Abstract

Description

液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示装置,尤其涉及一种高屏占比的全面屏的液晶显示装置。
背景技术
现有的液晶显示装置,其通常包括层叠设置的液晶面板和背光模组。以手机为例,高屏占比的全面屏手机开始越来越被消费者所青睐,高屏占比的全面屏设计在传统的手机外形不变的前提下,加大屏幕占比,减小上下手机边框,给消费者更好的视觉体验。
发明内容
而为了获得更高的屏占比,本申请的发明人研究了一种液晶显示装置的设计为:摄像孔设置于显示区内,摄像模组设置在液晶面板的显示区的下方(即,位于液晶面板的与观察者侧相反的背面侧)。然而,因背光模组与液晶面板结合的区域通常无法保证百分之百紧密贴合,导致背光模组的光线会通过背光模组与液晶面板二者结合的区域泄漏。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种有效解决上述问题的液晶显示装置。
一种液晶显示装置,其包括:
背光模组,
与背光模组层叠设置的液晶面板,所述液晶面板包括彩色滤光基板、与彩色滤光基板对置的薄膜晶体管基板、夹设于所述彩色滤光基板与所述薄膜晶体管基板之间的液晶层以及配置于所述薄膜晶体管基板远离所述液晶层一侧的下偏光片,其中下偏光片靠近所述背光模组,
所述背光模组中开设有摄像孔,该摄像孔还贯穿下偏光片;
所述摄像孔包括孔底壁和孔侧壁,孔底壁由薄膜晶体管基板限定形成,所述孔底壁和孔侧壁二者相接的区域设置有弹性橡胶体以封堵光线的泄漏。
本发明通过弹性橡胶体的设置,封堵光线的泄漏,解决因各部件制造与组装等公差累积加总造成的光源泄漏缺陷。

请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例的液晶显示装置100定义有显示区101。本实施例中,该液晶显示装置100为一全面屏的手机,即整个正面基本都是显示区101。所述显示区101中设置有一摄像区102。所述摄像区102为非显示区。本实施例中,所述摄像区102为圆形的。
请参阅图2,所述液晶显示装置100包括依次层叠设置的透明盖板40、液晶面板10以及背光模组30。所述背光模组30对应所述摄像区102的位置开设有摄像孔103。所述摄像孔103中设置有摄像模组(图未示)。所述液晶面板10对应所述摄像区102的位置为透明的区域,以不影响摄像模组的摄像功能。另外,图2中省略了液晶显示装置100中用以装设容置液晶面板10和背光模组30的框体。
所述液晶面板10为本领域常规使用的液晶面板,其包括彩色滤光基板12、与彩色滤光基板12相对设置的薄膜晶体管(TFT)基板13、以及夹设于彩色滤光基板12和TFT基板13之间的液晶层14。所述液晶面板10还包括上偏光片11和下偏光片18,其中上偏光片11层叠在彩色滤光基板12远离液晶层14的一侧,下偏光片18层叠在TFT基板13远离液晶层14的一侧。透明盖板40设置靠近上偏光片11,下偏光片18靠近所述背光模组30。TFT基板13包括透明基底131及形成在透明基底131上的导电元件(图未示),如TFT、数据线、扫描线等等。彩色滤光基板12(或称为对向基板)包括透明基底(图未示)及形成在透明基底上的彩色滤光层(图未示)。
为不影响摄像模组的摄像功能,所述液晶面板10的彩色滤光基板12和TFT基板13对应摄像区102的位置设置为透光的;而上偏光片11和下偏光片18不是透明的,因此,所述上偏光片11对应摄像区102开设有贯穿所述上偏光片11的通孔111,所述摄像孔103还贯穿所述下偏光片18。也即,下偏光片18中的通孔与开设在背光模组30中的孔对齐连通,共同构成摄像孔103。
如图2所示,所述背光模组30为本领域常规使用的侧入式的背光模组,其包括承载该背光模组30的光学元件的背板31。光学元件包括依次层叠在所述背板31上的反射片32、导光板33、光学膜片组34等元件,其中所述光学膜片组34相对靠近所述液晶面板10。具体的,所述背光模组30的光学膜片组34结合在所述液晶面板10的下偏光片18上。所述背光模组30还包括设置在导光板33一侧的光源(图未示)。所述光学膜片组34至少包括层叠设置的扩散片(图未示)、增亮膜(图未示)等。
如图2所示,所述反射片32、导光板33、光学膜片组34基本均为平板状。所述摄像孔103贯穿所述反射片32、导光板33、光学膜片组34。所述背板31的主体结构为平板状,其层叠在反射片32远离液晶面板10的一侧,且所述背板31在摄像区102的位置弯折向液晶面板10的方向延伸至TFT基板13的透明基底131,从而所述背板31的部分限定形成所述摄像孔103的孔侧壁。对应摄像区102的透明基底131的部分形成为摄像孔103的孔底壁。
如图2和图3所示,本实施例中,所述背板31并未直接接触TFT基板13的透明基底131,背板31位于摄像区102的端部与透明基底131二者之间具有一小间距。可以理解的,其他实施例中,背板31位于摄像区102的端部也可直接接触透明基底131。
由于摄像孔103设置在显示区101中,而背光模组30与液晶面板10的组装结合无法百分百紧密贴合,因此来自背光模组30的光线容易在背光模组30与液晶面板10二者结合的区域泄露。例如,来自背光模组30的光线可穿过背板31与透明基底131之间的间隙并穿过透明基底131漏出或是直接穿过透明基底131漏出(正面漏光),来自背光模组30的光线还可穿过背板31与透明基底131之间的间隙朝背光模组30方向泄露(背面漏光),因此所述背板31与所述TFT基板13二者相接的区域设置有弹性橡胶体60,也即所述摄像孔103的孔侧壁(透明基底131)与其孔底壁(背板31)二者相接的区域设置有弹性橡胶体60。所述弹性橡胶体60位于所述背板31与TFT基板13的透明基底131之间,且围绕所述摄像孔103的孔底壁的周缘延伸形成为环状,如图4所示。所述弹性橡胶体60用以封堵光线的泄漏,其颜色可采用具有遮光能力的颜色,例如黑色等。所述弹性橡胶体60局部覆盖透明基底131和背板31。
同时由于所述弹性橡胶体60本身柔软具有弹性,当液晶面板10与背光模组30组装结合时,可利用所述弹性橡胶体60的弹性压缩与TFT基板13的透明基底131局部干涉,进而使液晶面板10与背光模组30结合紧密,以进一步防止漏光的可能性。所述弹性橡胶体60可填充背板31与透明基底131之间的间隙,同时使背板31与透明基底131的结合更加稳固。所述弹性橡胶体60可为黑色的硅胶。
本实施例中,所述背板31为金属材质。进一步的,所述弹性橡胶体60还延伸到背板31与孔侧壁相对的表面。由此可避免光线入射在背板31(金属)上而造成光线的反射。
所述弹性橡胶体60可与所述背板31模内注塑一体形成,或是作为单独的元件套设在所述背板31上。
组装所述液晶显示装置100时,需预先分别装配好液晶面板10和背光模组30,在背光模组30的背板31上设置形成弹性橡胶体60后,然后将背光模组30与液晶面板10组装贴合,由此可遮蔽背光模组30与液晶面板10的组装贴合偏位公差所造成的局部漏光。

