Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a ginger extract, which adopts ginger as a main raw material, adopts the modes of salt solution soaking, parasitic loranthus, poria cocos and radix trichosanthis soaking and multiple decoction extraction to obtain the ginger extract, and the ginger extract is applied to shampoo and has obvious improvement effect on scalp pruritus and alopecia. The added loranthus parasiticus has the effect of dredging the channels and collaterals, the added white poria cocos has the effect of soothing the nerves, and the added trichosanthes root has the effects of clearing heat and purging fire and promoting the metabolism of hair follicles; therefore, the ginger extract obtained by adding the parasitic loranthus, the white poria and the radix trichosanthis in the processing process of the ginger has better effect of improving scalp pruritus and alopecia.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant extraction, in particular to a preparation method of a ginger extract and application of the ginger extract in shampoo.
Background
Ginger is a fresh rhizome of a perennial herb of the genus zingiberaceae. Most areas in China are cultivated, mainly in Sichuan, Guangdong, Shandong, Shaanxi and other places. Ginger is a common seasoning food, and can also be used for making pickles, snacks and the like, tender ginger is generally used for making pickles and snacks, and old ginger is preferably used for making seasonings and medicines. The rhizome (dried ginger), the bark (ginger peel) and the leaf (ginger leaf) of Zingiber officinale can be used as the raw materials. Ginger is pungent in flavor and slightly warm in nature. It enters lung, spleen and stomach meridians. Has effects of relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, warming spleen and stomach, relieving vomit, warming lung, relieving cough, and removing toxic substance, and can be used for treating wind-cold type common cold, spleen and stomach cold syndrome, stomach cold type emesis, lung cold type cough, and fish and crab toxin.
The ginger can expel dampness, dispel cold, sterilize, deoil, clean scalp, activate collaterals and promote blood circulation, effectively promote normal metabolism of hair follicle cells and prevent hair from falling off, so the invention provides the preparation method of the ginger extract, and the ginger extract can obviously improve the performance of the ginger and can achieve better effects of sterilizing, relieving itching and preventing alopecia when being applied to shampoo.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a preparation method of a ginger extract and application of the ginger extract in shampoo.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of ginger extract comprises the following steps:
A. drying the ginger containing the mud until the water content is 15-25%, and removing deteriorated and ineffective parts;
B. washing away mud, dust, mildew or other dirty substances on the surface of the ginger by drinking water, and draining;
C. soaking rhizoma Zingiberis recens in saline water for 5-8 hr, taking out, cutting into 1-2mm slices, and sun drying;
D. mixing herba Taxilli, Poria and Trichosanthis radix, boiling with 6-8 times of water for 20-30min, adding rhizoma Zingiberis recens slice and white sugar, adjusting pressure to 1.2-1.5MPa, moistening for 20-30min, and taking out herba Taxilli, Poria and Trichosanthis radix;
E. decocting in water for 3-4 times (2-3 hr for each time), filtering, mixing extractive solutions, concentrating under reduced pressure, drying in the shade, and spray drying.
Preferably, in the step C, the sodium chloride content in the saline solution is 4-6%.
Preferably, in the step C, the water content of the dried ginger is 5-8%.
Preferably, in the step D, the mass ratio of the loranthus parasiticus to the ginger is 1: (5-8); the mass ratio of the white poria cocos to the ginger is 1: (10-15); the mass ratio of the radix trichosanthis to the ginger is 1: (18-25).
Preferably, in the step D, the loranthus parasiticus, the poria cocos and the radix trichosanthis are wrapped in white gauze in advance, so that the loranthus parasiticus, the poria cocos and the radix trichosanthis can be taken out conveniently.
Preferably, in the step D, the adding amount of the white sugar is 1-3% of that of the ginger.
Parasitic loranthus: dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness, benefiting liver and kidney, strengthening tendons and bones, and preventing miscarriage. Tonify liver and kidney, strengthen tendons and bones, remove wind-damp, dredge meridians, nourish blood, prevent abortion. It is used to treat soreness of waist and knees, atrophy and weakness of tendons and bones, hemiplegia, tinea pedis, arthralgia due to wind-cold-dampness, fetal leakage, metrorrhagia, and puerperal agalactia.
White poria: sweet and light taste, mild nature, and has the functions of promoting diuresis, eliminating dampness, invigorating spleen, regulating stomach function, calming heart and tranquilizing.
Trichosanthes root, name of Chinese medicine. The book of materia Medica: the Wu Tian is named after the betel root, which is named as powder and is not true. The trichosanthes root is the root of trichosanthes kirilowii maxim of Cucurbitaceae, is a traditional Chinese medicine, is a medicine for clearing heat and purging fire, and has the specific effects of clearing heat and purging fire, promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst, expelling pus and reducing swelling. The main treatment is as follows: it is used to treat thirst, diabetes, jaundice, lung dryness, hemoptysis, carbuncle, swelling, and hemorrhoid flaccidity. For treating diabetes, it is often used in combination with yin-nourishing herbs to achieve the effect of treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease.
The invention has the advantages that: the invention adopts ginger as a main raw material, adopts the modes of salt water soaking, parasitic loranthus, poria cocos and radix trichosanthis soaking and multiple decoction extraction to obtain the ginger extract, and the ginger extract has obvious improvement effect on scalp pruritus and alopecia when being applied to shampoo.
