In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, computer readable media does not include transitory computer readable media (transmyedia) such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It is also noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or even more

As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (10)

1. A judicial data processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining the personal information of the current party, the case data of the case to which the current party belongs and the case data of a plurality of historical cases; wherein the current principal is a principal in a case to be processed;
respectively carrying out similarity calculation on the personal information of the current party and the case data of the case to which the current party belongs and the case data of each historical case to obtain the case data of the case which is most similar to the personal information of the current party and the case data of the case to which the current party belongs in the case data of the plurality of historical cases;
and generating the user portrait of the current party by using the case data of the most similar case.
2. The judicial data processing method of claim 1, wherein the determination of the personal information of the current party and the case data of the case to which the current party belongs comprises:
acquiring basic data, social attribute information and case information of a case of the current party; wherein the base data is demographic data of the current party; the social attribute information is the work information of the current party;
and taking the basic data and the social attribute information of the current party as the personal information of the current party.
3. The judicial data processing method of claim 1, wherein the similarity calculation between the personal information of the current party and the case data of the case to which the current party belongs and the case data of each historical case respectively comprises:
grouping the personal information of the current party and case data of the case to which the current party belongs to obtain a static attribute vector and a dynamic attribute vector of the current party; wherein the static attribute vector comprises personal information of the current principal, and the dynamic attribute vector comprises case data of a case to which the current principal belongs;
grouping the case data of the plurality of historical cases to obtain a static attribute vector and a dynamic attribute vector of the historical party to which each historical case belongs;
similarity calculation is carried out on the static attribute vector and the dynamic attribute vector of the current party and the static attribute vector and the dynamic attribute vector of each historical party respectively to obtain similarity data of the current party and each historical party;
and obtaining case data of the most similar case according to the similarity data of the current party and each historical party.
4. The judicial data processing method of claim 1, wherein said generating a user representation of said current party using case data of said most similar case comprises:
extracting common data of case data of the most similar cases;
and generating a user portrait of the current party according to the common data.
5. A judicial data processing apparatus, comprising:
the determining unit is used for determining the personal information of the current party, the case data of the case to which the current party belongs and the case data of a plurality of historical cases; wherein the current principal is a principal in a case to be processed;
the calculation unit is used for respectively carrying out similarity calculation on the personal information of the current party and the case data of the case to which the current party belongs and the case data of each historical case to obtain the case data of the case which is most similar to the personal information of the current party and the case data of the case to which the current party belongs in the case data of the multiple historical cases;
and the generating unit is used for generating the user portrait of the current party by using the case data of the most similar case.
6. The apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the determining unit, when performing the determination of the personal information of the current principal, the case data of the case to which the current principal belongs, comprises:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring basic data, social attribute information and case information of a case of the current party; wherein the base data is demographic data of the current party; the social attribute information is the work information of the current party;
and the first grouping unit is used for taking the basic data and the social attribute information of the current party as the personal information of the current party.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the computing unit comprises:
the second grouping unit is used for grouping the personal information of the current party and the case data of the case to which the current party belongs to obtain a static attribute vector and a dynamic attribute vector of the current party; wherein the static attribute vector comprises personal information of the current principal, and the dynamic attribute vector comprises case data of a case to which the current principal belongs;
the third grouping unit is used for grouping the case data of the plurality of historical cases to obtain a static attribute vector and a dynamic attribute vector of the historical party to which each historical case belongs;
the first calculation unit is used for performing similarity calculation on the static attribute vector and the dynamic attribute vector of the current party and the static attribute vector and the dynamic attribute vector of each historical party respectively to obtain similarity data of the current party and each historical party;
and the second calculation unit is used for obtaining the case data of the most similar case according to the similarity data of the current principal and each historical principal.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the generating unit comprises:
the extracting unit is used for extracting the common data of the case data of the most similar case;
and the user portrait generating unit is used for generating the user portrait of the current party according to the common data.
9. A storage medium for storing a program which, when executed, implements the judicial data processing method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A processor configured to execute a program, wherein the program is configured to perform: the judicial data processing method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
