However, the quadrangle house and the garden house occupy a large amount of construction areas, so that the house is mostly built in the suburbs and is expensive, and the house can enjoy the advantages of the courtyard or garden environment, but the house is inconvenient to live because the house is far away from the city center, so that the house cannot enjoy urban resources, especially fish and bear palms. Therefore, a design scheme of the multi-storey courtyard house is developed, which has the advantages of both courtyard houses and garden foreign-style houses, can be used for urban area high-rise houses, has the characteristics of fourth-generation houses, occupies less land and is low in cost, and not only can the courtyard and the garden foreign-style houses walk into the urban central area, the high-rise houses and people life, but also can the residents enjoy the urban resources and the life convenience.

In the embodiment, 4 independent house types 5 are arranged and are respectively positioned at 4 corners of a closed room in the air, the elevator 1 is positioned in the middle, and the scissors stairs 2 are positioned at the back of the elevator 1; after coming out of the elevator 1 or the scissors stairs 2, the elevator sequentially passes through an elevator front chamber 3 or a stair front chamber 4 and an air floor slab 6, and enters the house type 5 through an entrance door.
Preferably, the aerial courtyard is provided with a viewing surface 7 without sight line obstruction in at least one direction. The view surface 7 is not provided with a wall body, is positioned between the adjacent house types 5 and is used for lighting and viewing.
