In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, computer readable media does not include transitory computer readable media (trans entity med ia) such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.

Claims (10)

1. A method for judging contract settlement progress lag is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a target contract;
acquiring a contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameter of the target contract;
determining standard parameters corresponding to contract settlement lagging judgment parameters of the target contract;
and judging whether the contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameter of the target contract is larger than the standard parameter, if so, delaying the contract settlement progress of the target contract, and if not, not delaying the contract settlement progress of the target contract.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether the contract settlement hysteresis determination parameter of the target contract is greater than the criterion parameter, the method further comprises:
and outputting a judgment result of the delayed contract settlement progress of the target contract.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after outputting a judgment result of a contract settlement progress lag of the target contract, the method further comprises:
receiving manual verification information of a judgment result of delayed contract settlement of the target contract;
and adjusting the judgment result of the contract settlement lag of the target contract according to the manual verification information to generate a final judgment result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the adjusting the determination result of the contract settlement hysteresis of the target contract according to the manual verification information to generate a final determination result, the method further comprises:
and optimizing standard parameters corresponding to contract settlement lagging judgment parameters of the target contract according to the final judgment result based on a machine learning algorithm.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the obtaining of the contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameter of the target contract comprises:
extracting engineering management data and contract settlement data corresponding to the contract number of the target contract from an enterprise management system;
determining the state of the project corresponding to the target contract according to the project management data;
and determining a contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameter of the target contract according to the state of the project corresponding to the target contract and the contract settlement data.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameter of the target contract according to the status of the project corresponding to the target contract and the contract settlement data comprises:
when the project state corresponding to the target contract is the starting work, determining that the contract settlement lag judgment parameter of the target contract is the time difference between the project starting work date and the contract signing date;
when the project state corresponding to the target contract is construction, determining contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameters of the target contract as a progress difference between contract settlement plan progress and contract settlement actual progress and a progress difference between project progress and contract settlement actual progress;
when the project state corresponding to the target contract is completion, determining that the contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameter of the target contract is the time difference between the contract settlement completion date and the project completion date and the progress difference between the contract settlement plan progress and the contract settlement actual progress;
and when the project state corresponding to the target contract is production, determining that the contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameter of the target contract is the time difference between the contract settlement completion date and the project production date, and the progress difference between the contract settlement plan progress and the contract settlement actual progress.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the criteria parameter corresponding to the contract settlement hysteresis decision parameter for the target contract comprises:
determining a type of the target contract;
and determining standard parameters corresponding to the contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameters of the target contract from preset settlement hysteresis judgment standard parameters of different types of contracts according to the type of the target contract.
8. An apparatus for judging a progress delay of contract settlement, comprising:
a determination unit for determining a target contract;
an acquisition unit configured to acquire a contract settlement hysteresis judgment parameter of the target contract;
the determining unit is further used for determining a standard parameter corresponding to the contract settlement lagging judgment parameter of the target contract;
and the judging unit is used for judging whether the contract settlement delay judging parameter of the target contract is larger than the standard parameter, if so, the contract settlement progress of the target contract is delayed, and if not, the contract settlement progress of the target contract is not delayed.
9. A storage medium having stored thereon a program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of determining a contract settlement progress lag according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory for storing a program and a processor for executing the program, wherein the program executes to execute the method for determining a contract settlement progress lag according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
