The method comprises the following steps: running a pipe column; the well-connected outer pipe column is put into a bare hole horizontal well, the setting of a bare hole packer 5 is completed, and then the well cementation and drifting processes are completed; the designed and connected inner pipe column is put into a sand filtering pipe section in the well through an oil pipe 2; the whole length of the inner pipe column is adjusted through the length of the inner pipe column connecting pipe 14, and meanwhile, the setting position of the acid spraying packer 15 is adjusted; the indication that the inner pipe column is put in place is that the inner pipe column is firstly put to the bottom until the blanking plug 48 is inserted into the closed fishing buckle 21, the pressure is suppressed through the liquid filling of the oil pipe, the bottommost part of the inner pipe column is put in, and the length of the inner pipe column at the position is recorded; then lifting the inner pipe column by 0.5-1m to be the lowering position of the inner pipe column, and then carrying out the next step;
step two: stepwise acidification (see fig. 3); closing the casing gate, dropping the steel ball into the ball seat 39 of the acid-spraying packer, and extruding the acid liquor from the oil pipe 2; the acid spraying packer 15 and the expansion packer 13 are set under the action of acid liquid pressure, the interval between the two packers and other sections are sealed, meanwhile, a sliding sleeve 36 in the acid spraying packer is opened, and acid liquid enters a sand filtering pipe section between the two packers from an acid spraying packer liquid flow port 37, so that the aim of extruding the acid liquid into the section between the two packers can be fulfilled; after the acid liquor is extruded, stopping pumping, and then automatically unsealing the two packers; then the inner pipe column is lowered to the next section to repeat the acid squeezing process; until all sections are processed;
step three: acid liquor backflow (refer to fig. 4); putting the inner pipe column into the bottom of the well, wherein the putting depth is the length of the inner pipe column recorded in the step one, and then lifting the inner pipe column by 0.5-1 m; opening a casing valve, injecting a well washing liquid from the oil casing annulus 1 to perform large-discharge backwashing, allowing the liquid to enter an open hole oil layer from the upper part of a sand filtering pipe section from the oil casing annulus 1 under the action of a flow blocking packer 12, and returning the liquid out of a well head through an outer filling port 23 on an outer filling device 10, an inner filling port 46 of an inner filling device 16 and an oil pipe 2 until balls, acid liquid and pollutants are thoroughly washed out;
step four: sand control by cyclic packing (see fig. 5); if the circulating filling sand prevention construction is required, the step is carried out; pumping filling mortar from the oil pipe 2, wherein the mortar enters an open hole oil layer and a sand filtering pipe section from the oil pipe through an inner filling port 46 of an inner filling device 16 and an outer filling port 23 on an outer filling device 10, and returns from the upper part of the sand filtering pipe section through an oil sleeve annulus 1;
step five: squeeze pack sand control (see fig. 6); if the extrusion filling sand prevention construction is required, the step is carried out; closing the casing gate, pumping filling mortar from the oil pipe 2, enabling the mortar to enter an open hole oil layer and a sand filtering pipe section from the oil pipe through an inner filling port 46 of the inner filling device 16 and an outer filling port 23 on the outer filling device 10, and completing extrusion filling sand prevention construction when the pressure is increased by 8-10 MPa;
step six: releasing the hands and pulling up the tubular column; putting the inner pipe column into the bottom of the well, wherein the putting depth is the length of the inner pipe column recorded in the step one; the plug 48 on the inner filling device 16 is inserted into the closing fishing buckle 21 of the outer filling device 10, the inner pipe column is positively rotated for 10-15 circles to realize buckling, at the moment, the plug blocks the outer filling opening 23, then the plug is lifted for 6-8t, the releasing pin 47 on the inner filling device 16 can be cut off, releasing is realized, and the inner pipe column is pulled out.
The horizontal well segmented acidizing, filling and sand prevention integrated pipe column and the method are suitable for segmented acidizing, blocking removal, extrusion and circulating filling and sand prevention construction of a barefoot horizontal well.

1. Horizontal well segmentation acidizing is filled sand control integration tubular column, including outer tubular column and inner tubular column, the inner tubular column is located inside the outer tubular column, its characterized in that, the bore hole packer, sand screen, two-way nest type sealing device, outer tubular column connecting pipe, outer packing device, the end cap that outer tubular column includes that top-down connects gradually, the inner tubular column includes choked flow packer, expansion packer, inner tubular column connecting pipe, acid-spraying packer, interior packing device that top-down connects gradually, choked flow packer, expansion packer, acid-spraying packer all sit and seal on the sand screen inner wall.

