In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and some embodiments may not be repeated for the same or similar concepts or processes.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for allocating a room space area according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, where the embodiment mainly includes:
s101: and acquiring house attribute information of the target house space to be distributed in the area.
The area allocation method provided by the embodiment of the application allocates any target house space, including an office house, a business house or a residential house. The target house space can be a house, a set of houses, a layer of houses or a building, etc. Because the office house is a public space and has higher standardization, more people need to be satisfied, and space planning of the office house pursues commonality rather than individuality, the area allocation method provided by the embodiment of the application is preferably performed for area allocation of the office house.
When the area allocation of the target room space is performed, first, room attribute information of the target room space waiting for the area allocation needs to be acquired. Here, the house attribute information mainly refers to physical information describing an internal space attribute of the target house space, and by the house attribute information, physical attributes such as the size, the space structure, and the like of the target house space can be determined. And (3) carrying out regional distribution on the target house space, namely dividing the complete target house space into at least one functional region so as to meet the actual use requirement. For example, the office house is generally divided into a public area, a leisure area, an office area, and the like by area allocation. For the area allocation of commercial houses, commercial houses are generally divided into entertainment areas, dining areas, shop areas, and the like. The residential houses are divided into areas, such as a guest area and a private area.
S102: and respectively determining the similarity between the standard house and the target house space in the standard house library according to the house attribute information, and determining more than two target standard houses according to the similarity.
In order to perform more reasonable area allocation on the target house space, it is first required to obtain a target standard house that can be used as a reference to the area allocation experience. Here, we compare the standard design specification in advance, set up the standard house storehouse comprising good quality goal house space regional division case, include at least one to cover different areas, house type and regional standard house of division in the standard house storehouse, usually, include more than two standard houses in the standard house storehouse, each standard house in the standard house storehouse also carries the house attribute information similar to goal house space. When the standard house warehouse is built, a large number of houses subjected to regional division can be collected,
according to house attribute information of the target house space, a target standard house similar to the target house space to be allocated in the area can be selected from the standard house library, and according to the area division of the target standard house, the target house space to be allocated in the area is divided in the area.
S103: and determining at least one functional area of the target house space and the area proportion of the functional area to the target house space according to the target standard house.
Specifically, according to the determined target standard house, at least one functional area required to be provided in the target house space is determined, and the area ratio of each functional area in the at least one functional area to the target house space is determined. Specifically, at least one functional area of the target house space can be determined according to the functional areas in the target standard house, and the area ratio of each functional area of the target house space to the target house space can be determined according to the area ratio of each functional area of the target standard house to the target standard house.
In the embodiment of the application, the size of the functional area in the target house space is represented by using the area proportion of the functional area in the target house space to the target house space, instead of directly representing the size of the functional area in the target house space by using the area of the functional area in the target house space. Because the total area and the house type of each target house space and the standard house are different, even if the target standard house is determined according to the house attribute information, the target standard house which is identical to the target house space at a time cannot be obtained, and the size of the functional area is represented by adopting the area proportion, the space layout of the target house space which needs to be subjected to area configuration can be obtained by more advantageously referring to the space layout of different standard houses.
S104: and determining the position of the functional area in the target house space according to the house attribute information, at least one functional area of the target house space and the area proportion of the functional area to the target house space.
After determining at least one functional area in the target house space and the area ratio of each functional area in the at least one functional area, determining the position and arrangement of each functional area in the target house space according to the house attribute information, namely completing the area allocation of the target house space.
According to the embodiment of the application, more visual house space information with function area allocation can be provided for the user, the house selecting cost of the user is reduced, and the success rate of house renting and selling is further improved.
When the house space area allocation method provided by the embodiment of the application is implemented, a target standard house is determined and obtained from a standard house library. Specifically, according to the house attribute information, the similarity between at least one standard house in the standard house library and the target house space is respectively determined, and more than two target standard houses are obtained according to the similarity between each standard house in the standard house library and the target house space.
Preferably, the house attribute information for determining the similarity between the target house space and the standard house in the embodiment of the present application includes at least one of the following: the house area, the number of the outer walls and the length of each outer wall.
When the house attribute information includes a house area, respectively determining the similarity between the standard house and the target house space in the standard house library according to the house attribute information, including: and calculating an area difference between the house area of the standard house and the house area of the target house space, and determining the similarity according to the area difference. Specifically, for each standard house in the standard house library, calculating an area difference between the house area of the standard house and the house area of the target house space, and determining the similarity according to the area difference.
