本发明公开了一种超导热集成工矿灯,包括挂钩、电源盖、散热器、导热管、COB光源、透镜和灯罩,挂钩安装于电源盖的上方,电源盖的下方设置驱动电源,电源盖与驱动电源之间设有电源密封圈,散热器安装于电源盖的下方,散热器内设有导热管,COD光源安装于散热器的下方,灯罩安装于COB光源的下方,COB光源与灯罩之间还设有透镜,灯罩呈喇叭状,COB光源的上方同轴心线设置圆环形的固定座,COB光源的上方设置固定座,固定座的下方同轴心线设置环形的光源支架,固定座的四周边缘处设有多个卡槽,光源支架的四周边缘处竖直向上设有多个与卡槽相适配的卡块。与现有技术相比,具有结构简单、安装方便、性能可靠、发光效果好、散热效果好、寿命大大提高的优点。

Description

一种超导热集成工矿灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工矿灯,具体来说是一种结构简单、安装方便、性能可靠、发光效果好、散热效果好、寿命大大提高的超导热集成工矿灯。
背景技术
工矿灯一般为工厂、矿井的生产作业区中使用的灯具。工矿灯除了在通常环境中照明使用外,还有特殊环境中使用的防爆灯和防腐蚀灯。工矿灯由于其特殊的用途,目前已被越来越多地应用于各领域中。
传统的工矿灯是采用常规的大功率白炽灯,由于白炽灯功率较大,能耗高,不节能环保,而且存在能源利用率低,发热量大,寿命短等问题。而现在的照明所用的灯具中,最节能环保的应属LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管) 灯,LED 灯以其亮度高、能耗低、寿命长等优点得以大范围推广,其中LED 工矿灯用得最广泛,LED 工矿灯广泛用于工厂厂房、仓库、车站、码头、商场、展览馆等大型照明场所,其功率高、亮度高。
目前的LED 工矿灯一般由LED 灯珠、散热器、反射罩、电源等构成,为了获得较高的亮度,通常需要LED 工矿灯具有较大的功率,传统的LED 工矿灯采用大功率钨丝灯、碘钨灯、高压钠灯,这些光源采用高压大电流,体积大、重量重、能耗高、环境污染严重、寿命短、照明效果也不理想,这就使得LED 工矿灯的发热量大,造成灯珠衰减过快,效率降低,寿命减少。
目前LED 工矿照明灯存在诸多不足之处:要达到足够亮度,要采用多个单片LED,光效低;光线分布不均匀,灯正下方亮度高,周围亮度低,照明效果不佳;工厂、矿井内相对潮湿,要求防水、防潮、散热好,这对LED 提出了更高要求。如何提高LED 工矿灯的光效和照度,使得在同亮度的前提下,降低LED 工矿灯的功率,起到节能环保,延长LED 工矿灯使用寿命的作用,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
鉴于述原因,现有的LED 工矿灯的结构需要改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、安装方便、性能可靠、发光效果好、散热效果好、寿命大大提高的超导热集成工矿灯来解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种超导热集成工矿灯,包括挂钩、电源盖、散热器、导热管、COB光源、透镜和灯罩,其特征在于:所述的挂钩安装于电源盖的上方,所述的电源盖的下方设置驱动电源,所述的电源盖与驱动电源之间设有电源密封圈,所述的散热器安装于电源盖的下方,所述的电源盖通过固定螺栓与散热器连接,所述的散热器内设有导热管,所述的COD光源安装于散热器的下方,所述的灯罩安装于COB光源的下方,所述的COB光源与灯罩之间还设有透镜,所述的灯罩呈喇叭状,灯罩的开口由小到大向外伸张,所述的灯罩的开口向下。
作为优选,所述的COB光源的上方同轴心线设置圆环形的固定座,所述的COB光源的上方设置固定座,所述的固定座的下方同轴心线设置环形的光源支架。
作为优选,所述的固定座的四周边缘处设有多个卡槽,所述的光源支架的四周边缘处竖直向上设有多个与卡槽相适配的卡块,所述的卡块卡设于卡槽内。
作为优选,所述的散热器是带有散热翅片的铝制散热器,所述的散热器中配装有导热铜管,所述的导热铜管与散热器之间填充有陶瓷与石墨粉的混合物。
作为优选,所述的散热器的外圆周设有多个散热孔。
作为优选,所述的固定座内径的上部同轴心线设置光源密封圈。
作为优选,所述的散热器、光源密封垫圈、固定座、透镜与灯罩同以轴心线为中心,依次设置至少两对散热器装配孔、光源密封圈装配孔、固定座装配孔、透镜装配孔、灯罩装配孔,所述的散热器装配孔、光源密封圈装配孔、固定座装配孔、透镜装配孔、灯罩装配孔内对应设置紧固螺栓。
作为优选,所述的挂钩外设有外密封圈,所述的挂钩内设有内密封圈。
作为优选,所述的COB光源为矩形或方形或圆形。
本发明的一种超导热集成工矿灯,与现有技术相比,具有结构简单、安装方便、性能可靠、发光效果好、散热效果好、寿命大大提高的优点。

