Description

External composition for treating acne, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to an external composition for treating acne, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Acne is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis of a pilosebaceous unit, is good for teenagers, has great influence on the psychology and the social interaction of the teenagers, and is characterized by polymorphic skin lesions such as acne, pimples, pustules, nodules and the like which are good for faces in clinical manifestation. Acne occurs in close relation to factors such as hyperseborrhea, blockage of pilosebaceous ducts, bacterial infection and inflammation. Acne is easy to occur, and because areas such as the face and the neck are very easy to contact bacteria in life and bacterial infection is not easy to stop, the acne is not easy to cure and long in course of disease, the acne is easy to cause more acne on the face of a human body for a long time, and deep-colored scars are left. Common western medicine methods for treating acne include: sulfur, local hormone injection, vitamin acid, benzoperoxide and other methods, but generally only treat the symptoms and not the root causes, once the medicine is stopped, the medicine is easy to repeat, and certain side effects exist, such as dry skin, pruritus, dry throat and other side effects frequently occur after long-term use of vitamin acid medicines; if hormone therapy is used for a long time, serious symptoms such as endocrine dyscrasia and the like can occur; however, the general daily skin care products can only relieve the conditions of water shortage and excessive grease secretion of the skin, and cannot fundamentally treat acne, whelk and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a composition for external use for effectively treating acne, whelk, etc., which rapidly controls the development of acne, is not likely to recur after treatment, and does not injure the body of a human body during the treatment process, without significant side effects.

Examples of the experiments
1. Case selection: the diagnostic criteria were customized with reference to clinical manifestations of acne in clinical dermatology: it is well developed on the face and upper trunk and in areas of profuse sebum secretion, and is manifested by polymorphic lesions such as acne, blackhead, cyst, inflammatory papule, pustule, and nodule.
2. Test object
50 volunteers with composite acne diagnosis standard and no other organ diseases were collected, wherein 28 men and 22 women were divided into 2 groups, and each group had 14 men and 11 women. One group of the applications of the first application of the invention in example 1 and two groups of the applications of the second application of the invention in example 1.
3. Criteria for therapeutic effect
And (3) curing: the skin damage basically disappears, and no subjective symptoms exist;
the effect is shown: the subjective symptoms are obviously relieved, and the skin damage is reduced by more than 50 percent;
the method has the following advantages: the subjective symptoms are relieved, and the skin damage is relieved by more than 30 percent;
and (4) invalidation: no obvious change in clinical symptoms.
4. Results of the experiment
Two weeks are taken as a treatment course, and after 5 treatment courses, the using curative effect of the volunteers is counted. The results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Group of Cure/human Show effect/human Effective/human Total effective/human Invalid/human
A group of 13 4 6 23 2
Two groups are 10 5 6 21 4
As can be seen from the results shown in table 1, after 5 treatment courses, the two groups of the external application of the present invention have significant efficacy, and the total effective rates of the one group and the two groups respectively reach 92% and 84%, which shows that the external application of the first application prepared by improving the preparation process of the external composition according to the compatibility of the components, the drug property and the like has better effect on the acne with the curative effect on the affected part compared with the external application of the second application prepared by directly crushing the components and adding honey into the paste.