When the house attribute information comprises the number of the outer walls, respectively determining the similarity between the standard house and the target house space in the standard house library according to the house attribute information, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and determining the similarity according to the number of the outer walls of the standard house and the number of the outer walls of the target house space. Specifically, for each standard house in the standard house library, the similarity is determined according to the number of the outer walls of the standard house and the number of the outer walls of the target house space.
When the house attribute information includes the length of the outer wall, determining the similarity between the standard house and the target house space in the standard house library according to the house attribute information, respectively, including: sequencing at least one outer wall of the target house space from large to small according to the length of the outer wall of the target house space; sequencing at least one external wall of the standard house from big to small according to the length of the external wall of the standard house; and determining the similarity according to the length of the outer wall of the target house space after sequencing and the length of the outer wall which is the same as the sequencing position of the outer wall of the target house space in the standard house.
When determining the target standard house from the standard house set, two or more house attribute information may be used, and at this time, the house attribute information may be arbitrarily combined, for example, the house area and the number of outer walls, the number of outer walls and the length of each outer wall, the house area and the length of each outer wall, or the house area, the number of outer walls and the length of each outer wall may be determined from the standard house set to obtain the target standard house.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the house attribute information includes a house area, the number of outer walls, and a length of each outer wall, the method for assigning a house space area according to the embodiment of the present application includes steps of determining a target standard house from a standard house library, as shown in fig. 2, including:
s201: for each standard house in the standard house library, calculating an area difference between the house area of the standard house and the house area of the target house space, and determining the area similarity according to the area difference.
After calculating the area difference between the house area of the standard house and the house area of the target house space, determining and obtaining the area similarity directly according to the area difference, wherein the larger the area difference is, the smaller the area similarity is; preferably, the area difference percentage is calculated according to the area difference and the floor area of the target floor space, for example, the area difference percentage can be obtained by dividing the area difference and the floor area of the target floor space, the area similarity is determined according to the area difference percentage, the larger the area difference percentage is, the smaller the area similarity is, the more accurate the area difference percentage is compared with the area similarity determined directly according to the area difference, and the area difference percentage can represent the gap between the floor area of the standard floor and the floor area of the target floor space.
S202: and determining a first middle standard house from the standard house set according to the area similarity.
Specifically, a standard house, in which the area similarity is greater than a preset area similarity threshold value in the standard house set, is determined as a first middle standard house. When the area similarity is directly determined according to the area difference value, determining a standard house with the area difference value smaller than a preset area difference value threshold value as a first middle standard house; when the area similarity is determined according to the area difference percentage, a standard house in which the area difference percentage is smaller than a preset percentage threshold value in the standard house set can be determined as a first middle standard house. At this time, it should be determined that two or more first intermediate standard houses are obtained.
S203: and determining the number similarity according to the number of the outer walls of the first middle standard houses and the number of the outer walls of the target house space for each of the above two or more first middle standard houses.
Specifically, the number similarity can be determined according to the number difference between the number of the outer walls of the first intermediate standard house and the number of the outer walls of the target house space. The larger the number difference, the smaller the number similarity.
S204: and determining a second intermediate standard house from the above two or more first intermediate standard houses according to the number similarity.
Specifically, the first middle standard house with the number similarity larger than the preset number similarity threshold is determined to be the second middle standard house, or the first middle standard house with the number difference smaller than the preset number difference threshold can be directly determined to be the second middle standard house. Since the number of outer walls has a great influence on the house type, it is preferable that the first intermediate standard house is determined as the second intermediate standard house when the difference in the number is 0, that is, the number of outer walls of the first intermediate standard house is the same as the number of outer walls of the target house space. That is, in each of the first intermediate standard rooms determined in the above step S202, the number of outer walls is the same as the number of outer walls of the target room space, and is determined as the second intermediate standard room. At this time, it should be determined that two or more second intermediate standard houses are obtained.
S205: sorting the outer walls of the target house space from large to small according to the length of the outer walls of the target house space; for each of the above two or more second intermediate standard houses, sorting each of the outer walls of the second intermediate standard house from large to small according to the length of the outer wall of the second intermediate standard house.
