Under the condition that the return torque of the spring 5 is larger than the constant blocking torque of the damper 1, the inner handle 2 slowly returns to the arrow direction of fig. 10, and finally returns to the initial state of the inner handle 2 (see fig. 11), so that the problem of impact abnormal sound in the return process of the inner handle 2 is thoroughly solved.
When in installation, the damper screw installation holes 1-2 of the damper 1 are matched with the base screw installation holes 4-3, and the damper 1 is fixed on the base 4 through the connection of two screws 6 (see figure 6); then the spring 5 is placed in the inner handle mounting cavity 2-4, and then the rotating shaft 3 sequentially passes through the first base rotating shaft mounting hole 4-1, the first inner handle rotating shaft matching hole 2-3, the spring 5, the second inner handle rotating shaft matching hole 2-2 and the second base rotating shaft mounting hole 4-2, so that the inner handle 2, the rotating shaft 3 and the spring 5 are assembled and fixed on the base 4 (see fig. 12).

An inner buckle hand assembly comprises a base (4), an inner buckle hand handle (2) and a spring (5); the left end part of the base (4) is connected with the left end part of the inner handle (2) through a rotating shaft (3); the spring (5) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (3), one end of the spring (5) acts on the base (4), and the other end of the spring (5) acts on the inner handle (2); the method is characterized in that:
the inner handle (2) is provided with inner handle teeth (2-1) on the left side of the rotating shaft (3);
a base screw mounting hole (4-3) is further formed in the left end of the base (4);
