In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below with specific embodiments. Several of the following embodiments may be combined with each other and some details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for allocating a room space area according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment mainly includes:
s101: and acquiring the house attribute information of the target house space to be allocated in the region.
The region distribution method provided by the embodiment of the application is used for distributing any target house space, including office houses, commercial houses or residential houses. The target house space may be a house, a set of houses, a floor of houses, or a house. Because the office buildings are public spaces and have higher standard performance and need to meet the requirements of more people, the space planning of the office buildings pursues commonalities rather than personalities, and therefore, the area allocation method provided by the embodiment of the application is preferably performed aiming at the area allocation of the office buildings.
When performing area allocation of a target house space, first, house attribute information of the target house space waiting for area allocation needs to be acquired. Here, the house attribute information mainly refers to physical information describing an internal space attribute of the target house space, and the physical attributes such as the size, the spatial structure, and the like of the target house space can be determined by the house attribute information. The area distribution is carried out on the target room space, namely, a complete target room space is divided into at least one functional area so as to meet the actual use requirement. For example, area allocation is performed for office houses, and the office houses are generally divided into a public area, a leisure area, an office area, and the like. Area allocation is performed for commercial houses, and the commercial houses are generally divided into an entertainment area, a dining area, a shop area and the like. The residential house is divided into areas, and is generally divided into a guest receiving area, a private area, and the like.
S102: and respectively determining the similarity between the spaces of the standard houses in the standard house library and the target house according to the house attribute information, and determining to obtain more than two target standard houses according to the similarity.
In order to make the regional allocation more reasonable for the target house space, it is first necessary to obtain a target standard house that can use the experience of regional allocation. Here, we have set up a standard house library including high-quality target house space region division cases in advance according to standard design specifications, where the standard house library includes at least one standard house covering different areas, house types and region divisions, and normally, the standard house library includes more than two standard houses, and each standard house in the standard house library also carries house attribute information similar to the target house space. When the standard house bank is built, a large number of houses subjected to regional division can be collected,
according to the house attribute information of the target house space, a target standard house similar to the target house space to be regionally allocated can be selected from the standard house library, and the target house space to be regionally allocated is regionally divided according to the regional division of the target standard house.
S103: and determining at least one functional area of the target house space and the area ratio of the functional area to the target house space according to the target standard house.
Specifically, according to the target standard house obtained through determination, at least one functional area required to be provided in the target house space and the area proportion of each functional area in the at least one functional area to the target house space are determined. Specifically, at least one functional area of the target house space may be determined according to the functional areas in the target standard house, and the area ratio of each functional area in the target house space to the target house space may be determined according to the area ratio of each functional area in the target standard house to the target standard house.
In the embodiment of the present application, the size of the functional region in the target housing space is represented using the area ratio of the functional region in the target housing space to the target housing space, rather than directly representing the size of the functional region in the target housing space using the area of the functional region in the target housing space. The total area and the house type of each target house space are different from those of the standard houses, so that even if the target standard houses are determined according to the house attribute information, the target standard houses which are the same as the target house space cannot be obtained, the size of the functional area is represented by adopting the area proportion, and the spatial layout of the target house space which needs to be subjected to regional configuration can be obtained by referring to the spatial layout of different standard houses.
S104: and determining the position of the functional area in the target room space according to the room attribute information, at least one functional area of the target room space and the area proportion of the functional area in the target room space.
After at least one functional area in the target housing space and the area proportion of each functional area in the at least one functional area are determined, the position and arrangement of each functional area in the at least one functional area in the target housing space are determined according to the housing attribute information, and therefore the area distribution of the target housing space is completed.
The method and the device for providing the house space information can provide the house space information which is more visual and is distributed in the functional area for the user, reduce the house selecting cost of the user and further improve the house renting and selling rate.
When the method for allocating the room space area provided by the embodiment of the present application is specifically implemented, a target standard room needs to be determined and obtained from a standard room library. Specifically, according to the house attribute information, the similarity between at least one standard house in a standard house library and the target house space is respectively determined, and more than two target standard houses are determined according to the respective similarity between each standard house in the standard house library and the target house space.
Preferably, the house attribute information used for determining the similarity between the target house space and the standard house in the embodiment of the present application includes at least one of the following: the area of the house, the number of external walls and the length of each external wall.
When the house attribute information includes the house area, respectively determining the similarity between the standard house and the target house space in the standard house library according to the house attribute information, wherein the step comprises the following steps: and calculating an area difference value between the house area of the standard house and the house area of the target house space, and determining the similarity according to the area difference value. Specifically, for each standard house in the standard house library, an area difference between the house area of the standard house and the house area of the target house space is calculated, and the similarity is determined according to the area difference.