The house types may still have a great gap between houses having similar areas and the same number of outer walls, and thus, the second intermediate standard house is screened according to the length of each outer wall. Specifically, firstly, sorting the outer walls, and sorting each outer wall of the target house space and each outer wall of the second intermediate standard house according to the length of each outer wall from large to small. Because the influence of the outer wall with a larger length on the house type is generally larger than that of the outer wall with a smaller length, the outer walls are preferably sorted from large to small according to the length of the outer wall, however, the outer walls are also sorted from small to large according to the length of the outer wall, and the design spirit of the embodiment of the application is not deviated, and the protection scope of the embodiment of the application is not exceeded.
S206: and determining the length similarity according to the length of at least one outer wall of the target house space after sorting and the length of the outer wall which is the same as the outer wall sorting position of the target house space in the second intermediate standard house.
To facilitate the description of the length similarity determination process, it is assumed that the target room space and the second intermediate standard room both contain a total of m exterior walls, each exterior wall of the target room space is represented using L, and each exterior wall of the second intermediate standard room is represented using D. After the m outer walls of the target house space and the m outer walls of the second intermediate standard house are ordered, the length of each outer wall of the target house space is L1 to Lm respectively, wherein L1 is largest, lm is smallest, and the length of each outer wall of the second intermediate standard house is D1 to Dm respectively, wherein D1 is largest and Dm is smallest. Therefore, the lengths of the outer walls with the j-th bit in the sorting position are Lj and Dj, respectively. And determining the length similarity according to Lj and Dj for the m outer walls.
By way of example, the length similarity may be determined using the following equation (1):
wherein Si is the length similarity between the ith second intermediate standard house and the target house space, m is the number of the outer walls of the target house space and the second intermediate standard house, lj is the length of the outer wall of the target house space with the j th sorting position, and e is a very small constant, and the meaning of e is to avoid the situation that the denominator is 0.
S207: and determining the target standard house from the above two or more second intermediate standard houses according to the length similarity.
Specifically, the second intermediate standard houses with the length similarity greater than the preset length similarity threshold may be determined as target standard houses, or the preset number of second intermediate standard houses with the maximum length similarity may be determined as target standard houses. At this time, it should be determined that two or more target standard houses are obtained.
After the target standard house is determined, each functional area contained in the target standard house is determined to be at least one functional area of the target house space; and aiming at least one functional area, determining the area proportion of the functional area to the target house space according to the average value of the area proportion of the functional area to the target standard house where the functional area is located in each target standard house.
Specifically, since more than two target standard houses are obtained, the functional areas contained in each target standard house may be different. Thus, two possible implementations may be used to determine each functional area contained in the target standard house as at least one functional area of the target house space.
A: in a possible embodiment, the functional area contained in each target standard house is determined as the functional area of the target house space. Illustratively, when it is determined that three target standard spaces are obtained: when the target standard space a, the target standard space B and the target standard space C are used, assuming that the target standard space a comprises a functional area a and a functional area B, and the target standard space B comprises a functional area a, a functional area B and a functional area C, and the target standard space C comprises a functional area a, a functional area B and a functional area d, the functional areas of the target house space are determined to be the functional areas a and B. At this time, the area ratio of the functional area a of the target room space is determined from the average value of the area ratio of the functional area a of the target standard space a, the area ratio of the functional area a of the target standard space B, and the area ratio of the functional area a of the target standard space C; the area ratio of the functional area B of the target room space is determined according to the average value of the area ratio of the functional area B of the target standard space a, the area ratio of the functional area B of the target standard space B and the area ratio of the functional area B of the target standard space C.
B: in another possible embodiment, each functional area contained in each target standard house is determined as a functional area of the target house space. When three target standard spaces are determined to be obtained: when the target standard space a, the target standard space B and the target standard space C are used, assuming that the target standard space a comprises a functional area a and a functional area B, and the target standard space B comprises a functional area a, a functional area B and a functional area C, the functional area of the target room space is determined to be the functional area a, the functional area B, the functional area C and the functional area d. The area ratio of each functional area in the target room space is determined in the same manner as in the possible embodiment a, and the area ratio of each functional area in the target room space is determined based on the average value of the area ratios of each functional area in the target standard space a, the target standard space B, and the target standard space C.
After the functional areas and the sizes of each functional area included in the target house space are determined, the position of each functional area in the target house space is determined, and then the area allocation of the target house space can be completed.
The target house space may include an office house, a commercial house, a residential house, or the like, and each of the target house spaces is similarly assigned in areas, and a method of determining the position of each of the functional areas in the target house space will be described in detail below with reference to the office house as an example.
When the position of the functional area in the target house space is determined, the house attribute information mainly comprises a house pattern diagram of the target house space. And determining the position of each functional area in the target house space according to the house type diagram, wherein at least one functional area in the target house space and the area proportion of each functional area in the target house space.
