notification message, and send the uplink transaction request to the federation block chain in which the fund service notification message is located. After the block chain node in the alliance block chain receives the uplink transaction request, responding to the uplink transaction request, and analyzing a notification message of the fund service as transaction data to be written into the alliance block chain. Optionally, after writing the notification message of the fund service into the federation blockchain, each participant node may also store the information of each participant locally, so as to facilitate quick query when subsequently using the data.
Optionally, in order to ensure accuracy of data stored in the federation blockchain, in the embodiment of the present invention, one or more verification nodes may be further selected from the federation blockchain to perform accuracy verification on the service notification message stored in uplink, and generate an uplink transaction request including a verification result, and send the uplink transaction request to the federation blockchain. The verification node may be manually selected according to a requirement, or may be determined by the system randomly or according to a preset consensus mechanism, which is not limited in this embodiment. When the verification node performs accuracy verification on the uplink service notification message, the verification node may verify the authenticity of the service notification message through a service actual process to obtain a verification result for the service notification message. For example, if the transaction notification message is fund for fund manager a by 10 ten thousand dollars, the verification node may check the authenticity of the transaction notification message by checking the offline fund release transaction record of fund manager a.
Correspondingly, after receiving the uplink transaction request containing the verification result of the fund service notification message sent by the verification node through the alliance block chain, the block chain node in the alliance block chain responds to the uplink transaction request containing the verification result of the fund service notification message so as to write the verification result into the alliance block chain. The specific response and writing process is similar to the above-mentioned response and writing process of the fund service notification message, and is not described herein again.
Optionally, the fund service in the embodiment of the invention may be a banking loan service; the at least two parties determined in S102 are fund managers who provide the banking service, and the at least two parties include a proposing party.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, participation willingness of each node in a block chain responding to feedback of participation proposal is obtained by responding to the participation proposal of the fund service initiated by the sponsor, the participant of the fund service is determined according to the participation willingness, an alliance block chain is established for each participant, and notification messages of the fund service received subsequently are stored in the alliance block chain. The scheme of the embodiment of the invention aims at the fund service which is completed by multiple parties together, and the determining process of the multiple parties does not need manual communication and coordination, thereby reducing the labor cost and improving the determining efficiency of the participants. In addition, an alliance block chain is established for each participant of the fund service, and information related to fund service processing is stored in the alliance block chain, so that the traceability and non-falsification of the fund service processing information are guaranteed, and the safety and reliability of the fund service processing process are improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a fund service processing method based on a block chain according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment performs further optimization on the basis of the above embodiment, specifically provides how to respond to a participation offer of a fund service initiated by an offeror of the fund service, and obtains participation willingness of each node of the block chain to respond to a feedback of the participation offer; and then according to participating in will, confirm at least two parties of fund business, and construct the concrete method introduction of the block chain of alliance for at least two parties, said method comprises specifically:
s201, responding to a first participation proposal of the fund service initiated to the original block chain by a sponsor of the fund service according to the participation requirement of the fund service, and acquiring a first participation intention fed back by each node of the original block chain in response to the first participation proposal.
The participation requirement of the fund service may be a participation requirement for the participant to participate in the fund service, and optionally, the participation requirement may include, but is not limited to, a protocol rule of the fund service, a fund service participation condition, and the like. For example, it may be that a fund manager whose reputation value is higher than a preset value may participate, a fund management method whose registered fund is higher than a preset amount may participate, or the like. The original blockchain may be a blockchain network built for all fund managers.
Optionally, after receiving the fund service applied by the user on the user interface of the user, the sponsor of the fund service determines the participation requirement of the fund service according to the requirement of the user when applying for the fund service and/or the related requirement agreed locally. Then, a first proposed intelligent contract in the local contract layer is called, and a first proposal for participation of the fund service is initiated to the original block chain in which all fund manager nodes are located according to the determined participation requirement. After receiving the first participation proposal, the block link node of the original block chain network needs to perform two operations, one is to determine and feed back the participation intention (i.e. the first participation intention) to the original block chain network in response to the participation proposal; the other is to execute responding to the first participation proposal, determine the effective time period of the first participation proposal, and then obtain the first participation intention fed back by each node in the original block chain responding to the first participation proposal in the effective time period.
