In the screening device for substitute materials disclosed in this embodiment, a first determining unit determines material data of an original material; a second determining unit determines a corresponding material substitution rule of the original material, wherein the material substitution rule comprises: at least one or any combination of three dimensions of a market reference price dimension, an authentication information dimension group and a defect information dimension, and a matching rule between an original material and an alternative substitute material in each dimension; the matching unit respectively matches the material data of the original material with the material data of each alternative substitute material according to the material substitution rules; the substitution unit uses the alternative substitution material meeting the requirement of the material substitution rule as the substitution material of the original material. The invention screens the substitute materials with comprehensive reference dimensions, can obtain all substitute materials meeting the requirements of enterprises, is convenient for enterprises to select according to different conditions, and simultaneously avoids the loss of single reference quantity for screening the substitute materials to the enterprises.
The screening device for the substitute materials comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first determining unit, the second determining unit, the matching unit, the substituting unit and the like are all stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor includes a kernel, and the kernel fetches the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be provided with one or more than one, and the screening of the substitute materials is realized by adjusting kernel parameters.

1. A method of screening a surrogate material comprising:
collecting attribute information and network information of an original material, wherein the network information comprises: at least one or any combination of three information of market reference price, authentication information and defect information;

Structuring the cleaned attribute information and the network information to obtain theme data, wherein the theme data comprises: purchase order data, purchase contract data, supplier information data, material main data, material ex-warehouse data, quality problem data, product authentication data, material market price data, social quality public opinion data and after-market product use data;
performing dimension division on the subject data to obtain material data of an original material;
Determining a corresponding material substitution rule of the original material, wherein the material substitution rule comprises: at least one or any combination of three dimensions of a market reference price dimension, an authentication information dimension and a defect information dimension, and a matching rule between an original material and an alternative substitute material in each dimension;
according to the material substitution rules, matching the material data of the original material and the material data of each alternative substitute material respectively;
taking the alternative substitute materials meeting the requirement of the material substitution rule as substitute materials of the original materials;
the process for establishing the material substitution rule comprises the following steps:
Selecting dimensions for evaluating alternative substitute materials from various dimensions for evaluating materials based on preset evaluation rules to form a material substitute dimension group;
And setting a replaceable threshold range corresponding to the evaluation index in each dimension in the material substitution dimension group based on the evaluation index in each dimension in the material substitution dimension group, and obtaining a material substitution rule corresponding to the material, wherein the process of establishing the corresponding relation between the category of the material and all the corresponding dimensions of the material is to establish a material model according to a preset dimension, and the subject data is input into the material model.
