Abstract

Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of service technologies, and in particular, to a method, a device, and a medium for sharing scientific and technological resources.
Background
With the rapid development of science and technology, science and technology resources become more important in the development of national economy, and the sharing and utilization in science and technology activities are also highly regarded by relevant departments and enterprises. The user attribute data may be obtained from a corresponding database. In some embodiments of the present application, the user attribute data includes at least one of: age, gender, specialty, occupation, consumption records.

The user tag may be used to indicate a user category corresponding to the user terminal.

For example, if the user tag is a medical device, the scientific and technical resource matched with the user tag is the medical device.
The scientific and technological resource label is used for representing the category of scientific and technological resources. The scientific resource label can also be generated based on a preset neural network model.
And S105, generating recommendation information according to the scientific and technological resources matched with the user tags, wherein the recommendation information is used for indicating that the recommendation user provides the scientific and technological resources matched with the user tags.
And S106, respectively sending the generated recommendation information to each user terminal.
Each user terminal here refers to a user terminal having the same user tag as the plurality of user terminals identified in S103.

determining the number of received response messages;
calculating the ratio of the number of the response information and the number of the user terminals with the same user tags;
and determining the interest degree of the user corresponding to the user label on the recommendation information according to the ratio.
For example: in the case where the ratio is set to 0.2 in advance, the degree of interest is 20; in the case of a ratio of 0.5, the degree of interest is 50.
And S108, determining that the user corresponding to the user label is a supplier of the scientific and technological resources under the condition that the interest degree is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value.
For example, if the preset threshold is 80, the user corresponding to the user tag is used as the supplier of the scientific and technological resource if the interest level is 81.
Through the scheme, the recommendation information can be sent to the user terminals with the same user label, and the recommendation information is used for indicating that the recommended user provides the scientific and technological resources matched with the user label. According to the response information of the user terminal aiming at the recommendation information, the interest degree of the user corresponding to the user tag in the recommendation information is determined, and whether the user corresponding to the user tag is used as a supplier of the scientific and technological resources is determined according to the interest degree, so that the user capable of providing the scientific and technological resources is determined, and the richness of the scientific and technological resource market is ensured.

generating recommendation providing information according to the scientific and technological resources matched with the user tags; the recommendation providing information is used for representing that a recommendation user provides the scientific and technological resources matched with the user tags;
the recommendation information is respectively sent to each user terminal;
receiving response information from a user terminal, and determining the interest degree of a user corresponding to the user tag in the recommendation information according to the response information;
and determining that the user corresponding to the user tag is the supplier of the scientific and technological resources under the condition that the interest degree is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, based on a preset rule, the scientific and technological resources matched with the user tag specifically comprises:
determining a scientific and technological resource label matched with the user label;
and the scientific and technological resources corresponding to the scientific and technological resource labels are used as the scientific and technological resources matched with the user labels.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the scientific resource label is used to represent a category of the scientific resource.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the response information is generated by the user terminal according to an operation performed by a user on the recommendation information.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining, according to the response information, a degree of interest of a user corresponding to the user terminal in recommendation information includes:
determining the number of received response messages;
and determining the interest degree of the user corresponding to the user terminal in the recommendation information according to the number of the response information and the number of the user terminals with the same user tags.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein determining the interest level of the user corresponding to the user terminal in the recommendation information according to the number of the response information and the number of the user terminals with the same user tag includes:
calculating the ratio of the number of the response information and the number of the user terminals with the same user tags;
and determining the interest degree of the user corresponding to the user terminal in the recommendation information according to the ratio.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining a plurality of user terminals with the same user tag, the method further comprises:
acquiring user attribute data of a user;
determining a user label of a user based on a preset user label model and according to user attribute data of the user;
and the preset user label model is a preset neural network model.

10. A volatile computer storage medium based on sharing of scientific resources, storing computer-executable instructions configured to:
determining a plurality of user terminals with the same user tag, wherein the user tag is used for representing a user category corresponding to the user terminal;
determining scientific and technological resources matched with the user tags based on preset rules;
generating recommendation providing information according to the scientific and technological resources matched with the user tags; the recommendation providing information is used for representing that a recommendation user provides the scientific and technological resources matched with the user tags;
the recommendation information is respectively sent to each user terminal;
receiving response information from a user terminal, and determining the interest degree of a user corresponding to the user tag in the recommendation information according to the response information;
and determining that the user corresponding to the user tag is the supplier of the scientific and technological resources under the condition that the interest degree is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value.
