Abstract

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. material conservation measures:
the traditional heating compression molding method needs to manufacture an upper die, a lower die and a die panel in a ratio of 1:1, has high manufacturing precision requirement, needs a large amount of steel plate materials, and has huge amount of required die materials for saddle-shaped curved steel plate parts which cannot be produced in batch. The invention only needs some reinforcing materials and can use the production excess material for reinforcement.
2. The production efficiency is high:
the traditional heating compression molding method needs to manufacture an accurate mold, the manufacturing period is long, and allowance cutting work is needed after the curved surface is formed. The invention can greatly shorten the manufacturing period.
3. Environmental protection and energy saving, no damage to the material:
the traditional heating compression molding method has the working procedure of high-temperature heating, the energy consumption is large, the working condition is poor, and if the cooling speed after heating is not well controlled, the material performance is damaged. The present invention avoids this problem.

The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.
Example 1
A cold bending forming machine for saddle-shaped curved plate comprises an arc plate 1, a support rod 2 and a pipe bender 3, as shown in figures 1-3, the concrete structure is as follows:
the arc plate 1 is shown in figure 1: the cross section of the arc-shaped plate 1 is arc-shaped, and all buses of the arc-shaped plate 1 are mutually parallel straight lines;
as shown in fig. 2: the support rods 2 are sequentially arranged at the opening of the arc-shaped plate 1, two ends of each support rod 2 are respectively welded and fixed on one side edge of the arc-shaped plate 1, the support rods 2 are parallel to each other, and the support rods 2 bear tensile stress in the bending process, so that the connecting welding seams of the support rods 2 and the arc-shaped plate 1 must be firm;
the pipe bender 3 comprises a support 31, supports 32, a driver 33 and a pipe bending die head 34, wherein the supports 32 are respectively fixed on two sides of the support 31, the fixed end of the driver 33 is fixed on the support 31, the moving end of the driver 33 is opposite to the central connecting line of the two supports 32, and the pipe bending die head 34 is fixed on the moving end of the driver 33;
the two ends of the arc plate 1 are respectively erected on the brackets 32 of the pipe bender 3, and the convex arc surface of the arc plate 1 is attached to the pipe bending die head 34 of the pipe bender 3.
In this embodiment:
the arc-shaped plate 1 is formed by rolling or pressing a steel plate, and when the arc-shaped plate 1 is formed by rolling, the inner part and the outer part of the circular seam of the arc-shaped plate 1 are ground flat, so that the influence on the bending effect caused by the sudden change of the rigidity of the arc-shaped plate 1 is avoided; when the pressing forming is adopted, the spacing of the pressing lines of the arc-shaped plate 1 and the pressing surface of the pressing head 4 of the pressing machine are matched with the pipe diameter of the arc-shaped plate 1, so that the radial ridge of the arc-shaped plate 1 is prevented from influencing the subsequent forming effect;
when the thickness of the arc-shaped plate 1 is not more than 20mm, the distance between two adjacent supporting rods 2 is 400-500 mm, and when the thickness of the arc-shaped plate 1 is more than 20mm, the distance between two adjacent supporting rods 2 is 600-800 mm;
the hydraulic cylinder is selected for the driver 33 of the pipe bender 3, 800 tons is selected for the tonnage of the driver 33 when the diameter of the arc-shaped plate 1 is not more than 600mm, 1500 tons is selected for the tonnage of the driver 33 when the diameter of the arc-shaped plate 1 is more than 600mm and not more than 1200mm, and 2500 tons is selected for the tonnage of the driver 33 when the diameter of the arc-shaped plate 1 is more than 1200mm and not more than 1600 mm.
When the method is used, the steps are implemented in sequence as follows:

② arranging supports, wherein the support bars 2 are arranged in sequence at the opening of the arc plate 1, the two ends of the support bars 2 are respectively welded and fixed on one side edge of the arc plate 1, the support bars 2 are parallel to each other, and the support bars 2 bear tensile stress in the bending process, so the connecting welding seam of the support bars 2 and the arc plate 1 must be firm;
when the thickness of the arc-shaped plate 1 is not more than 20mm, the distance between two adjacent supporting rods 2 is 400-500 mm, and when the thickness of the arc-shaped plate 1 is more than 20mm, the distance between two adjacent supporting rods 2 is 600-800 mm;
③ making a saddle-shaped curved surface by respectively erecting two ends of the arc plate 1 on the brackets 32 of the pipe bender 3, attaching the convex arc surface of the arc plate 1 to the pipe bending die head 34 of the pipe bender 3, starting the driver 33 of the pipe bender 3, and pushing the convex arc part in the middle of the arc plate 1 forward by the moving end of the driver 33 to extrude the middle of the arc plate 1 into the saddle-shaped curved surface;
when the diameter of the arc-shaped plate 1 is not more than 600mm, the tonnage of the driver 33 is 800 tons, when the diameter of the arc-shaped plate 1 is more than 600mm and not more than 1200mm, the tonnage of the driver 33 is 1500 tons, and when the diameter of the arc-shaped plate 1 is more than 1200mm and not more than 1600mm, the tonnage of the driver 33 is 2500 tons.
