Abstract
The invention relates to a process for preparing outdoor waterproof jacquard fabric, which comprises the steps of weaving warp yarns and weft yarns on a machine to obtain concave-convex jacquard fabric, then shrinking at low temperature, then treating the concave-convex jacquard fabric in waterproof finishing liquid containing a waterproof agent, a cross-linking agent and a penetrating agent, and finally shaping and baking the concave-convex jacquard fabric. Compared with the prior art, the waterproof treatment step is arranged between the two shaping processes, so that the problems that the fabric waterproof film is easy to damage and the surface of the fabric is difficult to form a waterproof film due to one-time shaping and baking after conventional waterproof treatment are effectively solved, and meanwhile, the composite use of the two waterproof agents greatly improves the film forming stability of the waterproof film and improves the waterproof performance of the jacquard fabric.

Background
Outdoor sports, a group of collective projects held in a natural field. The outdoor leisure sports include mountaineering, rock climbing, cliff fast descending, camping in the open air, picnic, directional sports, stream, exploration and other projects, most of the outdoor leisure sports have exploration risks, belong to extreme and sub-extreme sports, have great challenges and irritability, embrace nature, and challenge oneself. The existing jacquard fabric for outdoor clothes is difficult to meet the waterproof elastic requirement of outdoor sports.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a manufacturing process of an outdoor waterproof jacquard fabric.

Further, the waterproof agent comprises two waterproof agents including a DTM648-80 waterproof agent and a WP 08E waterproof agent, the cross-linking agent is a cross-linking agent DH-3523, and the penetrating agent is a penetrating agent DM-1230.
Furthermore, in the waterproof finishing liquid, the content of the waterproof agent DTM648-80 is 6 wt%, the content of the waterproof agent WP 08E is 4 wt%, the content of the crosslinking agent DH-3523 is 1.5 wt%, and the content of the penetrating agent DM-1230 is 0.1 wt%.

The warp and weft are woven into the concave-convex jacquard fabric with a specific pattern by adopting a common technology, the fabric is subjected to low-temperature shrinkage process treatment to be preliminarily shaped, then, a waterproof film is formed on the surface of the concave-convex jacquard fabric after the fabric is finished by the waterproof finishing liquid, and finally, shaping and baking are carried out. In the invention, the low-temperature shrinkage has the effect of ensuring that the jacquard fabric is shrunk and pre-shaped before waterproof treatment, so that the waterproof treatment effect of the fiber surface of the fabric is improved, the formation of a waterproof film on the surface of the fabric is facilitated, and meanwhile, the damage of waterproof performance of the fabric subjected to waterproof treatment due to overlarge shrinkage deformation degree of the fabric in subsequent shaping and baking is avoided, the low-temperature treatment temperature is proper, the fabric fibers are damaged and wrinkled due to overhigh temperature, and the pre-shaping effect cannot be achieved due to overlow temperature. In the waterproof finishing liquid, the addition of a penetrant can promote two waterproof agents to rapidly permeate the surface of fabric fibers, the waterproof agents DTM648-80 and the waterproof agent WP 08E are mutually crosslinked and firmly attached to the surface of the fabric under the action of the crosslinking agent and are stretched into a continuous waterproof breathable film, so that the waterproof performance of the jacquard fabric is greatly improved, and then the part of the waterproof agent WP 08E attached to the surface of the jacquard fabric can react with carbon dioxide and the like in the air to form an insoluble relatively strong reticular breathable film in the subsequent shaping and baking process, so that the waterproof stability of the fabric is further improved. In the shaping and baking process, the temperature is proper, the damage of a waterproof film formed in a waterproof treatment process is easily caused by overhigh temperature, and the shaping effect is difficult to achieve by overlow temperature.
Compared with the prior art, the waterproof treatment step is arranged between the two shaping processes, so that the problems that the fabric waterproof film is easy to damage and the surface of the fabric is difficult to form a waterproof film due to one-time shaping and baking after conventional waterproof treatment are effectively solved, and meanwhile, the composite use of the two waterproof agents greatly improves the film forming stability of the waterproof film and improves the waterproof performance of the jacquard fabric.

The present embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are given, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
Example 1
A technology for making the outdoor water-proof jacquard fabric includes such steps as weaving warp and weft by machine to obtain concave-convex jacquard fabric, low-temp shrinking, treating in water-proof finishing liquid containing water-proofing agent, cross-linking agent and penetrant, and baking.
In the manufacturing process, the warp yarns are 50D polyester filaments, and the weft yarns comprise two types, namely 30D nylon high-shrinkage monofilaments and 150D polyester DTY.
The low-temperature shrinkage process comprises the following steps: the treatment was carried out at 120 ℃ on a drying cylinder at a speed of 20 m/min.
In the waterproof finishing liquid, the waterproof agent comprises two waterproof agents including a waterproof agent DTM648-80 and a waterproof agent WP 08E, the crosslinking agent is a crosslinking agent DH-3523, and the penetrating agent is a penetrating agent DM-1230, wherein the content of the waterproof agent DTM648-80 is 6 wt%, the content of the waterproof agent WP 08E is 4 wt%, the content of the crosslinking agent DH-3523 is 1.5 wt%, and the content of the penetrating agent DM-1230 is 0.1%.
The process conditions of shaping and baking are as follows: treating at 140 deg.C for 2-5 min.
Comparative example 1
The same is true as in example 1, except that the low temperature shrinking step is omitted.
Comparative example 2
The same as in example 1, except that only the water repellent DTM648-80 was used as the water repellent.
Comparative example 3
The same as in example 1, except that the water repellent WP 08E was used alone.
The jacquard fabrics obtained in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 5 are respectively subjected to water resistance measurement of no washing, 1 washing, 5 washing and 10 washing, and the water resistance is tested by referring to a water resistance measurement method of a GB/T5553-2007 surfactant.
The washing method comprises the following steps: the common detergent is adopted for 1.5g/L, the bath ratio is 1:25, one time of washing is carried out for 12min at normal temperature, 5 times of washing is carried out for 60min continuously, and 10 times of washing is carried out for 60min continuously after liquid discharge.
Finally, the test results of the waterproof effect of each obtained jacquard fabric are shown in the following table 1.

Therefore, the addition of the low-temperature shrinkage process can effectively improve the surface treatment effect of the jacquard fabric in the subsequent waterproof treatment and promote the formation of the waterproof film on the surface of the jacquard fabric. The adoption of the two waterproof agents combines the hydrophobic property and the waterproof stability, and greatly improves the use effect of the jacquard fabric in outdoor waterproof clothes.

5. The process for preparing outdoor waterproof jacquard fabric according to claim 4, wherein the waterproof finishing liquid contains 6 wt% of waterproof agent DTM648-80, 4 wt% of waterproof agent WP 08E, 1.5 wt% of crosslinking agent DH-3523 and 0.1 wt% of penetrating agent DM-1230.
