The embodiment also provides a computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores computer executable instructions, and the computer executable instructions can execute the industrial chain financial management method based on the block chain in any method embodiment. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard disk (Hard disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

Claims (10)

1. The industrial chain financial management method based on the block chain is applied to a resource scheduling block chain, the resource scheduling block chain is used for carrying out resource scheduling according to an intelligent contract issued by an industrial chain financial participant, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a resource scheduling request of a business block chain, wherein the business block chain is used for generating a business request intelligent contract according to an industrial chain financial business request and issuing a resource scheduling request according to the business request intelligent contract;
and scheduling the resources of the financial participants of the industry chain according to the resource scheduling request so as to enable a service block chain to complete the service.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein scheduling resources of financial participants of the industry chain for a business blockchain to complete the business according to the resource scheduling request comprises:
obtaining scoring results of the industry chain financial participants, wherein the scoring results are obtained by scoring a plurality of industry chain financial participants according to business data conditions;
and acquiring corresponding resources from the industry chain financial participants meeting the grading requirements.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein scheduling resources of financial participants of the industry chain for a business blockchain to complete the business according to the resource scheduling request comprises:
judging whether the resource scheduled by the resource scheduling request meets a safety condition;
and when the resource scheduled by the resource scheduling request does not meet the safety condition, early warning is carried out on the service.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the resource scheduling block chain comprises: credit resource block chain, capital resource block chain, business resource block chain, asset resource block chain.
5. The industrial chain financial management device based on the block chain is applied to a resource scheduling block chain, and the resource scheduling block chain is used for performing resource scheduling according to an intelligent contract issued by an industrial chain financial participant, and comprises the following steps:
the resource scheduling request receiving module is used for receiving a resource scheduling request of a business block chain, wherein the business block chain is used for generating a business request intelligent contract according to an industry chain financial business request and issuing a resource scheduling request according to the business request intelligent contract;
and the resource scheduling module is used for scheduling the resources of the financial participants of the industry chain according to the resource scheduling request so as to enable the service block chain to complete the service.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the resource scheduling module comprises:
the scoring result acquisition module is used for acquiring scoring results of the industrial chain financial participants, and the scoring results are obtained by scoring the industrial chain financial participants according to business data conditions;
and the resource acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding resources from the industry chain financial participants meeting the grading requirements.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the resource scheduling module comprises:
the safety condition judging module is used for judging whether the resources scheduled by the resource scheduling request meet the safety conditions or not;
and the early warning module is used for early warning the service when the resource scheduled by the resource scheduling request does not meet the safety condition.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the resource scheduling block chain comprises: credit resource block chain, capital resource block chain, business resource block chain, asset resource block chain.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the blockchain based industry chain financial management method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the program.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, which when executed by a processor, perform the steps of the blockchain-based industry chain financial management method of any of claims 1 to 4.
