As shown in fig. 2, the wire contact assembly 2 includes a rotating roller 10, a support 11 and a floating wheel sleeve 9, wherein the rotating roller 10 is connected to the support 11 through the floating wheel sleeve 9. As shown in fig. 4, the lifting driving unit 6 includes a lifting cylinder 16, a piston rod 17 and a lifting block 18, the piston rod 17 of the lifting cylinder 16 is connected to the lifting block 18, and the lifting block 18 can be connected to the lifting support mechanism 8 in a positioning manner.
In the embodiment of the present invention, two sets of the lifting driving units 6 are provided, and are respectively disposed on two sides of the fixed support frame. The electronic balance 20 is arranged on the mounting connecting frame 19, and the mounting connecting frame 19 is connected with the base frame body 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the transverse driving unit 7 includes a transverse sliding plate 28, a transposition cylinder 27, a transposition push stopper 29 and a mounting frame 22, wherein the mounting frame 22 is connected with the base frame body 1, the transverse sliding plate 28 is slidably disposed on a transverse sliding rail provided on the fixed support frame, two sides of the transverse sliding plate 28 are respectively provided with two transposition cylinders 27 mounted on the mounting frame 22, and the transposition push stopper 29 is disposed on an output end of the transposition cylinder 27; the cross slide 28 is switched between a receiving position and a non-receiving position for the elevating support mechanism 8 by driving the two shift cylinders 27.
After the object to be measured 3 is driven to be in place by the line body contact assembly 2, the lifting support mechanism 8 moves upwards under the driving of the lifting cylinder 16 of the lifting drive unit 6, and the transverse sliding plate 28 is in a left limiting state at the moment; after the object to be measured 3 is lifted to a certain height, the transposition air cylinder 27 of the transverse driving unit 7 drives the transverse sliding plate 28 to be arranged below the guide rod 24, and at the moment, the transverse sliding plate 28 is positioned at the right limit position; the lifting cylinder 16 drives the piston rod 17 to descend, the guide rod 24 of the lifting support mechanism 8 falls on the transverse sliding plate 28, the whole lifting support mechanism 8 can be supported through the guide rod 24, and the weight of the lifting support mechanism 8 is transmitted downwards through the transverse sliding plate 28.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the online weight detection device provided by the invention meets the online detection of the cylindrical object and has the characteristics of accuracy and high efficiency.
Firstly, placing a measured object 3 on a product tray 4, conveying the measured object 3 to a proper position by a line body contact assembly 2, starting to work by a lifting driving unit 6, and automatically lifting the measured object 3 to a specified position; then, the transverse driving unit 7 acts, and the transposition air cylinder 27 drives the transposition pushing block 29 to enable the transverse sliding plate 28 to move from the left limit to the right limit, and at the moment, the transverse sliding plate 28 is located right below the guide rod 24; the piston rod 24 of the lifting driving unit 6 begins to descend, the lifting block 18 is separated from the lifting support mechanism 8, and the lifting support mechanism 8 is integrally dropped on the transverse sliding plate 28; the transverse slide 28 transfers the weight to the electronic balance 20 through the vertical plate support 21 and the bottom plate support 30. Before the measured object is on line, the weights of the lifting support mechanism 8, the transverse sliding plate 28, the vertical plate bracket 21 and the bottom plate bracket 30 are displayed on the electronic balance 20, and zero calibration is required; after the measured object 3 is put on the line and the whole working process is finished, the weight displayed on the electronic balance 20 is the weight of the measured object 3. Moreover, the electronic balance 20 is fixed during the whole weighing and measuring process, so that errors caused by movement of the electronic balance 20 are avoided.
The invention designs a high-precision online weighing detection device, which can realize the fixation on the electronic balance and the real-time online detection of the cylindrical object, and solves the problem that the motion of the electronic balance can influence the weighing effect during online detection. The detection device can realize automatic detection, is convenient to operate, has accurate and stable detection process, and obtains good cost reduction and efficiency improvement results.