The horizontal well subsection acidizing, filling and sand prevention integrated pipe column according to claim 1, wherein the upper part of the open hole packer is sequentially connected with a cementing device and a casing in a threaded manner, the lower part of the open hole packer is connected with a sand filtering pipe in a threaded manner through an outer pipe connector, the lower part of the sand filtering pipe is connected with a bidirectional nested sealing device in a threaded manner through a bidirectional nested sealing upper connector, the bidirectional nested sealing device is connected with an outer pipe connector in a threaded manner through a bidirectional nested sealing lower connector, the lower part of the outer pipe connector is connected with an outer filling device in a closed fishing and threaded manner through the upper part of the outer filling device, and the outer filling device is connected with an end cap in a threaded manner through an outer filling tool at the lower.
3. The horizontal well segmented acidizing, filling and sand control integrated tubular column according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bidirectional nested sealing device consists of a bidirectional nested sealing upper joint, a bidirectional nested sealing piece and a bidirectional nested sealing lower joint; the bidirectional nested sealing element adopts a bidirectional nested sealing structure, the bidirectional nested sealing element is nested in the inner wall of the bidirectional nested sealing upper joint, the inner wall of the bidirectional nested sealing element and the outer wall of an inner filling tool of an inner filling device are in a sealing state, and the bidirectional nested sealing upper joint is in threaded connection with the bidirectional nested sealing lower joint.

The horizontal well subsection acidizing, filling and sand prevention integrated pipe column according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the external filling device is composed of a closing fishing buckle, an external filling tool and a blocking cap, wherein the external filling tool is provided with an external filling opening which is radially communicated, the closing fishing buckle is in threaded connection with the upper end of the external filling tool, the blocking cap is sleeved on the outer wall of the lower end of the external filling tool in a threaded manner, an axial upper port of the blocking cap is in a communicated state and is communicated with the external filling opening, the blocking cap blocks the external filling opening in the radial direction, the upper end of the external filling device is in threaded connection with the lower end of an outer pipe column connecting pipe by closing the fishing buckle, and the lower port of the external filling tool is in threaded connection with a plug.

The horizontal well segmented acidizing, filling and sand prevention integrated pipe string according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the choke packer comprises a choke seal upper joint, a choke seal sealing piece, a choke seal inner pipe, a choke seal pressing cap and a choke seal lower joint, the choke seal upper joint is in threaded connection with an upper oil pipe, the lower end of the choke seal upper joint is in threaded connection with the choke seal inner pipe, the choke seal sealing piece is sleeved on a seal barrel seat, the lower end of the choke seal sealing piece is connected with the choke seal pressing cap, the choke seal pressing cap is in threaded connection with a seal barrel seat, the choke seal inner pipe is in threaded connection with the choke seal lower joint, a choke seal spring is arranged on the choke seal inner pipe and can slide on the outer wall of the choke seal inner pipe for a certain distance, one end of the choke seal spring abuts against the lower portion of the choke seal pressing cap, the other end of the choke seal spring abuts against the upper portion of the choke seal lower joint, and the lower end of the flow blocking lower connector of the flow blocking packer is in threaded connection with the upper end of the expansion sealing support piece of the expansion packer.

The horizontal well segmented acidizing, filling and sand prevention integrated pipe column according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the expansion packer comprises an expansion sealing support piece and a sealing barrel, a hydraulic port which is radially communicated is formed in the expansion sealing support piece, the sealing barrel is sleeved on the outer wall of the expansion sealing support piece, the lower end of the expansion sealing support piece is connected with an inner pipe column connector in a threaded manner, and the lower end of the inner pipe column connector is connected with the upper end of an inner pipe column connecting pipe in a threaded manner.

The horizontal well segmented acidizing, filling and sand prevention integrated pipe column according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the acid-jet packer comprises an upper joint of the acid-jet packer, a sliding sleeve, a ball seat, an upper pressing cap, a sealing element, a supporting framework, a lower pressing cap and a lower joint of the acid-jet packer, the upper end of the upper joint of the acid-jet packer is connected with an inner pipe column connecting pipe, the lower end of the upper joint of the acid-jet packer is connected with the upper pressing cap, the sealing element is sleeved on the outer wall of the supporting framework, the upper end of the sealing element is pressed by the upper pressing cap, the lower end of the sealing element is pressed by the lower pressing cap, the upper pressing cap and the lower pressing cap are connected with the supporting framework in a thread-and-thread manner, the lower end; the sliding sleeve is connected to the upper end of the ball seat, slides on the inner wall of the upper joint of the acid-spraying packer, is provided with a liquid flow through a slot, is provided with a spring on the outer wall of the sliding sleeve, pushes the upper end of the spring against the lower end face of the sliding sleeve, and pushes the lower end of the spring against the upper end face of the supporting framework.

