本发明涉及一种安全插座。
背景技术
电源插座是为家用电器提供电源接口的电气设备,也是住宅电气设计中使用较多的电气附件,它与人们生活有着十分密切的关系。住户私拉乱接电源线和加装插座接线板,常常引起人身电击和电气火灾事故,给人身财产安全带来重大隐患。目前市场上现有的电源插座最容易发生的触电状况是,插头接通插座电源,但是插头并未完全进入插座,但电源已经接通,此时极容易发生触电事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种安全插座。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种安全插座,包括有壳体和能盖住壳体的防护盖板,所述壳体上设有多个插孔,所述壳体一侧设有与插孔相对应的固定座,所述固定座与插孔之间活动设有顶压板,所述固定座上设有当顶压板触碰到固定座上时才能导通的通电模块,所述壳体另一侧位于插孔左右两侧分别设有槽孔,所述槽孔内活动设有凸柱,所述插孔上下两侧分别设有当插头顶压凸柱收回槽孔内时将插头固定在插座上的锁定机构。
如上所述的一种安全插座,所述通电模块包括分别设置在顶压板上下端部两侧的固定块,所述固定块上设有开槽,所述开槽内活动设有活动块,所述活动块与开槽之间设有第一弹簧连接,在同侧的活动块之间设有固定杆连接,所述固定座与顶压板之间对称设有金属触片,所述金属触片一端固定设置在固定座上,所述金属触片另一端穿过顶压板与固定杆形成的开口,所述固定座上位于金属触片之间设有圆孔,所述圆孔内活动插接有金属接头,所述顶压板上固定设有能跟金属接头配合卡接通电的金属顶块。
如上所述的一种安全插座,所述锁定机构包括分别设置在插孔上下两侧的凸台,所述凸台上设有槽口,所述槽口内活动设有顶板,所述顶板与槽口之间设有第二弹簧连接,所述壳体位于靠近通电模块的一侧设有与槽孔相对应的环形齿轮,所述环形齿轮活动插接在壳体上,所述环形齿轮内壁固定设有凸块,所述凸柱上固定设有螺纹槽,所述凸柱穿过环形齿轮使凸块与螺纹槽螺纹连接,所述壳体上位于通电模块上下两侧设有能与环形齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述齿条一端与壳体内壁之间固定设有第三弹簧连接,所述齿条另一端穿过壳体固定设有顶柱。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明采用当需要使用插座时将插头上的插脚插入插孔内顶压顶压板,当顶压板触碰到固定座时才能通过通电模块导通电流,防止插头未完全插入插座内就通电,当顶压板顶压到固定座时通过插头塑料底面顶压凸柱位移,使凸柱收入槽孔时带动锁定机构将插头固定在插座上防止脱离,当需要拔掉插头时解锁锁定机构通过通电模块将顶压板复位,当顶压板复位时带动插脚弹出插孔内,解决了插头未完全插入时电流导通的情况,同时解决不小心拉扯到电线时插头在插座上松动形成的安全问题,结构简单、实用性强,值得广泛推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至4所示的一种安全插座,包括有壳体1和能盖住壳体1的防护盖板2,所述壳体1上设有多个插孔3,所述壳体1一侧设有与插孔3相对应的固定座4,所述固定座4与插孔3之间活动设有顶压板5,所述固定座4上设有当顶压板5触碰到固定座4上时才能导通的通电模块10,所述壳体1另一侧位于插孔3左右两侧分别设有槽孔6,所述槽孔6内活动设有凸柱7,所述插孔3上下两侧分别设有当插头顶压凸柱7收回槽孔6内时将插头固定在插座上的锁定机构30,当需要使用插座时将插头上的插脚插入插孔内顶压顶压板,当顶压板触碰到固定座时才能通过通电模块导通电流,防止插头未完全插入插座内就通电,当顶压板顶压到固定座时通过插头塑料底面顶压凸柱位移,使凸柱收入槽孔时带动锁定机构将插头固定在插座上防止脱离,当需要拔掉插头时解锁锁定机构通过通电模块将顶压板复位,当顶压板复位时带动插脚弹出插孔内。