When the house attribute information comprises the number of the outer walls, respectively determining the similarity between the space of the standard house and the space of the target house in the standard house library according to the house attribute information, wherein the step comprises the following steps: and determining the similarity according to the number of the outer walls of the standard house and the number of the outer walls of the target house space. Specifically, for each standard house in the standard house warehouse, the similarity is determined according to the number of the outer walls of the standard house and the number of the outer walls of the target house space.
When the house attribute information includes the length of the outer wall, respectively determining the similarity between the space of the standard house and the space of the target house in the standard house library according to the house attribute information, wherein the step comprises the following steps: sequencing at least one outer wall of the target house space from big to small according to the length of the outer wall of the target house space; sequencing at least one outer wall of the standard house from big to small according to the length of the outer wall of the standard house; and aiming at the outer walls of the target house spaces after sorting, determining the similarity according to the length of the outer walls of the target house spaces and the length of the outer walls of the standard houses at the same sorting position as the outer walls of the target house spaces.
When the target standard house is determined from the standard house in a centralized manner, more than two house attribute information may be used, and at this time, the house attribute information may be combined at will, for example, the target standard house may be determined from the standard house in a centralized manner by using the house area and the number of the outer walls, the number of the outer walls and the length of each outer wall, the house area and the length of each outer wall, or the house area, the number of the outer walls, and the length of each outer wall.
Illustratively, when the property information of the house includes the area of the house, the number of external walls, and the length of each external wall, in the method for allocating a space area of the house provided by the embodiment of the present application, the step of determining a target standard house from a standard house library is shown in fig. 2, and includes:
s201: and calculating the area difference between the house area of the standard house and the house area of the target house space aiming at each standard house in the standard house library, and determining the area similarity according to the area difference.
After the area difference between the house area of the standard house and the house area of the target house space is obtained through calculation, the area similarity is directly determined and obtained according to the area difference, and the larger the area difference is, the smaller the area similarity is; preferably, the area difference percentage is calculated according to the area difference and the room area of the target room space, for example, the area difference percentage may be obtained by dividing the area difference and the room area of the target room space, and the area similarity may be determined according to the area difference percentage.
S202: and according to the area similarity, determining a first middle standard house from the standard house set.
Specifically, the standard houses with the area similarity larger than a preset area similarity threshold in the standard house set are determined as first middle standard houses. When the area similarity is determined and obtained directly according to the area difference, the standard houses with the area difference smaller than a preset area difference threshold in the standard house set can be determined as first intermediate standard houses; when the area similarity is determined according to the area difference percentage, the standard houses with the area difference percentage smaller than the preset percentage threshold in the standard house set can be determined as the first middle standard house. At this time, it should be determined that more than two first intermediate standard houses are obtained.
S203: and determining the number similarity according to the number of the outer walls of the first middle standard house and the number of the outer walls of the target house space aiming at each first middle standard house in the more than two first middle standard houses.
Specifically, the number similarity may be determined according to a number difference between the number of the outer walls of the first intermediate standard house and the number of the outer walls of the target house space. The larger the number difference is, the smaller the number similarity is.
S204: and determining a second intermediate standard house from the more than two first intermediate standard houses according to the number similarity.
Specifically, the first intermediate standard house with the number similarity larger than the preset number similarity threshold is determined as the second intermediate standard house, or the first intermediate standard house with the number difference smaller than the preset number difference threshold may be directly determined as the second intermediate standard house. Since the number of the outer walls greatly affects the house type, it is preferable that the first intermediate standard house is determined as the second intermediate standard house when the difference value of the number is 0, that is, the number of the outer walls of the first intermediate standard house is the same as the number of the outer walls of the target house space. That is, the second intermediate standard house is determined as the second intermediate standard house, in which the number of the outer walls of each first intermediate standard house determined in the above step S202 is the same as the number of the outer walls of the target house space. At this time, it should be determined that more than two second intermediate standard houses are obtained.
S205: sequencing the outer walls of the target house space from big to small according to the length of the outer walls of the target house space; and aiming at each second middle standard house in the more than two second middle standard houses, sequencing each outer wall of the second middle standard house from big to small according to the length of the outer wall of the second middle standard house.
