Abstract
The invention discloses a soluble plugging tool for the tail end of a speed pipe column and a using method thereof. The production channel is opened by dissolving the soluble plug through the accumulated liquid at the bottom of the well, the problem that the plug is difficult to knock down after the coiled tubing is put into the well is solved, and compared with a nitrogen booster vehicle, the production channel has the advantage that the operation cost is reduced. When the fluid of the gas well is ensured not to be output from the coiled tubing in the construction process, the coiled tubing is made to enter the gas well, the water drainage and gas production functions of the speed pipe column are exerted in time, and the stable production of the gas well is guaranteed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gas field exploitation, in particular to a soluble plugging tool for a tail end of a velocity string and a using method thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous production time of the gas well, the productivity of the gas well is gradually reduced, liquid begins to accumulate at the bottom of the gas well when the production rate is lower than the critical liquid carrying flow rate, and if liquid discharging measures are not taken in time, the gas well can be flooded with water and even stops producing. The speed pipe column water drainage gas production technology is based on shaft two-phase flow and minimum liquid carrying flow theory, a coiled tubing with a small diameter is put into an original phi 73mm oil pipe of a gas well to serve as a production pipe column, the coiled tubing is cut off and then hung on a gas production well head through a special hanger to be used as a speed pipe column water drainage gas production, the technology can reduce the critical liquid carrying flow rate of the gas well and increase the gas flow rate in the shaft, so that the liquid carrying capacity of the gas well is improved, the gas well is ensured not to accumulate liquid for a long time, and the stable production of the gas well is ensured. According to the technology, before coiled tubing is lowered into a shaft, a packer is preset at the bottom end of the coiled tubing on the ground, so that gas well fluid is prevented from being produced from the coiled tubing in the pipe lowering process.
At present, the technology is applied to more than 800 wells in the Changqing oil field with the largest petroleum, and hundreds of wells are applied every year, so that the technology becomes one of three main drainage and gas production technologies of the Changqing oil field. However, in the field application process of the technology, the blanking plug preset at the bottom of the speed pipe column is not easy to knock off sometimes, a nitrogen booster vehicle needs to be used for knocking off the blanking plug, more manpower and material resources are consumed, the operation cost is increased, sometimes the blanking plug cannot be knocked off even, and the speed pipe column water drainage and gas production of the gas well are seriously influenced.

Through the sealing of the second sealing ring 5 and the third sealing ring 9, the inlet of the internal channel of the plugging tool nipple 4 is only provided with a plug seat 8, and the plug seat 8 is plugged by a soluble plug 12, so that the gas well fluid is prevented from being produced from the coiled tubing in the construction process.
The soluble plug 12 is also sleeved with a sleeve 13. The sleeve 13 can effectively control the dissolution speed of the soluble plug 12, prevent the soluble plug 12 from melting from the periphery, and prolong the working time of the soluble plug 12 in the well.
The guide head 16 is connected with the plugging tool short section 4 through a third pin 15.
The soluble plug 12 is soluble aluminum. The material of the soluble plug 12 is soluble aluminum.
The sand control joint 14 is positioned on the side wall of the plugging tool short section 4 below the soluble plug 12.
So that the accumulated liquid at the bottom of the well can enter the inner part of the plugging tool nipple 4 through the sand control joint 14 to dissolve the soluble plug 12.
