In this embodiment, the base 1 is disposed on the instrument panel IP, referring to fig. 1, when the stand 2 is in the closed position, the stand 2 is defined in the base 1, the door cover 21 can play a role of covering, so that the stand 2 is not visible on the base 1, and the door cover 21 of the stand 2 can be coordinated with the design of the peripheral instrument panel IP, so that the appearance is more attractive. Referring to fig. 2, when the stand 2 is in the open position, the stand 2 protrudes from the base 1, and in this embodiment, the stand 2 includes a holding portion 22 (see fig. 2) for holding an electronic product such as a PAD as shown in fig. 3, and it is conceivable that the stand 2 may also include a compartment for placing a cup or storing an item.
As shown in fig. 4, the base 1 is provided with a pair of slide rails 3a,3b fixed to the left and right sides of the inside of the base 1, respectively, and the left and right walls of the base 1 are provided with a pair of lock holes 11a,11b. The base 1 is also provided with a coil spring 12, one end of the coil spring 12 is fixed on the base 1, and the other end is connected with the bracket 2, so that the bracket 2 can move between a closed position and an open position relative to the base 1 through the sliding rails 3a,3b under the tensile force of the coil spring 12.
The bracket 2 includes a mounting wall 23 adjacent the door cover 21, outer walls 24a,24b on the right and left sides of the bracket 2, and an outer wall 24c on the rear side of the bracket 2. The bracket 2 is provided with a pair of lock bars 4,5 arranged in the left-right direction and a gear 6 located between the lock bars 4,5, the lock bars 4,5 include a left lock bar 5 and a right lock bar 4, and one ends of the left lock bar 5 and the right lock bar 4 near each other are respectively provided with a right rack 41 (see fig. 10-12) and a left rack 51 for meshing with the gear 6 on the bracket 2 so that the movements of the left lock bar 5 and the right lock bar 4 are synchronized. The other ends of the right lock lever 4 and the left lock lever 5, which are far from each other, are inserted into the corresponding lock holes 11a,11b of the base 1 after passing through the outer walls 24a,24b of the right and left sides of the bracket 2, respectively. The end of the right lock lever 4 near the left lock lever 5 is also connected to the bracket 2 via a first return spring 7 for applying a pulling force to the right lock lever 4, thereby holding the right lock lever 4 and the left lock lever 5 in the lock holes 11a,11b. The ends of the right lock lever 4 and the left lock lever 5 inserted into the lock holes 11a,11b are respectively designed as inclined guide surfaces 42, 53 so that the right lock lever 4 and the left lock lever 5 are disengaged from the lock holes 11a,11b. In other embodiments, the first return spring 7 may be provided on the left lock lever 5, on one of the lock levers when the number of lock levers is plural, or on one of the lock levers when the number of lock levers is plural.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the bracket 2 is further provided with a driving lever 8 disposed in the front-rear direction, the driving lever 8 includes a main body 81, one end (i.e., front end) of the main body 81 near the door cover 21 has a pin 82 thinner than the main body 81, and the pin 82 sequentially passes through a second return spring 9 and the mounting wall 23 on the bracket 2 such that one end of the second return spring 9 abuts against the main body 81 and the other end abuts against the mounting wall 23 of the bracket 2 to provide the driving lever 8 with a tendency to move rearward with respect to the bracket 2. The middle section of the main body 81 is further provided with a through hole 83, and a labyrinth needle 10 is fixed on the transmission rod 8 through the through hole 83, and the labyrinth needle 10 passes through the through hole 83 and then is matched with the labyrinth 11 on the bracket 2, so that synchronous movement and relative movement of the transmission rod 8 and the bracket 2 are realized. The end (i.e., the rear end) of the transmission rod 8 remote from the door cover 21 passes through the outer wall 24c (see fig. 4 and 10) of the rear side of the stand 2, so that the rear end of the transmission rod 8 can abut against the base 1 when the stand 2 is in the closed position, while a space is left between the outer wall 24 of the rear side of the stand 2 and the base 1. A first inclined surface 84 is also arranged near the rear end of the transmission rod 8, and correspondingly, a second inclined surface 52 matched with the first inclined surface 84 is arranged on the left lock rod 5. In other embodiments, the second inclined surface may be provided on the right lock lever 4, on one of the lock levers when the number of lock levers is plural, or on one of the lock levers when the number of lock levers is plural.
