Technical Field
The fireproof plug is used for plugging various penetrations, such as various openings formed when cables, air pipes, oil pipes, air pipes and the like pass through the wall (warehouse) wall and the floor (deck) plate and the fireproof separation of a cable bridge so as to prevent fire from spreading through the openings and gaps, has an excellent fireproof function and is convenient to replace. In the fireproof plugging technology, the most important is the selection of fireproof plugging materials, in 1970-1985, developed countries abroad use sandbags for plugging, and in 1985, the developed countries change the sandbags into carborundum sand, and the fireproof plugging materials are also used domestically. Because the material has high specific gravity and high load, the material is easy to collapse when meeting fire. In 1987, China adopts a new material, namely a casting type fireproof plugging material, and has the advantages of smooth and tight plugging and the defect of inconvenience in replacing cables. In 1989, the research on the problem of the plugging material is started in China, domestic fire retardant bags are developed and gradually popularized to the industries of telecommunication, electric power, metallurgy, civil construction and the like. After 10 years, the defects of the fire retardant bag are gradually shown, and the fire retardant bag has serious defects in the aspects of air tightness, smoke tightness, environmental protection performance, service life, anti-explosion performance, explosion-proof performance, moisture resistance, rat bite resistance, appearance and the like. After the new national standard is released in 2009, the traditional fireproof material cannot meet the requirements of important industries with higher requirements, such as chemical industry, electric power, communication, public places, nuclear power and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects, the invention discloses a preparation method and application of a novel expandable fireproof plugging material.
The first aspect of the present invention, a new expandable fire blocking material, is described below.
The novel expandable fireproof plugging material comprises the following components in parts by weight:
by adopting the technical scheme, the fireproof inorganic filler is a main material and can be sintered after encountering fire, so that the fireproof inorganic filler plays roles in fire resistance and structural strength reinforcement; the thinner can adjust the thickness and the workability of the product when in use and can increase the compressive strength of the product after being solidified; the aluminum silicate fiber, also called ceramic fiber, is a novel light refractory material, which has the advantages of light volume weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small heat capacity, good mechanical vibration resistance, small thermal expansion, good heat insulation performance and the like, titanium dioxide has the functions of reinforcement, aging prevention and filling in the technical scheme, calcium stearate is used as a lubricant and a heat stabilizer in the technical scheme, an Intumescent Flame Retardant (IFR) is a composite flame retardant mainly composed of nitrogen and phosphorus, does not contain halogen, does not adopt antimony oxide as a synergist, and foams and expands when being heated, so the flame retardant is called an intumescent flame retardant, and is an environment-friendly flame retardant with high efficiency and low toxicity; the technical scheme has reasonable components, easily obtained raw materials, low production cost and good fireproof and heat-insulating properties, and accords with the concept of green environmental protection.
Preferably, the novel expandable fireproof plugging material comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the covalent organic framework has high crystallinity and rich pore channel structures, and can be kept stable under extreme conditions of high temperature, strong acid, strong base, strong oxidant, strong reducing agent and the like; sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) belongs to anionic cellulose ether, has more stable molecular structure, and has good salt resistance, acid resistance, calcium resistance, high temperature resistance and other properties as a filler; the silicon dioxide has super high temperature resistance and rigidity, and the mixture of the zinc borate and the aluminum hydroxide has good flame retardant property.
Preferably, the foam material of the novel expandable fireproof plugging material is a ceramic foam material. The ceramic foam material is light in weight and has a good flame retardant effect.

The intumescent flame retardant has higher heat resistance, and the structure is not easy to be damaged at high temperature.

the second aspect of the present invention, the preparation and application of the novel expandable fireproof plugging material are described below.
The preparation method of the novel expandable fireproof plugging material comprises the following steps:
(1) accurately weighing the fireproof inorganic filler in a proportioning amount, putting the fireproof inorganic filler into a reaction kettle, washing the fireproof inorganic filler with a high-pressure water gun for 30min, filtering the fireproof inorganic filler, putting the fireproof inorganic filler into an oven, and drying the fireproof inorganic filler at 80 ℃ overnight;
(2) putting the fireproof inorganic filler treated in the step 1 into a stirrer, sequentially adding the foam material, the high-aluminum type aluminum silicate fiber cotton, the titanium dioxide, the anti-aging agent, the diluent, the calcium stearate and the intumescent flame retardant in a formula ratio, stirring at 120 revolutions per minute for 30 minutes;
(3) adding the stirred raw materials into a kneader, adding a fire-proof adhesive in a formula amount, kneading for 25min under a vacuum degree of-0.095 Mpa, discharging, and canning.
The preparation method has mild conditions and low cost, and can be applied to large-scale industrialization.
