Claims (10)

1. A technical document processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
displaying a technical document solution or a technical document template;
selecting a technical document solution or a technical document template and creating technical document information;
editing product structure tree configuration information, and determining a data module frame structure needing to be edited according to the product structure tree configuration information;
dividing a plurality of technical documentation tasks, sending invitation information and issuing the technical documentation tasks;
editing the data module content, providing the writing requirements and/or content prompts and/or guide information of typical cases; calling the content in the database during editing and/or calling tool software through a tool software interface and/or performing professional term use specification check;
the database at least comprises a technical document solution library, a technical document template library and a material library;
setting a technical document output template;
and transmitting the edited data module content to a technical document output template, and carrying out adaptation, organization and synthesis on the edited data module content according to a form specified by the technical document output template to generate a synthesized technical document solution or a technical document.
2. The technical document processing method according to claim 1,
generating identification codes corresponding to the synthesized technical documents one by one;
converting the file format of the synthesized technical document;
exporting the technical document and/or exporting the identification code corresponding to the technical document in a selected format;
the version of the technical document is updated and managed.
3. The technical document processing method according to claim 1, wherein content review and determination information retrieval are performed on the electronic version technical document;
retrieving the associated content of the determined information within the same technical document solution and/or technical document;
and carrying out information communication and feedback.
4. The technical document processing method according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
interfacing with a user enterprise system data interface;
confirming a data module specified in a technical document solution or a technical document template and needing to be automatically acquired from the user enterprise system;
receiving targeted data module information from the user enterprise system;
and carrying out adaptation, organization and synthesis on the data modules according to the technical document template.
5. The technical document processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the method comprises:
defining a technical documentation management process;
adding and/or deleting and/or modifying and/or searching and/or uploading and/or downloading operations are carried out on the technical document solution, and the quantity and the types of technical document templates in the technical document solution are configured;
adding and/or deleting and/or modifying and/or searching and/or uploading and/or downloading operations are carried out on the technical document template, and the information content and/or format in the technical document template are defined;
adding and/or deleting and/or modifying and/or searching and/or uploading and/or downloading and/or version upgrading and/or document information updating are carried out on the data module;
adding and/or deleting and/or modifying and/or searching and/or uploading and/or downloading the database;
an interface to manage third party software and/or platforms and/or services;
defining content information and forms accompanied by knowledge in technical document solutions and technical document templates in the compiling process;
defining various types of roles and authority ranges thereof in the technical documentation management process.
6. A technical document processing system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the front-end display layer is used for interacting with a user, displaying a technical document solution or a technical document template, selecting the technical document solution or the technical document template and creating technical document information for editing configuration information of a product structure tree;
the data reading module is used for acquiring the technical document solution or the technical document template selected by the front-end display layer and acquiring the created technical document information and the product structure tree configuration information;
the task collaborative management module is used for dividing a plurality of technical documentation tasks according to the configuration information of the product structure tree, sending invitation information and issuing the technical documentation tasks;
the technical document structure generation module is used for determining a data module frame structure needing to be edited according to the configuration information of the product structure tree;
the data guide module is used for providing writing requirements and/or content prompts and/or guide information of typical cases;
the data module editing module is used for editing the content of the data module;
the data module editing module comprises a database calling module and/or a tool integration module and/or a data checking module;
the database calling module is used for calling the contents in the database, and the database at least comprises a technical document solution library, a technical document template library and a material library;
the tool integration module is used for calling tool software through a tool software interface;
the data checking module is used for checking the professional term use specification;
the technical document issuing setting module is used for setting a technical document output template;
the data transmission module is used for transmitting the data module contents edited by the data editing module to a technical document output template;
and the data module synthesis module is used for adapting, organizing and synthesizing the data module content edited by the data editing module according to the form specified by the technical document output template to generate a synthesized technical document solution or technical document.
7. The technical document processing system according to claim 6, wherein the system comprises:
the identification code generating module is used for generating identification codes which correspond to the synthesized technical documents one by one;
the format conversion module is used for converting the file format of the synthesized technical document;
the data export module is used for exporting the technical document and/or exporting the identification code corresponding to the technical document in a selected format;
and a version management module: for updating and managing versions of technical documents.
8. The technical document processing system according to claim 6, wherein the system comprises:
the data retrieval module is used for consulting the technical document and retrieving the determined information;
the data association retrieval module is used for retrieving associated content of the determined information in the same technical document solution and/or technical document;
and the information communication module is used for carrying out information communication and feedback.
9. The technical document processing system according to claim 6, wherein the system comprises:
the tool integration module is used for being in butt joint with a user enterprise system data interface;
a front-end presentation layer for confirming a data module specified in a technical document solution or a technical document template to be automatically acquired from the user enterprise system;
the data transmission module is used for receiving the oriented data module information from the user enterprise system;
and the data module synthesis module is used for carrying out adaptation, organization and synthesis on the data module according to the technical document template.
10. The technical document processing system according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the system comprises:
the process management module is used for defining a technical documentation management process;
the technical document solution management module is used for performing addition and/or deletion and/or modification and/or search and/or upload and/or download operations on the technical document solution and configuring the number and the types of technical document templates in the technical document solution;