本发明中所述的通电模块10包括分别设置在顶压板5上下端部两侧的固定块11,所述固定块11上设有开槽12,所述开槽12内活动设有活动块13,所述活动块13与开槽12之间设有第一弹簧14连接,在同侧的活动块13之间设有固定杆15连接,所述固定座4与顶压板5之间对称设有金属触片16,所述金属触片16一端固定设置在固定座4上,所述金属触片16另一端穿过顶压板5与固定杆15形成的开口17,所述固定座4上位于金属触片16之间设有圆孔18,所述圆孔18内活动插接有金属接头19,所述顶压板5上固定设有能跟金属接头19配合卡接通电的金属顶块20,顶压板移动通过固定杆使金属触片相互向内收缩夹紧插头插脚,当金属接头和金属顶块想卡接时导通电流通过金属触片导通到插头插脚上。
本发明中所述的锁定机构30包括分别设置在插孔3上下两侧的凸台31,所述凸台31上设有槽口32,所述槽口32内活动设有顶板33,所述顶板33与槽口32之间设有第二弹簧34连接,所述壳体1位于靠近通电模块10的一侧设有与槽孔6相对应的环形齿轮35,所述环形齿轮35活动插接在壳体1上,所述环形齿轮35内壁固定设有凸块,所述凸柱7上固定设有螺纹槽37,所述凸柱7穿过环形齿轮35使凸块与螺纹槽37螺纹连接,所述壳体1上位于通电模块10上下两侧设有能与环形齿轮35相啮合的齿条38,所述齿条38一端与壳体1内壁之间固定设有第三弹簧39连接,所述齿条38另一端穿过壳体1固定设有顶柱40,当凸柱移动通过螺纹槽带动环形齿轮旋转,当环形齿轮旋转时带动齿条移动使顶柱位移,当顶柱移动不再顶压顶板时,顶板通过第二弹簧向槽口外顶出固定插头。

1.一种安全插座,包括有壳体(1)和能盖住壳体(1)的防护盖板(2),所述壳体(1)上设有多个插孔(3),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)一侧设有与插孔(3)相对应的固定座(4),所述固定座(4)与插孔(3)之间活动设有顶压板(5),所述固定座(4)上设有当顶压板(5)触碰到固定座(4)上时才能导通的通电模块(10),所述壳体(1)另一侧位于插孔(3)左右两侧分别设有槽孔(6),所述槽孔(6)内活动设有凸柱(7),所述插孔(3)上下两侧分别设有当插头顶压凸柱(7)收回槽孔(6)内时将插头固定在插座上的锁定机构(30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全插座,其特征在于所述通电模块(10)包括分别设置在顶压板(5)上下端部两侧的固定块(11),所述固定块(11)上设有开槽(12),所述开槽(12)内活动设有活动块(13),所述活动块(13)与开槽(12)之间设有第一弹簧(14)连接,在同侧的活动块(13)之间设有固定杆(15)连接,所述固定座(4)与顶压板(5)之间对称设有金属触片(16),所述金属触片(16)一端固定设置在固定座(4)上,所述金属触片(16)另一端穿过顶压板(5)与固定杆(15)形成的开口,所述固定座(4)上位于金属触片(16)之间设有圆孔(18),所述圆孔(18)内活动插接有金属接头(19),所述顶压板(5)上固定设有能跟金属接头(19)配合卡接通电的金属顶块(20)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种安全插座,其特征在于所述锁定机构(30)包括分别设置在插孔(3)上下两侧的凸台(31),所述凸台(31)上设有槽口(32),所述槽口(32)内活动设有顶板(33),所述顶板(33)与槽口(32)之间设有第二弹簧(34)连接,所述壳体(1)位于靠近通电模块(10)的一侧设有与槽孔(6)相对应的环形齿轮(35),所述环形齿轮(35)活动插接在壳体(1)上,所述环形齿轮(35)内壁固定设有凸块,所述凸柱(7)上固定设有螺纹槽(37),所述凸柱(7)穿过环形齿轮(35)使凸块与螺纹槽(37)螺纹连接,所述壳体(1)上位于通电模块(10)上下两侧设有能与环形齿轮(35)相啮合的齿条(38),所述齿条(38)一端与壳体(1)内壁之间固定设有第三弹簧(39)连接,所述齿条(38)另一端穿过壳体(1)固定设有顶柱(40)。