Specifically, when the target house space is an office house, in order to meet office requirements, the office house comprises a functional area which at least comprises a public area and an office area, wherein the public area can also comprise a meeting area, a leisure area, a meeting area and the like, and the office area mainly comprises stations of each employee. The step of determining the location of each functional area in the target room space is shown in fig. 3:
s301: and determining a termination side wall according to the distance between at least one outer wall and the entrance in the target house space.
The termination side wall is determined in this step in order to determine the aisle in step S302. For an office house, the aisle in the office house needs to have the best passing efficiency, and therefore, the aisle in the office house needs to be directly connected from the entrance to the outer wall farthest from the entrance, and the outer wall farthest from the entrance in the target house space is determined as the termination side wall. In general, an office building has only one entrance, and when the area of the office building is large, there may be more than two entrances in the office building, and when the office building includes more than two entrances, for each entrance, a termination side wall corresponding to the entrance is determined according to a distance between each outer wall in a target building space and the entrance, and for example, an outer wall in the target building space farthest from the entrance is determined as the termination side wall corresponding to the entrance.
For example, fig. 4 and 5 are house type diagrams of two kinds of target house spaces, and only one entrance is shown in fig. 4 and 5, and the outer wall of the target house space of fig. 4 and 5, which is farthest from the entrance, is determined as the ending side wall of the target house space of fig. 4 and 5, respectively.
S302: a passageway is defined in the target room space from the entrance to the terminating side wall.
Unlike space designs such as parks, in the area allocation of office premises the design of the aisle needs to take into account as much functionality as possible, rather than decorativeness, so that, especially in the functional area allocation phase, the main purpose of determining the aisle is to reasonably divide the target premises space, and therefore, preferably, the aisle is determined according to the distance between the two outer walls in the target premises space; the passageway defined in the target room space is at least one section connecting the entrance and the terminating side wall, each section being parallel to the outer wall of the target room space when the shape of the office room is regular.
Preferably, the channel may be determined using the steps shown in fig. 6:
s601: from the entrance, a reference exterior wall is obtained.
At this time, the determined reference outer wall is the outer wall of the target house space, and the reference outer wall is the outer wall where the access is located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance.
For the target house space, the reference outer wall is adjacent to the outer wall where the entrance is located, and the reference outer wall comprises two outer walls. For a regularly shaped target room space, the two reference walls are generally perpendicular to the wall where the entrance is located and the two reference walls are parallel to each other. Fig. 4 and 5 are schematic diagrams of the household pattern of two regularly shaped target house spaces.
When the target house space is an open space, according to the occupied area and the house type of the target house space, treating the side without the outer wall on the house type as a virtual outer wall, and carrying out area allocation of the target house space by taking the virtual outer wall as an entity outer wall.
When the shape of the target house space is irregular, two reference outer walls are arranged close to the outer wall where the entrance is located, and the two reference outer walls are not perpendicular to the outer wall where the entrance is located or are not parallel.
S602: the first road segment is determined from the entrance according to the reference outer wall.
Fig. 4 and 5 show a first section of road defined in the target room space, respectively, preferably perpendicularly to the outer wall where the entrance is located.
S603: and when the first road section is intersected with the outer wall of the target house space, judging whether the outer wall intersected with the first road section is a termination side wall or not.
When the external wall is not terminated, step S604 is performed; when it is the termination of the exterior wall, step S607 is performed.
S604: when the side wall is not terminated, the reference outer wall is updated.
The updated reference outer wall is the outer wall of the target house space, and the updated reference outer wall is adjacent to the outer wall intersected with the first road segment. The updated reference facade also includes two facades.
S605: and determining the second road section according to the distance between the reference outer walls.
When the shape of the target house space is regular, the two reference outer walls are parallel, when the two reference outer walls are parallel, the distance between the two reference outer walls is determined, and whether the distance between the two reference outer walls is larger than a preset reference distance threshold value is judged.
And when the reference distance threshold value is larger than the preset reference distance threshold value, determining a second road section perpendicular to the first road section according to the central lines of the two reference outer walls. Specifically, for example, in the target room space shown in fig. 4, the distance between the two reference outer walls is greater than the preset reference distance threshold value, and thus the second road section determined according to the center line of the two reference outer walls is shown in fig. 4.
