本发明提出一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,包括套设在中心轴上的辊筒,辊筒包括外筒体,外筒体中包括筒体、包裹在筒体外侧的包裹层、以及涂覆在包裹层外表面的纳米复合涂层,纳米复合涂层中包括纳米基层和纳米保护层。本发明所述的带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊具有增强了包裹层与筒体之间的连接强度、使得辊筒更加的耐磨、增强了辊筒的使用寿命的优点。

一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊
技术领域
本发明涉及压毛刺机上的相关部件,具体涉及一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊。
背景技术
压毛刺机是彩涂生产线的必要设备,在钢带板正常是只用在压平缝和缝,一面缝和缝的冲压毛刺太大而伤及其他设备的辊面,如果钢带上一工序或运输过程带来了延边缘方向的损伤,尤其是在每卷的卷头个卷尾部分,翘起毛刺,此时压毛刺机需产生将翘起的毛刺压平的作用。
支撑辊在压毛刺机中起到了协助传输和压平的操作,使用超过一个月后,支撑辊的表面产生磨损,磨损处会划擦钢带板板面,造成板面质量问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或多个。
本发明提出一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,包括套设在中心轴上的辊筒,辊筒包括外筒体,外筒体中包括筒体、包裹在筒体外侧的包裹层、以及涂覆在包裹层外表面的纳米复合涂层,纳米复合涂层中包括纳米基层和纳米保护层。
在某些实施方式中,所述辊筒还包括内筒体,内筒体套设在中心轴上,外筒体套设在内筒体上。
在某些实施方式中,所述辊筒两端分别设有第一固定盖和第二固定盖,第一固定盖和第二固定盖均套设在中心轴上。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一固定盖与内筒体之间、第二固定盖与内筒体之间、第一固定盖与外筒体之间、第二固定盖与外筒体之间、内筒体与外筒体之间均是可拆卸的。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一固定盖和第二固定盖均通过螺钉与内筒体形成连接。
在某些实施方式中,所述内筒体的截面呈圆角三角形,内筒体的外表面与筒体的内表面贴合,内筒体和筒体采用相同材料制取,且内筒体的密度与筒体的密度相同。
在某些实施方式中,所述筒体的外表面设有网格状的槽体,槽体的截面呈等腰三角形,第一边的边长与第二边的边长相等,筒体与包裹层之间利用胶水粘合,纳米基层涂覆在包裹层的外表面上,纳米基层上涂覆纳米保护层形成纳米复合涂层。
在某些实施方式中,所述等腰三角形上第三边上的高大于等于20μm,小于等于50μm,第一边与第二边之间的角度大于15°,小于等于65°,所述纳米复合涂层的厚度大于等于100μm,小于等于150μm。
本发明所述的一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊的优点为:结构合理,功能实用,增强了包裹层与筒体之间的连接强度,使得辊筒更加的耐磨,增强了辊筒的使用寿命,使得其使用寿命可以达到300天。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,本发明提出一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,包括套设在中心轴1上的辊筒,
辊筒包括外筒体3和内筒体2,内筒体2套设在中心轴1上,外筒体3套设在内筒体2上,内筒体2的截面呈圆角三角形,这样既能够保证内筒体2带动外筒体3,也能够避免三角形的三个角的尖端过细导致的易受损伤的现象,外筒体3中包括筒体301、包裹在筒体301外侧的包裹层302、以及涂覆在包裹层302外表面的纳米复合涂层,内筒体2的外表面与筒体301的内表面贴合,其中包裹层302为镀锡板,
其中内筒体2和筒体301采用相同材料制取,均采用镍基合金,且内筒体2的材料密度与筒体301的材料密度相同,
辊筒两端分别设有第一固定盖4和第二固定盖5,第一固定盖4和第二固定盖5均套设在中心轴1上,第一固定盖4和第二固定盖5均通过螺钉6与内筒体2形成连接,