As shown in fig. 6 to 7, the holder 2 is provided with a labyrinth 11, and the labyrinth 11 includes a mushroom head 111 fixed to the holder 2, and a track groove 112 connected to the mushroom head 111 in a deflectable manner. When the labyrinth 11 moves in the front-rear direction with the holder 2, the trajectory groove 112 deflects with respect to the mushroom head 111 so that the labyrinth needle 10 can move along a path in the trajectory groove 112 as shown in fig. 7.
The working principle of the invention is explained below with reference to fig. 8 to 12:
as shown in fig. 8 and 10, when the stand 2 is in the closed position, the front end of the transmission rod 8 passes through the inner wall 23 of the stand 2 by the pin 82, and the rear end of the transmission rod 8 abuts against the base 1. The maze needle 10 on the transmission lever 8 is located at the unlock position a (see fig. 7) of the track groove 112, at which time the transmission lever 8 is movable in the front-rear direction with respect to the bracket 2 (i.e., the bracket 2 can be moved backward with respect to the transmission lever 8 that remains stationary). The right lock lever 4 and the left lock lever 5 are inserted into lock holes 11a,11b of the base 1, thereby fixing the bracket 2 to the base 1. The first inclined surface 84 on the transmission rod 8 is kept in contact with the second inclined surface 52 on the left lock rod 5.
When the bracket 2 is moved rearward by the thrust force F applied to the surface of the door cover 21, on the one hand, since the rear end of the transmission rod 8 abuts against the base 1, the transmission rod 8 remains stationary with respect to the base 1 but moves forward with respect to the bracket as the bracket 2 moves rearward from the closed position, and the second return spring 9 is compressed; the labyrinth 11 on the support 2 moves backwards with the support 2, since the labyrinth needle 10 on the transmission rod 8 remains stationary, the track groove 112 deflects with respect to the mushroom head 111, which brings the labyrinth needle 10 to a locking position, as shown in fig. 7, in particular such that the labyrinth needle 10 can move along the path a1 in the track groove 112 to a first corner position B of the labyrinth groove 111, the pushing force F is removed, the support 2 moves forwards again by a small distance under the action of the second return spring 9, preferably such that the labyrinth needle 10 moves from the first corner position B to a locking position C of the labyrinth groove 111 (see fig. 7), whereto after said labyrinth needle 10 moves to the locking position, the transmission rod 8 is positioned in the backward direction with respect to the support 2 (i.e. is not movable backwards with respect to the support 2). Meanwhile, when the bracket 2 moves backward, the right lock lever 4 and the left lock lever 5 move backward together with the bracket 2, since the transmission rod 8 remains stationary and the second inclined surface 52 of the left lock lever 5 and the first inclined surface 84 of the transmission rod 8 are in contact, so that the right lock lever 4 and the left lock lever 5 move backward while also moving toward each other in response to the movement of the bracket 2 by the cooperation of the first inclined surface 84 and the second inclined surface 52, and the engagement of the left rack 51 with the gear 6 by the right rack 41 causes the left lock lever 4 and the right lock lever 5 to move synchronously, and finally the right lock lever 4 and the left lock lever 5 are disengaged from the lock holes 11a,11b (see fig. 11), the first return spring 7 is stretched, and at this time, the bracket 2 is in the unlock position, and the bracket 2 is released from the base 1 by the coil spring 12 as shown in fig. 4 and moves to the open position (see fig. 9 and 12), in this process, the ends of the right lock lever 4 and the left lock lever 5 remain against the base 1, so that the right lock lever 4, the left lock lever 5, the transmission rod 8 and the bracket 2 move synchronously.
When closing the support 2, applying a rearward force to the door 21 pushes the support 2 rearward until the rear end of the transmission rod 8 first abuts against the base 1 (see fig. 11), the transmission rod 8 remains stationary, as shown in fig. 7, the labyrinth needle 10 remains in the locking position C of the labyrinth groove 111, continuing to push the support 2, since at this time the labyrinth needle 10 on the transmission rod 8 has remained stationary, so that the labyrinth groove 112 deflects relative to the mushroom head 111, the labyrinth needle 10 returns from the locking position C along the path a2 to the unlocking position a, the support 2 can again move relative to the transmission rod 8, at which time the pushing force F is removed, and the support 2 moves forward back to the initial position (i.e. the closing position as shown in fig. 8 and 10) under the action of the second return spring 9. Meanwhile, in the course of the movement of the bracket 2 from the open position to the closed position, when the left lock lever 5 and the right lock lever 4 are moved to the lock holes 11a,11b, they are reinserted into the lock holes 11a,11b by the tension of the first return spring 7, so that the bracket 2 is again confined on the base 1.
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications can be made to the above-described embodiment of the present invention. All simple, equivalent changes and modifications made in accordance with the claims and the specification of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
