The invention aims at the back flush wastewater reuse treatment of a high-pollutant water supply plant, and mainly comprises a back flush water regulating tank, a coagulation tank, an ultrafiltration treatment tank, a nanofiltration treatment tank and a membrane treatment sewage collecting tank; removing suspended solids, colloidal substances, organic matters, pathogenic microorganisms and the like through a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane component of an ultrafiltration treatment tank; suspended solids, organic matters and pathogenic microorganisms in water are further intercepted through a nanofiltration membrane component in a nanofiltration membrane treatment tank, effluent microorganism indexes and heavy metals such as iron and manganese are reduced, and effluent safety is ensured; and (4) treating concentrated water by the ultrafiltration membrane and the nanofiltration membrane, and then uniformly treating and discharging the concentrated water in a sewage collecting tank. With the development of economy, the pollution problem of directly discharged sludge discharge water and backwash wastewater to the environment is more and more concerned by society. Therefore, after 80 years, China carries out work of treating production wastewater successively, so far most of water plants in China have preliminarily established structures for treating and recycling backwash wastewater, but backwash wastewater of water plants in some small towns is still directly discharged. The established backwashing wastewater treatment and recycling process mainly comprises the steps of discharging or recycling pre-concentrated supernatant, concentrating sludge at the bottom of a pre-concentration tank and sludge discharge water together, discharging or recycling the supernatant, and transporting dewatered sludge at the bottom of the concentration tank to outside. The main pollutants in the backwashing wastewater are suspended solids, colloidal substances, organic matters, heavy metals and microorganisms. As the pollutants are further concentrated by the conventional treatment process, the content level of the pollutants is high, and the types of the pollutants are multiple, the water quality safety of the backwashing wastewater should be emphasized more. The flocculation process can quickly and effectively remove suspended solids, colloidal substances and macromolecular organic matters in water, and in addition, part of heavy metals can be intercepted and adsorbed by alum floc generated by coagulation so as to be removed. The ultrafiltration is also applied to a water recycling process, residual solid particles, organic matters, pathogenic microorganisms and the like in water can be removed, and the turbidity of ultrafiltration effluent is basically zero. Nanofiltration can further remove solid particles, organic matters and microorganisms which are not removed by ultrafiltration, and particularly has good treatment effect on heavy metals which cannot be removed by ultrafiltration. The invention is based on the principles of coagulation and membrane filtration, adopts the coagulation-ultrafiltration-nanofiltration combined process to recycle the backwashing wastewater of the water supply plant, and has the advantages of good effluent quality, convenient operation, convenient maintenance and no pollution. The invention meets the requirements of energy saving, environmental protection, no pollution and realization of near zero discharge in the treatment of the production wastewater of water supply plants in China.

In the invention, the adding amount of the polyaluminum chloride polysulfide flocculant is controlled to be 15-20mg/L, the preferable adding concentration is 15-18 mg/L, and the optimal adding concentration is 16 mg/L; tests show that alum floc formed under the operating parameters is good, and the effect of removing turbidity, organic matters, partial heavy metals and pathogenic microorganisms of backwash water is good.
