Abstract
本发明公开了一种散热效果好的LED车灯,解决了车灯在装上车灯的情况下灯体内部散热效果一般,影响车灯使用寿命的技术问题,包括中心板,所述中心板外环形套装有若干环形板,所述中心板以及环形板上开设有若干安装孔,若干所述安装孔上固接有若干LED灯,若干所述最外侧环形板环形套接有环形散风管,所述环形散风管在靠近环形板以及远离环形板处分别开设有位置对应的两排散风孔,两排所述上层散风孔连接有进风管、下层所述散风孔连接有出风管,环形散风管通过出风管以及进风管连通了灯体内部以及外部,使车灯在运行过程中,及时的将内部的温度以及外部的温度进行换热,防止内部温度过高影响车灯的使用寿命。

本发明涉及车灯技术领域,具体为一种散热效果好的LED车灯。
背景技术
车灯就是指车辆上的灯具,是车辆夜间行驶在道路照明的工具,也是发出各种车辆行驶信号的提示工具。
例如公告号为CN207438478U发明专利中,公开了一种高效散热LED车灯,多个环形板和环形金属板层层套设在中心板外周,且环形板和环形金属板相间隔,中心板、环形板和环形金属板相拼接形成用于安装LED灯的无缝圆板,然而此车灯在装上车灯的情况下灯体内部散热效果一般,影响车灯使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种散热效果好的LED车灯,解决了车灯在装上车灯的情况下灯体内部散热效果一般,影响车灯使用寿命的技术问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种散热效果好的LED车灯,包括中心板,所述中心板外环形套装有若干环形板,所述中心板以及环形板上开设有若干安装孔,若干所述安装孔上固接有若干LED灯,若干所述最外侧环形板环形套接有环形散风管,所述环形散风管在靠近环形板以及远离环形板处分别开设有位置对应的两排散风孔,两排所述上层散风孔连接有进风管、下层所述散风孔连接有出风管。
优选的,所述LED灯外套装有灯罩,所述灯罩与环形板连接构成密封结构。
优选的,所述进风管上端与灯罩连接,并贯通于灯罩壁面形成通风结构。
优选的,所述出风管呈漏斗形结构,且内侧壁面固接有若干分隔板。
优选的,所述环形板侧壁面固接有PCB板,所述PCB板与LED灯电控连接。
优选的,所述中心板以及环形板的圆心重叠,且连接处喷涂有密封胶。
优选的,所述中心板以及环形板均采用绝缘材质。
优选的,所述灯罩外表面呈光滑半圆形结构。
有益效果
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种散热效果好的LED车灯,解决了车灯在装上车灯的情况下灯体内部散热效果一般,影响车灯使用寿命的技术问题,环形散风管通过出风管以及进风管连通了灯体内部以及外部,使车灯在运行过程中,及时的将内部的温度以及外部的温度进行换热,防止内部温度过高影响车灯的使用寿命。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种散热效果好的LED车灯,包括中心板1,所述中心板1外环形套装有若干环形板2,所述中心板1以及环形板2上开设有若干安装孔,若干所述安装孔上固接有若干LED灯3,若干所述最外侧环形板2环形套接有环形散风管4,所述环形散风管4在靠近环形板2以及远离环形板2处分别开设有位置对应的两排散风孔5,两排所述上层散风孔5连接有进风管6、下层所述散风孔5连接有出风管7;所述LED灯3外套装有灯罩8,所述灯罩8与环形板2连接构成密封结构;所述进风管6上端与灯罩8连接,并贯通于灯罩8壁面形成通风结构;所述出风管7呈漏斗形结构,且内侧壁面固接有若干分隔板9;所述环形板2侧壁面固接有PCB板10,所述PCB板10与LED灯电控连接;所述中心板1以及环形板2的圆心重叠,且连接处喷涂有密封胶;所述中心板1以及环形板2均采用绝缘材质;所述灯罩8外表面呈光滑半圆形结构。
通过本领域人员,将本案中的零部件依次进行连接,具体连接以及操作顺序,应参考下述工作原理,其详细连接手段,为本领域公知技术,下述主要介绍工作原理以及过程。
根据说明书附图1-2得知,在使用此灯体时,通过进风管6能够将外侧的空气输送至环形散风管4内,随后通过出风管7将空气输送至灯罩8内,用于将灯罩8内部的温度降下来,内部的空气则顺着出风管7进入到环形散风管4内,随后经过进风管6流出,完成循环,能够有效的避免内部温度过高,影响LED灯的使用质量以及使用寿命。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同限定。

1.一种散热效果好的LED车灯,包括中心板(1),所述中心板(1)外环形套装有若干环形板(2),所述中心板(1)以及环形板(2)上开设有若干安装孔,若干所述安装孔上固接有若干LED灯(3),其特征在于,若干所述最外侧环形板(2)环形套接有环形散风管(4),所述环形散风管(4)在靠近环形板(2)以及远离环形板(2)处分别开设有位置对应的两排散风孔(5),两排所述上层散风孔(5)连接有进风管(6)、下层所述散风孔(5)连接有出风管(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热效果好的LED车灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯(3)外套装有灯罩(8),所述灯罩(8)与环形板(2)连接构成密封结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种散热效果好的LED车灯,其特征在于,所述进风管(6)上端与灯罩(8)连接,并贯通于灯罩(8)壁面形成通风结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热效果好的LED车灯,其特征在于,所述出风管(7)呈漏斗形结构,且内侧壁面固接有若干分隔板(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热效果好的LED车灯,其特征在于,所述环形板(2)侧壁面固接有PCB板(10),所述PCB板(10)与LED灯电控连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热效果好的LED车灯,其特征在于,所述中心板(1)以及环形板(2)的圆心重叠,且连接处喷涂有密封胶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热效果好的LED车灯,其特征在于,所述中心板(1)以及环形板(2)均采用绝缘材质。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种散热效果好的LED车灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩(8)外表面呈光滑半圆形结构。