S202, according to the first participation intention, at least two initial participants of the fund service are determined from each node of the original block chain, and a first alliance block chain is constructed for the at least two initial participants.
Optionally, after receiving first participation intentions fed back by the fund manager nodes in the original block chain, analyzing the first participation intentions, taking at least two fund managers whose participation intentions are agreed as primary participants, and constructing a first alliance block chain for each determined primary reference party. The above embodiments of how to construct the federation blockchain have been described, and are not described herein again. For example, assuming that there are 100 fund management parties in the original block chain, if the first participation intention of 50 feedback of the 100 fund management parties is agreement, the 50 fund management parties are taken as the initial participants, and a first alliance block chain is constructed for the 50 fund management parties.
Optionally, because the fund service of this embodiment needs a plurality of participants to execute cooperatively, if the number of the initially selected participants determined in this step is less than two, it is determined that the fund service cannot be applied, and an application failure message and a failure reason need to be fed back to the offerer of the fund service, so that the offerer can timely notify the user that the fund service is applied unsuccessfully.
It should be noted that, in the processes of determining the initial participants and constructing the first federation block chain according to the first participation proposal in this embodiment S201-S202, the essence is to preliminarily select the fund managers meeting the application conditions from a large number of fund managers as the primary participants, and the primary participants are potential fund managers that may participate in the fund service.
S203, responding to a second participation proposal of the fund service initiated by the sponsor of the fund service to the first alliance block chain according to the preliminary application information of the fund service, and obtaining a second participation intention fed back by each node of the first alliance block chain responding to the second participation proposal.
The preliminary application information of the fund service may be service introduction information that enables each fund manager to roughly know the fund service. For example, if the present financial transaction is a banking loan transaction, the preliminary application information may be interest of the loan, allocation of loan amount, allocation of benefits, and the like.
Optionally, after the block link point constructs the first alliance block chain, a notification message is sent to the alliance block chain, and after the proposing party knows that the first alliance block chain of the initially selected participant is constructed, the proposing party determines the initial application information of the fund service according to the requirements of the user when applying the fund service and/or the locally agreed relevant requirements. And then calling a second proposed intelligent contract in the local contract layer, and initiating a second participation proposal of the fund service to the first alliance block chain according to the determined preliminary application information. After the block link point of the first federated block chain network receives the second participation proposal, similarly to the operation of S201 described above, two operations also need to be performed, one is to determine and feed back its participation will (i.e. second participation will) to the first federated block chain in response to the second participation proposal; and the other is to execute responding to the second participation proposal, determine the effective time period of the second participation proposal, and then acquire a second participation intention of each primary participant in the first block chain of the alliance responding to the feedback of the second participation proposal in the effective time period.
S204, according to the second participation intention, at least two selected participants of the fund service are determined from the at least two initially selected participants, and a second union block chain is constructed for the at least two selected participants.
Optionally, after receiving second participation wishes fed back by each of the first alliance block chains, each of the second participation wishes is analyzed, at least two of the first alliance participants who agree to participate in the second alliance block chain are used as selected participants, and a second alliance block chain is constructed for each of the determined selected reference parties. The above embodiments of how to construct the federation blockchain have been described, and are not described herein again. Illustratively, there are 50 fund managers (i.e., the first election participants) in the first federation block chain constructed at S202, and if there are 20 second participation intentions fed back by the 50 first election participants as the consent, the 20 first election participants are taken as the selection participants, and a second federation block chain is constructed for the 20 selection participants.