The horizontal well sectional acidizing, filling and sand prevention integrated pipe column according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the inner filling device comprises an inner filling tool and a plug, the upper end of the inner filling tool is connected with a lower joint of an acid-spraying packer, the lower end of the inner filling tool is connected with the plug, an inner filling opening which is radially communicated is formed in the inner filling tool, and the inner filling tool is further connected with the plug through a releasing pin.
9. The horizontal well subsection acidizing, filling and sand prevention integrated method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: running a pipe column; the well-connected outer pipe column is put into a bare hole horizontal well, the setting of a bare hole packer is completed, and then the well cementation and drifting procedures are completed; the designed and connected inner pipe columns are put into a sand filtering pipe section in the well through an oil pipe; the whole length of the inner pipe column is adjusted through the length of the inner pipe column connecting pipe, and meanwhile, the setting position of the acid spraying packer is adjusted; the indication that the inner pipe column is put in place is that the inner pipe column is put to the bottom until the blanking plug is inserted into the closed fishing buckle, the bottommost part of the inner pipe column is put in through the pressure build-up caused by liquid filling of the oil pipe, and the length of the inner pipe column at the position is recorded; then lifting the inner pipe column by 0.5-1m to be the lowering position of the inner pipe column, and then carrying out the next step;
step two: segmented acidification; closing the casing gate, dropping steel balls into the ball seat of the acid spraying packer, and extruding acid liquor from the oil pipe; setting the acid spraying packer and the expansion packer under the action of acid liquor pressure, sealing the interval between the two packers and other sections, simultaneously opening a sliding sleeve in the acid spraying packer, and enabling acid liquor to enter a sand filtering pipe section between the two packers from a liquid flow port of the acid spraying packer, so that the aim of extruding the acid liquor into the section between the two packers can be fulfilled; after the acid liquor is extruded, stopping pumping, and then automatically unsealing the two packers; then the inner pipe column is lowered to the next section to repeat the acid squeezing process; until all sections are processed;
step three: acid liquor is discharged back; putting the inner pipe column into the bottom of the well, wherein the putting depth is the length of the inner pipe column recorded in the step one, and then lifting the inner pipe column by 0.5-1 m; opening a casing valve, injecting a well washing liquid from the oil casing annulus to carry out large-discharge backwashing, allowing the liquid to enter an open hole oil layer from the upper part of a sand filtering pipe section from the oil casing annulus under the action of a flow blocking packer, and returning the liquid out of a well mouth through an outer filling port on an outer filling device, an inner filling port of an inner filling device and an oil pipe until balls, acid liquor and pollutants are thoroughly washed out;
step four: circularly filling and preventing sand; if the circulating filling sand prevention construction is required, the step is carried out; pumping filling mortar from the oil pipe, wherein the mortar enters the open hole oil layer and the sand filtering pipe section from the oil pipe through an inner filling port of the inner filling device and an outer filling port on the outer filling device, and returns out from the upper part of the sand filtering pipe section through the oil sleeve annulus;
step five: squeezing, filling and sand prevention; if the extrusion filling sand prevention construction is required, the step is carried out; closing the casing gate, pumping filling mortar from the oil pipe, allowing the mortar to enter an open hole oil layer and a sand filtering pipe section from the oil pipe through an inner filling port of the inner filling device and an outer filling port on the outer filling device, and completing extrusion filling sand prevention construction when the pressure is increased by 8-10 MPa;
step six: releasing the hands and pulling up the tubular column; putting the inner pipe column into the bottom of the well, wherein the putting depth is the length of the inner pipe column recorded in the step one; the plug on the inner filling device is inserted into the closed fishing buckle of the outer filling device, the inner pipe column rotates forward for 10-15 circles to realize buckling, at the moment, the plug blocks the outer filling opening, then the plug is lifted for 6-8t, the releasing pin on the inner filling device can be cut off, releasing is realized, and the inner pipe column is pulled out.