Between houses with similar areas and the same number of outer walls, there may still be a large difference in house types, so the second intermediate standard house is screened according to the length of each outer wall. Specifically, the outer walls are sorted first, and each outer wall of the target house space and each outer wall of the second intermediate standard house are sorted respectively according to the length of each outer wall from large to small. Because the influence of the outer wall with the larger length on the house type is generally larger than that of the outer wall with the smaller length, the outer walls are preferably sorted according to the lengths of the outer walls from large to small, however, the outer walls can be sorted according to the lengths of the outer walls from small to large, without departing from the design purpose of the embodiment of the application, and without exceeding the protection scope of the embodiment of the application.
S206: and aiming at least one outer wall of the sorted target house space, determining the length similarity according to the length of the outer wall of the target house space and the length of the outer wall of the second middle standard house at the same sorting position as the outer wall of the target house space.
For convenience of describing the determination process of the length similarity, it is assumed that the target house space and the second intermediate standard house each include m outer walls in total, and L is used to represent each outer wall of the target house space and D is used to represent each outer wall of the second intermediate standard house. After the m outer walls of the target house space and the m outer walls of the second intermediate standard house are sequenced, the length of each outer wall of the target house space is respectively L1 to Lm, wherein L1 is the largest, Lm is the smallest, the length of each outer wall of the second intermediate standard house is respectively D1 to Dm, D1 is the largest, and Dm is the smallest. Therefore, the lengths of the outer walls with the j-th sorting position are Lj and Dj respectively. And determining the length similarity of the m outer walls according to Lj and Dj.
Illustratively, the length similarity may be determined using the following equation (1):
Figure BDA0002290948940000151
wherein Si is the length similarity between the ith second intermediate standard house and the target house space, m is the number of the outer walls of the target house space and the second intermediate standard house, Lj is the length of the outer wall of the target house space with the j-th ordering position, and the length of the outer wall of the second intermediate standard house with the j-th ordering position is Dj, e is a very small constant, and e has the meaning of avoiding the occurrence of the condition that the denominator is 0.
S207: and determining a target standard house from the more than two second intermediate standard houses according to the length similarity.
Specifically, the second intermediate standard houses with the length similarity greater than the preset length similarity threshold may be determined as the target standard houses, or a preset number of second intermediate standard houses with the maximum length similarity may be determined as the target standard houses. At this time, it should be determined that more than two target standard houses are obtained.
After the target standard house is determined, determining each functional area contained in the target standard house as at least one functional area of the target house space; and aiming at least one functional area, determining the area proportion of the functional area in the target house space according to the average value of the area proportion of the functional area in each target standard house in the target standard house in which the functional area is positioned.
Specifically, since more than two target standard houses are obtained, the functional areas included in each target standard house may be different. Thus, two possible implementations can be used to determine each functional area contained in the target standard house as at least one functional area of the target house space.
A: in one possible embodiment, the functional area included in each target standard house is determined as the functional area of the target house space. Illustratively, when three target criteria spaces are determined: when the target standard space a, the target standard space B and the target standard space C are used, assuming that the target standard space a includes a functional area a and a functional area B, the target standard space B includes a functional area a, a functional area B and a functional area C, and the target standard space C includes a functional area a, a functional area B and a functional area d, the functional areas of the target house space are determined to be the functional area a and the functional area B. At this time, determining the area ratio of the functional area a of the target room space according to the average value of the area ratio of the functional area a of the target standard space a, the area ratio of the functional area a of the target standard space B and the area ratio of the functional area a of the target standard space C; and determining the area ratio of the functional area B of the target house space according to the average value of the area ratio of the functional area B of the target standard space A, the area ratio of the functional area B of the target standard space B and the area ratio of the functional area B of the target standard space C.
B: in another possible embodiment, each of the functional areas included in each of the target standard houses is determined as a functional area of the target house space. When three target standard spaces are determined: when the target standard space a, the target standard space B and the target standard space C are used, assuming that the target standard space a includes a functional area a and a functional area B, the target standard space B includes a functional area a, a functional area B and a functional area C, and the target standard space C includes a functional area a, a functional area B and a functional area d, the functional areas of the target house space are determined to be the functional area a, the functional area B, the functional area C and the functional area d. The area ratio of each functional region in the target room space is determined in the same manner as the area ratio in possible embodiment a, and the area ratio of each functional region in the target room space is determined based on the average value of the area ratios of each functional region in the target standard space a, the target standard space B, and the target standard space C.
After determining the functional areas and the size of each functional area included in the target housing space, the location of each functional area in the target housing space is also determined, and the area allocation to the target housing space is completed.
The target housing space may include an office housing, a commercial housing, a residential housing, or the like, and the region allocation method for each target housing space is similar, and the method of determining the position of each functional region in the target housing space will be described in detail below, taking an office housing as an example.
