The MCU controller 20 drives the electronic switch 30p to switch through the driving module 135 to realize the forward and reverse rotation of the dc motor V, and the commercial power is supplied to the dc motor V through the electronic switch 30p after passing through the rectifying and filtering module 136.
The MCU controller 20: the control signal input by the remote control receiving module 134, the electric signal input by the resistance sensor 131 and the rotating speed signal of the rotating speed detecting module 133 are received, the received rotating speed signal is analyzed and processed, if the rotating speed is greater than the set rotating speed, the motor is controlled to be decelerated through the electronic switch 30p, and if the rotating speed is less than the set rotating speed, the motor is controlled to be accelerated through the electronic switch 30 p.
The driving module 135: and receiving a control signal of the MCU controller 20, driving the electronic switch 30p, and controlling the electronic switch 30p to be opened and closed. As shown in fig. 5, which is a circuit diagram of the driving module 135, in particular, the driving chips U5 and U6 drive mosfets Q1, Q5, Q2, and Q6, respectively. The input signals HIN, LIN of U5, U6 are connected to the MCU controller and controlled by the MCU controller 20. The output signals HO and LO of U5 and U6 are connected with the MOSFETs to control the MOSFETs to turn on and off.
The rectification and filtering module 136: and rectifying and filtering the mains supply to output stable direct-current voltage. The rectifying and filtering module 136 is composed of a bridge rectifier and a capacitor. As shown in fig. 3, the circuit principle of the rectifying and filtering module is shown. 220VAC commercial power flows in through a power interface, is rectified by a rectifier bridge stack DB1 and filtered by a capacitor E3, and outputs stable direct-current voltage DC 310V.
Electronic switch 30 p: the electronic switch 30p is controlled by the control signal of the driving module 135, the motor 10 is connected with the electronic switch 30p, the motor 10 controls the lifting of the airing rod 103 to control the running and stopping of the motor 10, and the electronic switch 30p is a MOSFET or an IGBT. As shown in FIG. 4, Q1, Q2, Q5 and Q6 are 4 MOSFETs, and the 4 MOSFETs form an H-bridge to control the forward and reverse rotation and speed of the motor. When the Q1 and the Q6 are conducted, current flows out of the positive pole DC310V of the direct current power supply, enters the motor through the Q1 and the motor interface 2, then flows out of the motor interface 1 and returns to the negative pole VSS of the power supply through the Q6, and at the moment, the motor rotates forwards. At this time, if the on time of Q1 or Q6 is controlled at a constant frequency, the speed of the motor can be adjusted, and the motor rotation speed increases as the on time is longer.
When the Q2 and the Q5 are turned on, current flows from the positive pole DC310V of the DC power supply, enters the motor through the Q2 from the motor interface 1, then flows out from the motor interface 2, returns to the negative pole VSS of the power supply through the Q5, and then the motor rotates reversely. At this time, if the on time of Q2 or Q5 is controlled at a constant frequency, the speed of the motor can be adjusted, and the motor rotation speed increases as the on time is longer.
