Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural chemical bird repelling, and particularly relates to a bird repellent composition and application thereof.
Background
Due to the increase of returned agricultural areas and greening areas, bird habitats are increased, and in addition, the protection consciousness of people on birds is enhanced, the number of birds is more and more, the birds in paddy fields, orchards and other fields are seriously damaged, and the loss of the birds to crops in agriculture is more and more.
The existing bird repelling measures are generally measures such as gun horn repelling, net lapping covering, bird repelling agent spraying and the like. The gun horn driving, the lapping and covering and other measures have very high labor and material costs. In some areas with serious bird damage, farmers illegally use high-toxicity carbosulfan for seed dressing to kill birds invading farmlands in order to reduce loss. Farmers lack effective repelling means.
Dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide is gray yellow powder, has a specific gravity of 1.41-1.50, a melting point of not less than 110 ℃, is soluble in carbon disulfide, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride, and is insoluble in water; no smell, no toxicity and stable storage. Tetrakis-amylene thiuram is commonly used as an accelerator for natural rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, neoprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, isoprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, and also as a vulcanizing agent. When used as a vulcanizing agent, the vulcanized rubber is heat-resistant and has excellent aging resistance.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.
A single suspension seed coating agent and a binary suspension seed coating agent containing 50% of dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide are prepared by taking ceratin beasts as experimental objects, the suspension seed coating agent is mixed with wheat seeds, and the mixture is dried in the air and then tested, wherein specific experimental parameters and results are shown in tables 1 and 2. Wherein table 1 shows the repellent effect of a 50% wt dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide single-agent suspension on ceratin birds.
TABLE 1
Note: the feeding rate is 100 (original wheat seed weight-the weight of the fed wheat seeds)/the original wheat seed weight; relative food refusal rate is 100 (CK food intake rate-treatment food intake rate)/CK food intake rate.
The experimental results show that: the suspension seed coating containing dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide has good antifeedant effect on the ceratin birds, and the antifeedant effect is increased along with the increase of the dosage. When the dosage is 5g/kg, the relative antifeedant rate is only 27.37 percent, but when the dosage is increased to 10g/kg, the control effect is improved to 82.84 percent.
In the experiment, the safety risk of wheat germination caused by high-dosage dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide is found, the growth inhibition effect on wheat starts to obviously appear at the dosage of 10g/kg, and the fresh weight inhibition rate is higher than the plant height inhibition rate, as shown in the following table 2.
TABLE 2
It was also found that the efficacy of the dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide when it was mixed with other components was increased as compared with the effect of the monotherapy of dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide, and that the safety of the mixture to the test materials was improved although the effect of some of the mixtures was lower than that of the monotherapy of dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide. In the above table, the fresh weight and the plant height are the fresh weight and the plant height of malt at the time of germination, respectively.
Taking ceratin beak as an experimental object, preparing a suspension seed coating containing 50 mass percent of dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide and 50 mass percent of other active ingredients, mixing the suspension seed coating with wheat seeds, and performing an experiment after air drying, wherein specific experimental parameters and results are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3
The experimental results show that: (1) the dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide, the dithianon and the like are mixed, so that the control effect can be increased or is equivalent to that of a single agent; (2) the synergy of the dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide in combination with zinc ethylphenyldithiocarbamate is most obvious.
The test result shows that: the dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide is used singly, 10g/kg of seeds are safe, but the phytotoxicity symptoms of blade yellowing and plant dwarfing can be visually observed at the treatment dosage of 20g/kg of seeds. The safety to crop seeds was greatly mitigated by the use of dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide in combination with other ingredients, as shown in table 4.
TABLE 4
The ternary composition combination also achieves good prevention effect, as shown in Table 5. The control effect of the repellent composition is greater than that of a single agent by combining repellent components of 50 wt% of dipentamethylenethiuram tetrasulfide FS +50 wt% of methyl anthranilate FS +50 wt% of anthraquinone FS and three different action mechanisms. Ternary mixing is more significant in reducing the safety risk of crops.

The preparation method of the bird repellent composition in each embodiment comprises the following steps:
for the embodiment without adding surfactant, dispersant and solvent, the two substances are directly mixed and ground into powder with fineness of 5-75 μm; or grinding into powder, mixing, granulating, and spraying directly. Subpackaging into 5-1000 g and packaging.
For the embodiment using the surfactant and/or the dispersant, the components in the embodiment are uniformly mixed, ground into the fineness of 5-75 μm, and prepared into wettable powder, water dispersible granules, dry suspending agent, soluble powder, soluble granules, suspending agent, seed treatment agent and other formulations. Subpackaging into 5-1000 g and packaging.
The crow is cultivated in a greenhouse, wheat, rice, corn seedlings and the like are fed at regular time, and the average feed intake of a single bird is calculated. The wheat is used for testing the repelling effect of the coated seeds; after soaking the rice seeds, carrying out seed dressing treatment for testing the repellent effect of the seed dressing agent; diluting with water, spraying onto corn seedling, air drying, and measuring the feed intake.
Recording the weight difference before and after eating, and calculating the food refusal rate, wherein the food refusal rate is the weight after eating/the original weight multiplied by 100%. And repeating the three steps, and calculating an average value.
Through tests, the test results of the examples 1-7; examples 36 to 49; examples 58-64, the test gave food refusal rates, as shown in Table 16.
TABLE 16
Through tests, examples 8 to 14; examples 65 to 49; examples 58 to 64, the test gave the food refusal rate, as shown in Table 17.
TABLE 17
Through tests, examples 15 to 35; examples 51 to 57; the test gave the food refusal rate as shown in table 18. The overall foliar spray effect is not as good as the seed coating and dressing effect, but also can significantly reduce the loss, and has certain commercial value.
