As shown in FIG. 4, Q1, Q2, Q5 and Q6 are 4 MOSFETs, and the 4 MOSFETs form an H-bridge to control the forward and reverse rotation and speed of the motor. When the Q1 and the Q6 are conducted, current flows out of the positive pole DC310V of the direct current power supply, enters the motor through the Q1 and the motor interface 2, then flows out of the motor interface 1 and returns to the negative pole VSS of the power supply through the Q6, and at the moment, the motor rotates forwards. At this time, if the on time of Q1 or Q6 is controlled at a constant frequency, the speed of the motor can be adjusted, and the motor rotation speed increases as the on time is longer.
When the Q2 and the Q5 are turned on, current flows from the positive pole DC310V of the DC power supply, enters the motor through the Q2 from the motor interface 1, then flows out from the motor interface 2, returns to the negative pole VSS of the power supply through the Q5, and then the motor rotates reversely. At this time, if the on time of Q2 or Q5 is controlled at a constant frequency, the speed of the motor can be adjusted, and the motor rotation speed increases as the on time is longer.