参照附图1-6所示,本发明的超导热集成工矿灯,包括挂钩1、电源盖2、散热器3、导热管4、COB光源5、透镜6和灯罩7,挂钩1安装于电源盖2的上方,电源盖2的下方设置驱动电源8,电源盖2与驱动电源8之间设有电源密封圈9,散热器3安装于电源盖2的下方,电源盖2通过固定螺栓10与散热器3连接,散热器3内设有导热管4,COD光源5安装于散热器3的下方,灯罩7安装于COB光源5的下方,COB光源5与灯罩7之间还设有透镜6,灯罩7呈喇叭状,灯罩7的开口由小到大向外伸张,灯罩7的开口向下,COB光源5的上方同轴心线设置圆环形的固定座11,COB光源5的上方设置固定座11,固定座11的下方同轴心线设置环形的光源支架12,固定座11的四周边缘处设有多个卡槽13,光源支架12的四周边缘处竖直向上设有多个与卡槽13相适配的卡块14,卡块14卡设于卡槽13内,散热器3是带有散热翅片的铝制散热器,散热器3中配装有导热铜管,导热铜管与散热器3之间填充有陶瓷与石墨粉的混合物,散热器3的外圆周设有多个散热孔15。固定座11内径的上部同轴心线设置光源密封圈16,散热器3、光源密封垫圈16、固定座11、透镜6与灯罩7同以轴心线为中心,依次设置至少两对散热器装配孔17、光源密封圈装配孔18、固定座装配孔19、透镜装配孔20、灯罩装配孔21,所述的散热器装配孔17、光源密封圈装配孔18、固定座装配孔19、透镜装配孔20、灯罩装配孔21内对应设置紧固螺栓22,挂钩1外设有外密封圈23,所述的挂钩1内设有内密封圈24。散热器3的工作过程为由COB光源5所产生的热量传递给铝制散热器,再由铜导热管把热量向上传递,并由散热器3上的散热孔15散发到空气中。

1.一种超导热集成工矿灯,包括挂钩(1)、电源盖(2)、散热器(3)、导热管(4)、COB光源(5)、透镜(6)和灯罩(7),其特征在于:所述的挂钩(1)安装于电源盖(2)的上方,所述的电源盖(2)的下方设置驱动电源(8),所述的电源盖(2)与驱动电源(8)之间设有电源密封圈(9),所述的散热器(3)安装于电源盖(2)的下方,所述的电源盖(2)通过固定螺栓(10)与散热器(3)连接,所述的散热器(3)内设有导热管(4),所述的COD光源(5)安装于散热器(3)的下方,所述的灯罩(7)安装于COB光源(5)的下方,所述的COB光源(5)与灯罩(7)之间还设有透镜(6),所述的灯罩(6)呈喇叭状,灯罩(7)的开口由小到大向外伸张,所述的灯罩(7)的开口向下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超导热集成工矿灯,其特征在于:所述的COB光源(5)的上方同轴心线设置圆环形的固定座(11),所述的COB光源(5)的上方设置固定座(11),所述的固定座(11)的下方同轴心线设置环形的光源支架(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种超导热集成工矿灯,其特征在于:所述的固定座(11)的四周边缘处设有多个卡槽(13),所述的光源支架(12)的四周边缘处竖直向上设有多个与卡槽(13)相适配的卡块(14),所述的卡块(14)卡设于卡槽(13)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超导热集成工矿灯,其特征在于:所述的散热器3是带有散热翅片的铝制散热器,所述的散热器3中配装有导热铜管,所述的导热铜管与散热器3之间填充有陶瓷与石墨粉的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种超导热集成工矿灯,其特征在于:所述的散热器3的外圆周设有多个散热孔15。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种超导热集成工矿灯,其特征在于:所述的固定座11内径的上部同轴心线设置光源密封圈16。
7.根据权利要求1-6所述的一种超导热集成工矿灯,其特征在于:所述的散热器3、光源密封垫圈16、固定座11、透镜6与灯罩7同以轴心线为中心,依次设置至少两对散热器装配孔17、光源密封圈装配孔18、固定座装配孔19、透镜装配孔20、灯罩装配孔21,所述的散热器装配孔17、光源密封圈装配孔18、固定座装配孔19、透镜装配孔20、灯罩装配孔21内对应设置紧固螺栓22。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种超导热集成工矿灯,其特征在于:所述的挂钩1外设有外密封圈23,所述的挂钩1内设有内密封圈24。
