Abstract
本发明提供一种设置监测钻孔刀的汽车刹车片钻孔机,装有钻孔机的底座上方其钻孔机进给轴外侧装有监测钻孔机进给轴运行状态的接近开关,在钻孔机进给轴轴头上所装钻头刀两侧分别装有监测钻头刀的光电发射器和对应设置的光电接收器,所述光电发射器内置线路与接近开关通连。设备运行时,钻孔机所设置的钻头刀一旦出现断裂现象,其光电发射器即与光电接收器之间导通,随即发出钻头刀出现断裂的问题,所设接近开关可让钻头运行随即向光电发射器发出开始监测指令,以此可避免停机误测问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车刹车片钻孔设备,具体的说是一种设置监测钻孔刀的汽车刹车片钻孔机。
背景技术
汽车刹车片是汽车用于制动车轮的专用刹车片,汽车刹车片是通过铆钉固定在刹车毂上使用的,现在刹车片生产厂家基本实现全封闭自动化钻孔加工,这种全封闭的钻孔设备由于在封闭状态运行,很难直观的监测钻头刀的运行状态,在设备运行中,一旦出现钻头刀断裂,就会影响产品的加工质量和加工效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决封闭钻孔机运行中钻头刀的监测问题,提供一种设置监测钻孔刀的汽车刹车片钻孔机,可对全封闭运行的钻孔机进行钻头刀监测,有利确保刹车片的钻孔加工质量和确保生产效率。
本发明包括钻孔机给进轴和钻头刀,所采用的技术方案在于:装有钻孔机的底座上方其钻孔机进给轴外侧装有监测钻孔机给进轴运行状态的接近开关,在钻孔机给进轴轴头上所装钻头刀两侧分别装有监测钻头刀的光电发射器和对应设置的光电接收器,所述光电发射器内置线路与接近开关通连。
本发明具有如下优势效果:通过上述技术方案,由于采用光电发射器和设置对应的光电接收器,当钻孔机开始运行,钻孔机进给轴外侧的接近开关随即将运行开始信号通过内置线路导通光电发射器,使之开始监测,当钻孔刀一旦出现断裂现象后,其光电发射器所发射的激光信号穿过无遮挡空间,即导通光电接收器发出钻头刀出现问题的信号,以此可监测封闭式钻孔机的钻头刀运行状态,在本技术方案中,其自动调节运行可通过市场配置单片机进行调控,本发明解决了现在全封闭刹车片钻孔加工无法监测钻头刀的难题,有利加工稳定产品质量和稳定生产效率。

具体实施方式
图1所示:装有钻孔机的底座1上方其钻孔机进给轴2外侧装有监测钻孔机进给轴2运行状态的接近开关4,在钻孔机进给轴2轴头上所装钻头刀3两侧分别装有监测钻头刀3的光电发射器5和对应设置的光电接收器6,所述光电发射器5内置线路与接近开关4通连。
图2所示:接近开关4与光电发射器5连接线路,由此可让整体自动运行,当设备整体停止运行时,可自动断开电源,关闭监测运行。

1.一种设置监测钻孔刀的汽车刹车片钻孔机,包括钻孔机进给轴(2)和钻头刀(3),其特征在于:装有钻孔机的底座(1)上方其钻孔机进给轴(2)外侧装有监测钻孔机进给轴(2)运行状态的接近开关(4),在钻孔机进给轴(2)轴头上所装钻头刀(3)两侧分别装有监测钻头刀(3)的光电发射器(5)和对应设置的光电接收器(6),所述光电发射器(5)内置线路与接近开关(4)通连。
