Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of human tooth care, relates to a film for whitening human teeth, and particularly relates to a high-stability tooth whitening film.
Technical Field
The people always pursue a fashion to whiten and beautify the teeth. Hundreds of millions of people smoking, drinking tea and drinking coffee in China have different degrees of yellow, yellow or tawny pigment spots adhered to the surfaces of teeth due to long-term action, and the attractiveness of the teeth is seriously influenced. The requirements for whitening and beautifying teeth are increasing day by day, and the requirements for the mode, method and effect of whitening and beautifying teeth are higher and higher, so that the dentin is not damaged in the process of whitening and beautifying teeth, the requirements are time-saving and convenient, and the whitening and beautifying tooth paste is simple, practical and obvious in effect.
Tooth whitening can be classified into office whitening and home whitening. The family whitening refers to that a patient takes the whitening agent home to use alone under the guidance of a doctor, so that the treatment cost can be reduced. At present, there is no reliable evidence that the indoor whitening effect is better than the household whitening effect.
In the household tooth whitening process, the whitening agent is coated on the patch material by the tooth patch whitening, and the patch material covers the teeth to be whitened, so that the purpose of whitening the teeth is achieved. The tooth paste whitening is relatively lower in price and simple to operate than the denture base whitening, and is the most common household whitening method at present. The current tooth whitening films, while having the advantages of simplicity, convenience and practicality and certain results, have some, even prominent major disadvantages as noted.
CN 103735419A provides a hydrated gel whitening tooth adhesive film which is composed of a plastic film layer, a hydrogel whitening component and an easy-to-tear cover, but the tooth adhesive with the structure has relatively low elasticity and is easy to break when worn on the tooth surface; some tooth pastes are too hard and are not easy to stick to teeth; some whitening agents are too thin and tend to stick to the lips or tongue during wear.
CN 102961261a provides a formulation of a whitening strip, which reduces the discomfort of whitening agent to oral cavity by adding gel, but the water content in the formulation is high, the water content in the formulation is a key factor influencing the stability of peroxide, and the higher the water content in the formulation is, the worse the stability of peroxide is.
In view of the above, the present invention is to solve the problems of the whitening strip that it is easy to break and fall off during the trial process, and the problems of the whitening strip that the whitening active ingredient is unstable and the whitening effect is poor during the trial process.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a high-stability tooth whitening adhesive film, wherein an auxiliary drug delivery layer which is high in viscosity when being heated and water is extracted is added above a whitening gel layer, so that the adhesiveness of the adhesive film to teeth is improved, the problems that the adhesive film is small in relative elasticity, easy to break and not easy to attach to the teeth are solved, and meanwhile, the stability of whitening active ingredients is improved by stably adding and reducing the water content in the whitening layer.

The whitening gel carrier film layer is used for carrying the whitening gel layer on the second layer, the thickness of the whitening gel carrier film layer is less than 0.1 mm, and the whitening gel carrier film layer, the second layer and the third layer are attached to teeth together when the whitening gel carrier film layer is used.
The high-stability whitening gel layer is coated on one surface of the whitening gel carrier film layer, is a high-stability gel whitening layer composed of peroxide capable of whitening teeth and high molecular substances capable of forming a gel film, and is directly attached to the teeth when in use.
The auxiliary drug delivery layer is coated on the high-stability whitening gel layer and is made of a patch material with obviously increased viscosity after being heated or watered, so that the whitening agent can be adhered on the patch material, and the usability of the tooth patch material is improved. And the viscosity of the patch material is gradually reduced along with the reduction of the whitening concentration of the whitening agent, so that the dental patch is convenient to remove after the treatment is finished.
The film release backing layer is adhered to the auxiliary drug delivery layer and can be easily peeled off from the second layer during use, and the third layer is discarded after peeling.
Further, the high-stability tooth whitening adhesive film is characterized in that: the whitening gel carrier film layer is made of transparent material film, foil or paper.
Further, the high-stability tooth whitening adhesive film is characterized in that: the high-stability gel whitening layer is a hydrated gel whitening layer and mainly comprises a whitening agent, a gelling agent, a humectant, a stabilizer, a bacteriostatic agent, a pH regulator, a surfactant, an antiallergic agent and essence.
Wherein the whitening agent is prepared by mixing one or more of carbamide peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite, sodium perchlorate, alkaline perborate, percarbonate and other oxidants. The gel is prepared from one or more of carbomer resin, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol resin, xanthan gum, natural gum, and acrylate copolymer.
