The product is shown in FIG. 9, wherein a is an inverted mold blank, b is after electro rhodium, c is after black removal, and d is after polishing.
As can be seen from fig. 9, the rhodium plating process of comparative example 2 of the present invention is not very colored, is somewhat grayish, looks dirty, and is somewhat reflective, like the semi-finished old article, and is inferior in retro process.

Claims (10)

1. An ancient technology of gold is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A) carrying out a mold holding procedure on the gold casting mold blank;
B) electroplating black ruthenium on the gold subjected to die holding: taking ruthenium metal as an anode and gold to be plated as a cathode for electroplating;
C) performing die-holding black removal and polishing on the electroplated gold;
D) and performing acid treatment, mold-holding embedding assembly and grinding on the polished gold to obtain the product.
2. The process according to claim 1, wherein step a) is in particular:
removing burrs and blank peaks of the gold casting mold blank, finishing the shape, and then sequentially rubbing the surface of the product with 400#, 800# and 1200# sandpaper to smooth.
3. The process according to claim 1, wherein the electroplating is in particular:
the electroplating voltage is 1-10V; the current is 0.3 to 5.0A/dm2The content of ruthenium is 2-10 g/L, the pH value is 0.5-2.5, the temperature is 25-44 ℃, and the density of an electrolyte solution consisting of positive ions of metal ruthenium is 0.8-2.5 g/cm3Electroplating time is 6-30 minutes, and workpiece sways every time30-20 turns per second.
