Abstract
本发明提供了一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,包括表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂包括以下重量份的组分:复合铵盐20~35份、α‑烯烃磺酸钠15~30份、C12~C16烷基糖苷12~20份、吐温40 5~8份、碱性调节剂1~5份、磺化油1~3份、溶剂5~15份;所述表面活性剂的PH为8.5~9.1。本发明提供的表面活性剂体系,各原料之间相容性好,去污能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面活性剂技术领域,具体涉及一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系。
背景技术
表面活性剂作为一种重要的精细化工产品,在人们日常生活中起到了重要的作用。一方面,表面活性剂种类多,另一方面,人们对表面活性剂的功能需求越来越复杂,通常需要不同功能的表面活性剂复配使用以满足不同需要,以达到去污力强、稠度大、泡沫小而细腻、无毒无污染等效果。因此如果能够制备出一种同时具有两种或两种以上功能的表面活性剂,将有望大大降低配方的复杂性。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来解决:
一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,包括表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂包括以下重量份的组分:复合铵盐20~35份、α-烯烃磺酸钠15~30份、C12~C16烷基糖苷12~20份、吐温40 5~8份、碱性调节剂1~5份、磺化油1~3份、溶剂5~15份;所述表面活性剂的PH为8.5~9.1。
具体的,所述表面活性剂中还含有保湿剂。
具体的,所述保湿剂为芦荟提取物或三七提取物。
具体的,所述复合铵盐由天然脂肪醇硫酸铵、脂肪醇醚硫酸铵混合制得。
具体的,所述天然脂肪醇硫酸铵、脂肪醇醚硫酸铵的体积比为1:1~3。
具体的,所述碱性调节剂选自乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种。
具体的,所述溶剂为水。
本发明的有益效果是:
第一、本发明提供的表面活性剂体系,往复合铵盐中加入C12~C16烷基糖苷,利用C12~C16烷基糖苷的表面张力低、溶解性好、配伍性能好等优良特性,能与复合铵盐复配产生增效作用,使各原料之间相容性好,明显提升了本体系的去污能力,加入α-烯烃磺酸钠,α-烯烃磺酸钠在软水或硬水中都具有很好的去污力,能够避免使用螯合剂而对环境造成的污染;
第二、利用碱性调节剂将表面活性剂的PH调整至弱碱性,避免了酸性条件使复合铵盐发生分解反应,提高了复合铵盐的稳定性。
具体实施方式
为了能进一步了解本发明的特征、技术手段以及所达到的具体目的、功能,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,包括表面活性剂,表面活性剂包括以下重量份的组分:复合铵盐30份、α-烯烃磺酸钠20份、C12烷基糖苷12份、吐温40 5份、磺化油2份、水8份、芦荟提取物0.4份。
优选地,复合铵盐由天然脂肪醇硫酸铵、脂肪醇醚硫酸铵按体积比为1:1混合制得。
制备过程:将上述原料按比例称量后加入烧杯中,在搅拌条件下混合30min,最后加入了三乙醇胺3.2份,此时表面活性剂的PH调节至8.5。
测试:采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定表面活性剂的去污力,记录如下表1。
实施例2
一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,包括表面活性剂,表面活性剂包括以下重量份的组分:复合铵盐25份、α-烯烃磺酸钠25份、C12烷基糖苷15份、吐温40 5份、磺化油2份、水8份、芦荟提取物0.4份。
优选地,复合铵盐由天然脂肪醇硫酸铵、脂肪醇醚硫酸铵按体积比为1:2混合制得。
制备过程:将上述原料按比例称量后加入烧杯中,在搅拌条件下混合30min,最后加入了三乙醇胺2.7份,此时表面活性剂的PH调节至8.5。
测试:采用《GB/T13174-2008衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》的测试方法测定表面活性剂的去污力,记录如下表1。

由上表1看出,实施例1-2的表面活性剂,经过测试两者的去污值均大于2,而常规的洗衣液去污值为1.5左右,说明本发明的表面活性剂体系去污力强。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的2种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

1.一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,包括表面活性剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括以下重量份的组分:复合铵盐20~35份、α-烯烃磺酸钠15~30份、C12~C16烷基糖苷12~20份、吐温40 5~8份、碱性调节剂1~5份、磺化油1~3份、溶剂5~15份;所述表面活性剂的PH为8.5~9.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂中还含有保湿剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为芦荟提取物或三七提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,其特征在于,所述复合铵盐由天然脂肪醇硫酸铵、脂肪醇醚硫酸铵混合制得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,其特征在于,所述天然脂肪醇硫酸铵、脂肪醇醚硫酸铵的体积比为1:1~3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,其特征在于,所述碱性调节剂选自乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污力强的表面活性剂体系,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水。