And when the distance between the first road section and the second road section is smaller than the preset reference distance threshold value, determining a second road section perpendicular to the first road section immediately adjacent to any one of the reference outer walls. Specifically, for example, in the target house space shown in fig. 5, the distance between two reference outer walls is smaller than the preset reference distance threshold value, and thus, the second road section determined immediately adjacent to one reference outer wall is shown in fig. 5.
And when the shape of the target house space is regular, determining that the obtained second road section is perpendicular to the first road section.
When the shape of the target house space is irregular, the two reference outer walls may not be parallel, and when the two reference outer walls are not parallel, the second road section is determined according to the maximum value of the distance between the two reference outer walls. Similarly, when the maximum value of the distance between the two reference outer walls is larger than a preset reference distance threshold value, determining a second road section according to the central lines of the two reference outer walls; and when the distance between the two reference outer walls is smaller than the preset reference distance threshold value, determining a second road section next to one reference outer wall. At this time, the determined second road section may or may not be perpendicular to the first road section.
S606: and when the second road section is intersected with the outer wall of the target house space, judging whether the outer wall intersected with the second road section is a termination side wall or not.
When the external wall is not terminated, returning to the step S604, and executing the step of updating the reference external wall; when it is the termination of the exterior wall, step S607 is performed.
At this time, the updated reference outer wall is the outer wall of the target house space, and the reference outer wall is adjacent to the outer wall intersected with the second road section. Then, further steps S605 and S606 are performed, and the second road segment is continuously determined until the outer wall perpendicular to the second road segment is the terminated outer wall. Specifically, for example, the target house space as shown in fig. 5 includes two second road segments.
S607: and when the external wall is terminated, a channel is obtained.
When the step S603 jumps, the obtained channel includes the first road section; when the step S606 is skipped, the obtained channel contains the first road segment and the second road segment.
In determining the channel, a default width of the channel may be set, for example, to 0.5m to 2m.
S303: an available area in the target room space other than the aisle is determined.
Based on the location of the aisle within the target room space and the default width of the aisle, an available area may be determined, the available area being an area of the target room space other than the aisle.
S304: and determining the position of the public area in the target house space according to the area proportion of the public area and the available area.
When determining the location of the public areas in the target house space, the public areas in the target house space are generally arranged in a concentrated manner due to the strong aggregation characteristic of the public areas, so that the determination of the location of the public areas needs to satisfy two conditions, namely, the first public areas are aggregated as much as possible, and the second available areas can accommodate the public areas.
Taking the example that the public area includes a meeting area and a receiving area, fig. 4 and fig. 5 respectively show the positions of the public area in different target house spaces. Fig. 4 and 5 are only examples of a common area allocation in a target room space, and of course, the common area may include other kinds of areas, and the common area may further include two or more conference areas or two or more guest areas.
S305: and determining the part of the available area of the target house space except the public area as the office area.
The office area is mainly used for accommodating stations of staff, and the stations of staff can be distributed and arranged in a staggered mode, so that all the available area except the unexpected part of the public area is determined as the office area. And then, the user pattern graph containing the function area allocation result can be sent to the client and displayed to the user.
Furthermore, after the office area is determined, the number of staff can be determined, and more reference and visual house information with more details can be provided for the user.
To determine the number of employees, it is also necessary to determine the area of the workstation. At this time, at least one functional area of the target house space, an area ratio of the functional area to the target house space, and a station area are determined according to the target standard house. Here again, the station area is determined from the target standard premises, preferably the station area of the target premises space can be determined from the average of the station areas in each target standard premises.
And then, determining the number of staff accommodated in the target house space according to the office area and the station area. For example, the number of employees may be determined directly according to the area of the office area and the area of the workstation, and specifically, the quotient of the area of the office area and the area of the workstation is used as the number of employees. The arrangement of the stations in the office area can be determined according to the station area, and meanwhile, the number of stations which can be accommodated in the office area is determined as the staff number. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, the stations are compactly arranged in the office area, resulting in an arrangement of stations in the office area, and the number of employees. And then, the house type graph containing the function area allocation result and the station arrangement and the staff number are sent to a client and displayed to a user.
Furthermore, the setting of the user to the functional area contained in the target house space and the area proportion of each functional area can be obtained through the client, the setting of the user to the station area can be obtained, and the allocation of the functional areas is determined according to the user setting by using the method provided by the embodiment of the application. The user pattern diagram containing the function area allocation result is sent to the client and displayed to the user; or the user pattern diagram containing the function area allocation result and the station arrangement and the staff number are sent to the client and displayed to the user.