Optionally, when determining at least two selected participants of the fund service from the at least two initially selected participants according to the second participation intention, the step may include evaluating the fund service according to the second participation intention; and if the evaluation result is passed, the initially selected participant with the second participation intention as the agreement is used as the selected participant. Specifically, the success rate of the present fund service group may be evaluated according to the second participation desire. If the success rate is lower than the preset requirement, the fund service cannot be applied, and an application failure message and a failure reason need to be fed back to the offerer of the fund service, so that the offerer can timely inform the user. And if the success rate reaches the preset requirement, executing to take each initially selected participant with the second participation intention as the agreed as the selected participant. Optionally, the second participation will further include participation opinions issued by the primary participants for the second participation offer, and at this time, if the success rate of the fund service group evaluation reaches the preset requirement, the subsequent contract-signing items of the fund service can be further prepared according to the participation opinions of the primary participants who agree to participate.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the process of determining the beneficiary participants and constructing the second federation block chain according to the second participation proposal is substantially directed to the determined fund managers (i.e. the primary participants) that potentially may participate in the fund service, and introduces the fund service to the determined fund managers, so as to obtain, as the beneficiary participants, the primary participants that still want to participate after understanding the fund service.
S205, the third participation proposal of the fund service initiated by the sponsor responding to the second union block chain according to the detailed application information of the fund service, and the third participation will fed back by each node of the second union block chain responding to the third participation proposal.
The detailed application information of the fund service may be specific introduction information of the fund service. For example, if the present funding business is a banking loan business, the detailed application information may be the loan participants, interest of the loan, loan amount allocation, benefit allocation, loan repayment time, and detailed implementation rules.
Optionally, after the block link point constructs the second union block chain, a notification message is sent to the union block chain, and after knowing that the second union block chain of the selected participant is constructed, the proposing party determines detailed application information of the fund service according to the requirements of the user when applying for the fund service and/or the locally agreed relevant requirements. And then calling a third proposed intelligent contract in the local contract layer, and initiating a third participation proposal of the fund service to the second union block chain according to the determined detailed application information. After receiving the third participation proposal, the block link point of the second federation block chain network also needs to perform two operations, similar to the operation of S201, one of which is to determine and feed back its participation intention (i.e. third participation intention) to the second federation block chain in response to the third participation proposal; and the other is to execute responding to the third participation proposal, determine the effective time period of the third participation proposal, and then acquire the third participation intention of each initially selected participant in the second alliance block chain responding to the third participation proposal in the effective time period.
Optionally, the third participation offer of this step is equivalent to a sign-up offer of the fund service. The subscription process may more fully take into account the suggestions of each node in the second federation blockchain, so in the embodiment of the present invention, for the blockchain link point in the second federation blockchain, it may include two feedback processes when determining and feeding back the third participation intention to the second federation blockchain in response to the third participation offer: one is to feed back to the second federation block chain whether the second federation block chain agrees to participate in the individual participation intention of the third participation offer; and the other one is that the individual participation will be fed back according to other nodes in the second union block chain, and the voting participation will whether other nodes are agreed to participate in the third proposal is given.
S206, determining at least two final participants of the fund service from the at least two selected participants according to the third participation intention, and constructing a third union block chain for the at least two final participants.
Optionally, after receiving third participation intentions fed back by the selected participants in the second federation block chain, analyzing the third participation intentions, taking at least two selected participants who agree to participate as final participants who can sign the fund service of the time with the third participation intentions, and constructing a third federation block chain for the determined final reference parties. The above embodiments of how to construct the federation blockchain have been described, and are not described herein again. Illustratively, there are 20 fund managers (i.e. selection participants) in the second federation block chain constructed in S204, and if the third participation intention of 10 feedbacks of the 20 selection participants is agreement, the 10 selection participants are used as final participants of the fund service, and a third federation block chain is constructed for the 10 final participants.
Optionally, if the third participation will is fed back by each order in the second federation block chain in S205 and includes an individual participation will and a voting participation will, when determining the final participant according to the third participation will, this step may be to set the individual participation will as an agreement and set the voting participation will about the individual participation will as an agreed selected participant.
