Abstract
本发明公开了一种液晶成像装置,包括液晶面板、背光组件和遮光装置;液晶面板与背光组件匹配连接;遮光装置设置于背光组件发出的光线至液晶面板所需要经过的通路上。本发明结构用于模拟成像后,通过在背光组件的背光光源发出的光线到液晶面板所需要经过的通路上设置与所要显示的成像效果一致的遮挡装置,使得液晶面板在不需要成像的区域无法接收光线,从而无法在液晶面板的正面形成微光区域,从而与背光面板的边框形成的无光区域的颜色趋于一致,增强整体协调性,提高观赏效果,适用于大多数模拟成像装置的使用,例如电壁炉的火焰模拟成像。

技术领域
本发明涉及成像装置技术领域,具体涉及一种液晶成像装置。
背景技术
在生产生活中,我们会使用到各种各样的成像装置,如广告灯箱、电壁炉的火焰模拟成像等,其中液晶成像装置,由于其耗电量低、体积小和辐射低,应用越来越普及。
目前的技术中,由于液晶显示的需要,一般液晶成像装置包括液晶面板和背光组件,背光组件发出均匀的光线,这些光线进入液晶面板,通过液晶面板对光线的选择过滤,从而在液晶面板的正面形成各种各样的丰富的画面。然而在实际使用中,在播放火焰画面时,所要显示的成像图案经常都是不会布满整个显示屏的,特别是在电壁炉中模拟真实的火焰燃烧,在没有火焰的区域通常都是需要黑色的效果,而目前技术中的液晶成像装置在不需要光线的区域,即使选择完全阻止光线通过,但是由于目前实际还是会有微弱的光线通过液晶面板,形成灰暗的微光区域。另外由于背光组件等存在一定的边框或其他结构件,而这些边框或其他结构件在液晶面板的正面投影会形成一些无光的区域,这些无光区域是完全没有光线投射的,会与微光区域形成色差对比,进一步影响整体的观赏效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服背景技术的技术缺陷,提供一种液晶成像装置。本发明结构用于模拟成像后,通过在背光组件的背光光源发出的光线到液晶面板所需要经过的通路上设置与所要显示的成像效果一致的遮挡装置,使得所述液晶面板在不需要成像的区域无法接收光线,从而无法在液晶面板的正面形成微光区域,从而与所述背光面板的边框形成的无光区域的颜色趋于一致,增强整体协调性,提高观赏效果,适用于大多数模拟成像装置的使用,例如电壁炉的火焰模拟成像。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种液晶成像装置,包括液晶面板、背光组件和遮光装置;所述液晶面板与所述背光组件匹配连接;所述液晶面板为现有各种利用液体晶体对可见光线的选择过滤技术制成的面板;所述遮光装置设置于所述背光组件发出的光线至所述液晶面板所需要经过的通路上,所述遮光装置阻挡部分所述背光组件发出的光线投射到所述液晶面板的内部。
进一步地,所述遮光装置的内轮廓为与所述液晶面板所要成像的图案相匹配。
进一步地,所述遮光装置设置于所述液晶面板与所述背光组件之间或者所述遮光装置设置于所述背光组件的内部。
进一步地,所述遮光装置包括设置于所述液晶面板背面的顶部和/或侧部的涂层。
进一步地,所述背光组件包括光源、与所述光源匹配连接的扩散板、以及分别与所述光源及所述扩散板匹配连接的边框;所述遮光装置包括设置于所述扩散板正面和/或背面的顶部和/或侧部的涂层。
进一步地,所述背光组件包括光源、与所述光源匹配连接的扩散板、设置于所述光源及所述扩散板之间的导光板、以及分别与所述光源、所述扩散板及所述导光板匹配连接的边框;所述遮光装置包括设置于所述导光板正面的顶部和/或侧部的涂层。
进一步地,所述涂层采用的工艺为喷洒或者涂镀或者印刷。
进一步地,所述遮光装置的内边缘是渐进的,即所述遮光装置的内边缘不是完全遮挡光线,而是部分地遮挡光线。
进一步地,所述液晶成像装置包括控制装置;所述控制装置分别与所述液晶面板及所述背光组件匹配连接;所述控制装置可以控制所述液晶面板上各液晶单元对光线的选择过滤,从而对所述背光组件提供的背光光源进行成像,进而在所述液晶面板上形成所要播放的成像效果;而所述遮光装置可以将不需要播放成像画面的区域进行遮光处理,同时所述遮光装置可以将所述背光组件上的边框进行遮挡,使得所述液晶成像装置在所要显示成像的区域之外颜色外观趋于一致。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所提供的一种液晶成像装置,由于遮光装置的设置,使得不需要成像播放的区域无法形成微光区域(微光区域的投影通常影响观赏效果),液晶面板背后的边框等结构部件不会在液晶面板上的微光区域形成投影,从而大大提高了所述液晶成像装置的成像观赏效果。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的内容,下面结合具体实施例和附图作进一步说明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于对本发明进一步说明,而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明所述的内容后,该领域的技术人员对本发明作出一些非本质的改动或调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