1.一种液晶显示装置,其包括:
背光模组;
与背光模组层叠设置的液晶面板,所述液晶面板包括彩色滤光基板、与彩色滤光基板对置的薄膜晶体管基板、夹设于所述彩色滤光基板与所述薄膜晶体管基板之间的液晶层以及配置于所述薄膜晶体管基板远离所述液晶层一侧的下偏光片,其中下偏光片靠近所述背光模组,
所述背光模组中开设有摄像孔,该摄像孔还贯穿下偏光片;其特征在于:所述摄像孔包括孔底壁和孔侧壁,孔底壁由薄膜晶体管基板限定形成,所述孔底壁和孔侧壁二者相接的区域设置有弹性橡胶体以封堵光线的泄漏。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述彩色滤光基板和所述薄膜晶体管基板正对摄像孔的区域均设置为透光的。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述液晶面板还包括层叠在彩色滤光基板远离薄膜晶体管基板一侧的上偏光片,所述上偏光片开设有贯穿所述上偏光片的通孔与摄像孔正对。
4.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述背光模组包括用于承载该背光模组的光学元件的背板,所述背板基本呈平板状,其在摄像孔的位置弯折向液晶面板的方向延伸至薄膜晶体管基板,从而所述背板的部分限定形成所述摄像孔的孔侧壁。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述弹性橡胶体围绕所述摄像孔的孔底壁的周缘延伸为环状,所述弹性橡胶体局部覆盖薄膜晶体管基板和背板。
6.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述光学元件包括依次层叠设置的反射片、导光板、光学膜片组,其中所述光学膜片组相对靠近所述液晶面板,所述背板层叠在所述反射片远离液晶面板的一侧,所述摄像孔贯穿所述反射片、导光板、光学膜片组。
7.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述背板为金属材质,所述弹性橡胶体延伸到背板与孔侧壁相对的表面。
8.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:背板在摄像孔处的端部与薄膜晶体管基板二者之间具有一间距。
9.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述弹性橡胶体为黑色的硅胶。
