In summary, according to the method, the system, the storage medium and the device for pushing the material to be inspected provided by the invention, in the process of industrial production, the material is classified into multiple types, and the material information of each type of material is obtained, wherein the material information represents the current condition of the material, the priority of each type of material is determined according to the material information and the material coefficient, the priority of each type of material is sorted, the material with the highest priority is determined to be the material to be inspected, it can be understood that the material with the highest priority is the material which needs to be inspected most, and the material to be inspected is pushed to the inspector corresponding to the material to be inspected, so that the inspector inspects the material to be inspected, and the reasonable sequence of material inspection is ensured, thereby ensuring the progress of industrial production.

the method comprises the steps of obtaining material information of each type of material, wherein the material information represents the current condition of the material, and the material information comprises the online quantity of the material, the available stock quantity of the material, the use quantity of the material, the move quantity of the material and the coming quantity of the material; the step of obtaining material information of each type of material comprises the following steps: acquiring the material on-line quantity of each type of material, the available stock of the material, the material using quantity, the material moving quantity and the material coming quantity of the material, wherein the material on-line quantity is the quantity of the material corresponding to the order on-line date;
determining the priority of each type of material according to the material information and the material coefficient;
sequencing the priority of each type of material, and determining the material with the highest priority as the material to be detected;
and pushing the material to be detected to an inspector corresponding to the material to be detected.
2. The material pushing method to be inspected according to claim 1, wherein the material coefficients include a coefficient corresponding to an online quantity of the material, a coefficient corresponding to an available stock quantity of the material, a coefficient corresponding to a use quantity of the material, a coefficient corresponding to a move quantity of the material, and a coefficient corresponding to a coming quantity of the material;
the step of determining the priority of each type of material according to the material information and the material coefficient comprises the following steps:
determining the priority corresponding to the material online quantity according to the material online quantity and the coefficient corresponding to the material online quantity;
determining the priority corresponding to the available stock of the material according to the available stock of the material and the coefficient corresponding to the available stock of the material;
determining the priority corresponding to the material using amount according to the material using amount and the coefficient corresponding to the material using amount;
determining the priority corresponding to the moving quantity of the materials according to the moving quantity of the materials and the coefficient corresponding to the moving quantity of the materials;
determining the priority corresponding to the incoming volume of the material according to the incoming volume of the material and the coefficient corresponding to the incoming volume of the material;
calculating the sum of the priority corresponding to the number of the materials on the line, the priority corresponding to the available stock of the materials, the priority corresponding to the quantity of the materials used, the priority corresponding to the quantity of the materials moved and the priority corresponding to the quantity of the materials coming from the line, and determining the priority of each type of materials.
3. The method for pushing materials to be tested according to claim 1, wherein after the step of sorting the priority of each type of materials and determining the material with the highest priority as the material to be tested, the method further comprises:
according to the corresponding relation between the materials and the inspectors and the materials to be inspected, the inspectors corresponding to the materials to be inspected are determined.
4. The method for pushing materials to be inspected according to claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining material information of each type of materials is preceded by the method comprising:
receiving an inspector input by a user and a material verified by the inspector;
and establishing a corresponding relation between the materials and the inspector.
