In the screening apparatus for alternative materials disclosed in this embodiment, the first determining unit determines material data of an original material; the second determination unit determines a corresponding material replacement rule of the original material, wherein the material replacement rule comprises: at least one or any combination of three dimensions of a market reference price dimension, an authentication information dimension group and a defect information dimension, and a matching rule between the original material and the alternative substitute material under each dimension; the matching unit is used for respectively matching the material data of the original material with the material data of each alternative substitute material according to the material substitution rule; and the substitute unit takes the alternative substitute materials meeting the material substitution rule requirements as substitute materials of the original materials. According to the method, the substitute materials are screened according to comprehensive reference dimensions, all the substitute materials meeting the requirements of enterprises can be obtained, the enterprises can conveniently select the substitute materials according to different conditions, and meanwhile, the loss of the enterprises caused by single reference quantity of the screened substitute materials is avoided.
The screening device for the substitute materials comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first determining unit, the second determining unit, the matching unit, the substitute unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. One or more than one kernel can be set, and the screening of the substitute materials is realized by adjusting kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
The embodiment of the invention provides a storage medium, wherein a program is stored in the storage medium, and the instruction is executed by a processor to realize the screening method of the substitute material.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the program executes the screening method of the substitute materials when running.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, and the equipment can be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone and the like. The device comprises a processor, a memory and a program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, and the processor realizes the following steps when executing the program:
determining material data of the raw material.

And setting an alternative threshold range corresponding to the evaluation index under each dimensionality in the material alternative dimensionality group based on the evaluation index under each dimensionality in the material alternative dimensionality group to obtain a material alternative rule corresponding to the material.

Claims (10)

1. A method of screening substitute materials, comprising:
determining material data of an original material;
determining a corresponding material substitution rule for the original material, wherein the material substitution rule comprises: at least one or any combination of three dimensions of a market reference price dimension, an authentication information dimension and a defect information dimension, and a matching rule between the original material and the alternative substitute material under each dimension;
respectively matching the material data of the original material with the material data of each alternative substitute material according to the material substitution rules;
and using the alternative substitute materials meeting the material substitution rule requirements as substitute materials of the original materials.
2. The screening method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing process of the material substitution rule comprises:
selecting dimensions for evaluating alternative substitute materials from various dimensions for evaluating materials based on a preset evaluation rule to form a material substitution dimension group;
and setting an alternative threshold range corresponding to the evaluation index under each dimensionality in the material alternative dimensionality group based on the evaluation index under each dimensionality in the material alternative dimensionality group to obtain a material alternative rule corresponding to the material.
3. The screening method of claim 2, wherein the matching the material data of the original material and the material data of each alternative substitute material separately according to the material substitution rules comprises:
accumulating weight values set by dimensions meeting the screening condition in all dimensions of the material substitution rule; wherein the screening conditions are: the matching degree of the material data of the original material in a first dimension and the material data of any alternative substitute material in the first dimension meets the alternative threshold range of the first dimension; the first dimension is each dimension in the material substitution rule, and the matching degree is determined based on evaluation indexes under the corresponding dimension;
judging whether the accumulation result of the weighted values exceeds a preset threshold value or not;
and if the accumulated result of the weighted values exceeds a preset threshold value, the alternative substitute material corresponding to the accumulated result of the weighted values is used as the substitute material of the original material.
4. The screening method of claim 1, wherein determining the material data of the raw material comprises:
collecting attribute information and network information of an original material, wherein the network information comprises: at least one or any combination of three information of market reference price, authentication information and defect information;
sorting the attribute information and the network information to obtain theme data, wherein the theme data comprises: purchase order data, purchase contract data, supplier information data, material main data, material ex-warehouse data, quality problem data, product authentication data, material market price data, social quality public opinion data and after-sale use data of products;
and carrying out dimensionality division on the theme data to obtain material data of the original material.
5. A substitute material screening device, comprising:
the first determining unit is used for determining material data of the original material;
a second determining unit, configured to determine a corresponding material replacement rule for the original material, where the material replacement rule includes: at least one or any combination of three dimensions of a market reference price dimension, an authentication information dimension group and a defect information dimension, and a matching rule between the original material and the alternative substitute material under each dimension;
the matching unit is used for respectively matching the material data of the original material with the material data of each alternative substitute material according to the material substitution rule;
and the replacing unit is used for taking the alternative replacing materials meeting the material replacing rule requirements as the replacing materials of the original materials.
6. The screening apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the selection unit is used for selecting dimensions for evaluating alternative substitute materials from various dimensions for evaluating the materials based on a preset evaluation rule to form a material substitute dimension group;
and the setting unit is used for setting the substitutable threshold range corresponding to the evaluation index under each dimensionality in the material substitution dimensionality group based on the evaluation index under each dimensionality in the material substitution dimensionality group to obtain the material substitution rule corresponding to the material.
7. The screening apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the matching unit includes:
the calculating unit is used for accumulating weight values set by dimensions meeting the screening condition in all dimensions of the material substitution rule; wherein the screening conditions are: the matching degree of the material data of the original material in a first dimension and the material data of any alternative substitute material in the first dimension meets the alternative threshold range of the first dimension; the first dimension is each dimension in the material substitution rule, and the matching degree is determined based on evaluation indexes under the corresponding dimension;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the accumulation result of the weighted values exceeds a preset threshold value or not;
if the judgment unit judges that the accumulation result of the weighted value exceeds a preset threshold value, the replacement unit is used for taking the alternative substitute material corresponding to the accumulation result of the weighted value as the substitute material of the original material.
8. The screening apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first determination unit includes:
the collecting unit is used for collecting attribute information and network information of an original material, wherein the network information comprises: at least one or any combination of three information of market reference price, authentication information and defect information;
a sorting unit, configured to sort the attribute information and the network information to obtain theme data, where the theme data includes: purchasing order data, purchasing contract data, supplier information data, material main data, material ex-warehouse data, quality problem data, product authentication data, material market price data, social quality public opinion data and after-sale use data of products;
and the dividing unit is used for carrying out dimensional division on the main body data to obtain material data of the original material.
9. A storage medium storing a program which, when executed, implements the screening method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A processor configured to execute a program, wherein the program is configured to perform: the screening method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