When determining the position of the functional area in the target house space, the house attribute information mainly comprises a house type graph of the target house space. And determining the position of each functional area in the target room space according to the user type diagram, at least one functional area in the target room space and the area proportion of each functional area in the target room space.
Specifically, when the target house space is an office house, in order to meet the office demand, the office house includes functional areas at least including a public area and an office area, wherein the public area may further include a conference area, a leisure area, a passenger area, and the like, and the office area mainly includes a station of each employee. The steps for determining the location of each functional area in the target room space are shown in fig. 3:
s301: determining a terminating side wall based on a distance between at least one exterior wall of the target room space and the entrance.
The determination of the termination side wall in this step is for the purpose of determining the aisle in step S302. For office houses, the passageway in the office house needs to have the best passage efficiency, and therefore, the passageway in the office house needs to be directly communicated from the entrance to the outer wall farthest from the entrance, and the outer wall farthest from the entrance in the target house space is determined as the terminating side wall. Generally, an office building has only one entrance, when the area of the office building is large, there may be more than two entrances in the office building, when the office building includes more than two entrances, for each entrance, a termination side wall corresponding to the entrance is determined according to a distance between each outer wall in the target building space and the entrance, and for example, an outer wall in the target building space farthest from the entrance is determined as the termination side wall corresponding to the entrance.
Illustratively, fig. 4 and 5 are house type diagrams of two target rooms, each of fig. 4 and 5 having only one entrance, and the outer wall of the target room of fig. 4 and 5, which is farthest from the entrance, is determined as the terminating side wall of the target room of fig. 4 and 5, respectively.
S302: a passageway is defined within said target room space from said entrance to said terminating sidewall.
In the area allocation of office premises, unlike in the design of spaces such as parks, the design of the walkways requires as much as possible consideration of functionality rather than decorativeness, so that, especially in the functional area allocation phase, the main purpose of determining the walkways is to make a reasonable division of the target premises space, and therefore it is preferable to determine the walkways according to the distance between two outer walls in the target premises space; the passage defined in the target housing space is at least one section connecting between the entrance and the terminating side wall, each section being parallel to the outer wall of the target housing space when the shape of the office housing is regular.
Preferably, the channel can be determined using the steps shown in fig. 6:
s601: starting from the entrance, a reference exterior wall is obtained.
At this time, the determined reference outer wall is an outer wall of the target house space, and the reference outer wall is adjacent to an outer wall where the entrance is located.
For the target room space, the reference exterior wall includes two exterior walls with respect to the exterior wall where the exterior wall is located immediately adjacent to the entrance. For a regularly shaped target room space, the two reference exterior walls are generally perpendicular to the exterior wall of the entrance and the two reference exterior walls are parallel to each other. Fig. 4 and 5 are schematic house types of two regularly shaped target house spaces.
And when the target house space is an open space, treating the edges without the outer wall on the house type as virtual outer walls according to the occupied area and the house type of the target house space, and performing region distribution of the target house space by taking the virtual outer walls as solid outer walls.
When the shape of the target house space is irregular, there are also two reference outer walls next to the outer wall where the entrance is located, only that the two reference outer walls are not perpendicular to the outer wall where the entrance is located, or that the two reference outer walls are not parallel.
S602: the first road section is determined from the entrance according to the reference outer wall.
Fig. 4 and 5 show respectively a first determined section of the target room space, which is preferably perpendicular to the outer wall of the entrance.
S603: when the first road section intersects with the outer wall of the target house space, it is determined whether the outer wall intersecting with the first road section is a terminating side wall.
When the external wall is not terminated, executing step S604; when it is the end wall, step S607 is executed.
S604: when the side wall is not the termination side wall, the reference outer wall is updated.
The updated reference exterior wall is an exterior wall of the target house space, and the updated reference exterior wall is adjacent to an exterior wall intersecting the first road section. The updated reference facade likewise comprises two facades.
S605: and determining the second road section according to the distance between the reference outer walls.
When the shape of the target house space is regular, the two reference outer walls are parallel, when the two reference outer walls are parallel, the distance between the two reference outer walls is determined, and whether the distance between the two reference outer walls is larger than a preset reference distance threshold value or not is judged.
And when the distance is greater than the preset reference distance threshold, determining a second road section perpendicular to the first road section according to the middle line of the two reference outer walls. Specifically, for example, in the target housing space shown in fig. 4, the distance between the two reference outer walls is greater than the preset reference distance threshold, and therefore, the second road segment determined from the center line of the two reference outer walls is as shown in fig. 4.