其中第一固定盖4与内筒体2之间、第二固定盖5与内筒体2之间、第一固定盖4与外筒体3之间、第二固定盖5与外筒体3之间、内筒体2与外筒体3之间均是可拆卸的,内筒体2与外筒体3之间分开设置,在外筒体3上发生裂纹、外筒体3表面磨损过重时可以通过下述方法直接更换外筒体3,不需要将整个辊筒进行跟换,
外筒体3的更换方法为:松开第一固定盖4上的螺钉6,接触螺钉6与内筒体2之间的连接,然后将第一固定盖4拆卸下来,然后直接将外筒体3直接取下来,换上新的外筒体3,然后重新套上第一固定盖4,使得第一固定盖4贴合内筒体2和外筒体3,然后拧紧螺钉6,使得第一固定盖4与内筒体之间形成固定连接即可,
筒体301的外表面设有网格状的槽体,槽体的截面呈等腰三角形,其中第一边3011的边长与第二边3012的边长相等,等腰三角形中第三边上的高大于等于20μm,小于等于50μm,第一边3011与第二边3012之间的角度大于15°,小于等于65°,筒体301与包裹层302之间利用胶水粘合,设置网格状的槽体能够有效的增大胶水与筒体301的外表面的接触面,增强了筒体301与包裹层302之间的连接强度,
纳米基层303涂覆在包裹层302的外表面上,纳米基层303上涂覆纳米保护层304形成纳米复合涂层,
纳米复合涂层的厚度大于等于100μm,小于等于150μm,纳米复合涂层中包括纳米基层303和纳米保护层304,其中纳米基层303为激光熔覆的NiBCr-WC合金涂层,纳米保护层304通过等离子喷涂掺杂了纳米氧化镧颗粒的WC纳米陶瓷材料形成,其中掺杂了纳米氧化镧颗粒的WC纳米陶瓷材料可以采用掺杂了纳米氧化镧颗粒的纳米结构陶瓷(n-WC-12Co)涂层材料,纳米氧化镧的含量为4%-9%。
本实施例中叙述的带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊的辊面硬度HRC80-85,辊面粗糙度Ra0.8-1,其使用寿命能够达到300天。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,其特征在于,包括套设在中心轴(1)上的辊筒,辊筒包括外筒体(3),外筒体(3)中包括筒体(301)、包裹在筒体(301)外侧的包裹层(302)、以及涂覆在包裹层(302)外表面的纳米复合涂层,纳米复合涂层中包括纳米基层(303)和纳米保护层(304)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,其特征在于,所述辊筒还包括内筒体(2),内筒体(2)套设在中心轴(1)上,外筒体(3)套设在内筒体(2)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,其特征在于,所述辊筒两端分别设有第一固定盖(4)和第二固定盖(5),第一固定盖(4)和第二固定盖(5)均套设在中心轴(1)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,其特征在于,所述第一固定盖(4)与内筒体(2)之间、第二固定盖(5)与内筒体(2)之间、第一固定盖(4)与外筒体(3)之间、第二固定盖(5)与外筒体(3)之间、内筒体(2)与外筒体(3)之间均是可拆卸的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,其特征在于,所述第一固定盖(4)和第二固定盖(5)均通过螺钉(6)与内筒体(2)形成连接。
6.根据权利要求2、4或5所述的一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,其特征在于,所述内筒体(2)的截面呈圆角三角形,内筒体(2)的外表面与筒体(301)的内表面贴合,内筒体(2)和筒体(301)采用相同材料制取,且内筒体(2)的材料密度与筒体(301)的材料密度相同。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,其特征在于,所述筒体(301)的外表面设有网格状的槽体,槽体的截面呈等腰三角形,第一边(3011)的边长与第二边(3012)的边长相等,筒体(301)与包裹层(302)之间利用胶水粘合,纳米基层(303)涂覆在包裹层(302)的外表面上,纳米基层(303)上涂覆纳米保护层(304)形成纳米复合涂层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种带有耐磨损纳米涂层的压毛刺机的支撑辊,其特征在于,所述等腰三角形中第三边上的高大于等于20μm,小于等于50μm,第一边(3011)与第二边(3012)之间的角度大于15°,小于等于65°,
所述纳米复合涂层的厚度大于等于100μm,小于等于150μm。