如图1~图6所示,一种液晶成像装置,包括液晶面板1、背光组件2和遮光装置3,液晶面板1为现有各种利用液体晶体对可见光线的选择过滤技术制成的LCD显示屏,背光组件2包括光源21、扩散板22和边框23,光源21和扩散板22由边框23固定组装在一起,在此实施例中,遮光装置3为印刷在扩散板22上的涂层,并且位于扩散板22的顶部和侧部,遮光装置3的边缘为渐进的,一开始为部分遮挡光线,直至渐进变成完全遮挡光线,并且遮光装置3的覆盖范围与背光组件2的边框23的投影范围重叠成一片。
当控制装置4控制光源21发出光线后,通过扩散板22的进一步作用,打散光线,使得光线更加均匀柔和,并从扩散板22的正面射出,但是由于遮光装置3的遮光作用,使得扩散板22的顶部和侧部无法有光线射出,从而在液晶面板1的成像区域形成无光区域,从而与边框23投影形成的无光区域连成一片,避免色差的出现。
如图6所示,为本实施例在安装在电壁炉上的应用。
实施例2
如图7~图8所示,一种液晶成像装置,与实施例1相比,本实施例中的遮光装置3为单独的一个部件,设置在扩散板22与液晶面板1之间,遮光装置3为不透明的材料制成,并且其内轮廓设置成与需要成像的图案相匹配的形状。
实施例3
如图9~图10所示,一种液晶成像装置,与实施例1相比,背光组件2还包括导光板24,导光板24设置在光源21和扩散板22之间,遮光装置3为印刷在液晶面板1的背面的涂层。
当控制装置4控制光源21发出光线后,通过导光板24的引导使光线均匀分布在整个导光板24的平面内,光线从导光板24的正面射出进入扩散板22,并经过扩散板22的进一步作用,打散光线,使得光线更加均匀柔和,并从扩散板22的正面射出,但是由于遮光装置3的遮光作用,使得液晶面板1的顶部和侧部无法接收光线,从而在液晶面板1的成像区域形成无光区域,从而与边框23投影形成的无光区域连成一片,避免色差的出现。

Claims (9)
1.一种液晶成像装置,其特征在于,包括液晶面板(1)、背光组件(2)和遮光装置(3);所述液晶面板(1)与所述背光组件(2)匹配连接;所述遮光装置(3)设置于所述背光组件(2)发出的光线至所述液晶面板(1)所需要经过的通路上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种液晶成像装置,其特征在于,所述遮光装置(3)的内轮廓为与所述液晶面板(1)所要成像的图案相匹配。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种液晶成像装置,其特征在于,所述遮光装置(3)设置于所述液晶面板(1)与所述背光组件(2)之间或者所述遮光装置(3)设置于所述背光组件(2)的内部。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种液晶成像装置,其特征在于,所述遮光装置(3)包括设置于所述液晶面板(1)背面的顶部和/或侧部的涂层。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种液晶成像装置,其特征在于,所述背光组件(2)包括光源(21)、与所述光源(21)匹配连接的扩散板(22)、以及分别与所述光源(21)及所述扩散板(22)匹配连接的边框(23);所述遮光装置(3)包括设置于所述扩散板(22)正面和/或背面的顶部和/或侧部的涂层。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种液晶成像装置,其特征在于,所述背光组件(2)包括光源(21)、与所述光源(21)匹配连接的扩散板(22)、设置于所述光源(21)及所述扩散板(22)之间的导光板(24)、以及分别与所述光源(21)、所述扩散板(22)及所述导光板(24)匹配连接的边框(23);所述遮光装置(3)包括设置于所述导光板(24)正面的顶部和/或侧部的涂层。
7.如权利要求4~6任意一项所述的一种液晶成像装置,其特征在于,所述涂层采用的工艺为喷洒或者涂镀或者印刷。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种液晶成像装置,其特征在于,所述遮光装置(3)的内边缘是渐进的,部分地遮挡光线。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种液晶成像装置,其特征在于,所述液晶成像装置包括控制装置(4);所述控制装置(4)分别与所述液晶面板(1)及所述背光组件(2)匹配连接。