And when the distance is smaller than the preset reference distance threshold value, determining a second road section perpendicular to the first road section by being adjacent to any one reference outer wall. Specifically, for example, in the target housing space shown in fig. 5, the distance between two reference exterior walls is smaller than the preset reference distance threshold, and therefore, the second road segment determined next to one reference exterior wall is as shown in fig. 5.
And when the space shape of the target house is regular, determining that the obtained second road section is vertical to the first road section.
When the shape of the target house space is irregular, the two reference outer walls may not be parallel, and when the two reference outer walls are not parallel, the second road section is determined according to the maximum value of the distance between the two reference outer walls. Similarly, when the maximum value of the distance between the two reference outer walls is greater than a preset reference distance threshold value, determining a second path according to the central line of the two reference outer walls; and when the distance between the two reference outer walls is smaller than a preset reference distance threshold value, determining a second road section next to one reference outer wall. At this time, the determined second path segment may be perpendicular to the first path segment, or may not be perpendicular to the first path segment.
S606: when the second road section intersects with the outer wall of the target house space, it is determined whether the outer wall intersecting with the second road section is a termination side wall.
If the external wall is not terminated, returning to the step S604, and executing the step of updating the reference external wall; when it is the end wall, step S607 is executed.
The updated reference outer wall is the outer wall of the target house space, and the reference outer wall is adjacent to the outer wall intersected with the second road section. Then, step S605 and step S606 are further executed to continue to determine the second road segment until the outer wall perpendicular to the second road segment is the termination outer wall. Specifically, for example, the target house space shown in fig. 5 includes two second road segments.
S607: when the outer wall is terminated, a passage is obtained.
When the skip is made in step S603, the obtained channel includes the first link; when the skip is made in step S606, the resulting channel includes the first link and the second link.
In determining the channel, a default width of the channel may be set, for example, the default width of the channel is set to 0.5m to 2 m.
S303: determining available areas of the target room space other than the aisle.
Based on the location of the aisle within the target room space and the default width of the aisle, an available area may be determined, the available area being an area of the target room space other than the aisle.
S304: and determining the position of the public area in the target house space according to the area proportion of the public area and the available area.
When determining the location of the common areas in the target room space, the common areas in the target room space are usually arranged in a concentrated manner due to the relatively strong clustering properties of the common areas, and therefore, the determination of the location of the common areas needs to satisfy two conditions, namely, that the common areas are clustered as much as possible, and that the common areas can be accommodated in the second, available area.
Taking the example that the public area includes a meeting area and a guest area, fig. 4 and 5 show the positions of the public area in different target house spaces, respectively. Fig. 4 and 5 are merely examples of allocation of a common area in a target room space, and of course, the common area may also include other kinds of areas, and the common area may also include more than two conference areas or more than two guest areas.
S305: and determining a part of the available area of the target house space except the public area as the office area.
The office area is mainly used for accommodating the workstations of the employees, and the workstations of the employees can be distributed and arranged in a plug-in mode, so that all parts except the unexpected parts of the public area in the available area are determined as the office area. And then, the house type graph containing the function region allocation result can be sent to the client and displayed to the user.
Further, after the office area is determined, the number of the staff can be determined, and house information with more details, more referential property and more intuition is provided for the user.
To determine the number of employees, the area of the workstation also needs to be determined. At this time, at least one functional area of the target housing space, an area ratio of the functional area to the target housing space, and a work station area are determined according to the target standard housing. Here, the area of the station is still determined based on the target standard house, and preferably, the area of the station of the target house space may be determined based on an average of the area of the station in each target standard house.
And then, determining the number of the staff accommodated in the target house space according to the office area and the station area. For example, the number of employees may be directly determined according to the area of the office area and the area of the workstation, and specifically, the quotient of the area of the office area and the area of the workstation is used as the number of employees. The arrangement of the stations in the office area can be determined according to the area of the stations, and meanwhile the number of the stations which can be contained in the office area is determined as the number of the staff. Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 7, the workstations are arranged compactly in the office area, the arrangement of the workstations in the office area is obtained, and the number of employees can be obtained. And then, sending the user type graph containing the function area distribution result and the station arrangement and the number of the staff to the client and displaying the user.
Furthermore, the setting of the functional areas and the area proportion of each functional area contained in the target house space by the user can be obtained through the client, the setting of the station area by the user can be obtained, and the distribution of the functional areas is determined according to the setting of the user by using the method provided by the embodiment of the application. Sending the house type graph containing the function region distribution result to a client and displaying the house type graph to a user; or a user-type diagram containing the function area distribution result and the station arrangement and the number of the staff are sent to the client and displayed to the user.
